I'm not sure whether I should love you...or hate you with a burning passion. aybe both. My dream is to do a Les Mis theme, but tis my senior year and don't really see it happening in a college band... Ever since I saw a school in town do a Les Mis show amazingly, I have been hooked on it. Top on the list of my favorite local shows.

Our theme is Stonehenge. It's one song with three parts, the first being Samhain, the second Oimelc/Beltane and the third is Lughnasadh. These are the Summer Solstice, the Fall and Spring Equinox, and then the Winter Solstice.

We are doing a Glee theme, with Jump by Van Halen, Dream On by Aerosmith, and Don't Stop Believin' by Journey. I don't see mine going well.

Last year we did Tommy an arrangement of music pieces by The Who. This year we are doing Billy Joel-We didn't start the fire, Only the good die young, AirDublinesque, and Just the way you are. I am really excited about this year's field show, especially with the increase in band members joining! xd

Well our theme for this year was suppose to be not wanting to grow up / toys, but then our director took another job at a bigger school (our schools tiny). But our new director is great, and we our now doing the rolling stones, so it should be fun.

Each year our music is original and written by Mike Stevens. (if you don't know who that is he is the Director of OCi and wrote/created flamnabulous if you don't know what that is look it up on youtube) So each year he writes our music and this guy DIllion (He also writes the drill for The Oregon Crusaders) writes our drill and we always have crazy shows. Last year the show was call " NIghtmare on Band Street". The basic theme was a football player wakes up and finds that he is in the middle of marching band, he learns to play the alto and falls for a flute player, then we get to sing "Dancing with myself" It's super funny and just an over all great show. Last years marching band show!This year our theme should be ( we still don't know yet) "The art of distraction." So lots of flashy flashy and ADHD moments. It should be funny and our music will awesome.

Our show and music is all original too! Thanks to Frank Sullivan. Our show this year is based off of Tron and Inception. We call it "The Grid"!

our shouw this year is called Pictures At An Exhibition its freaking aweosme!!! and you guys should look it up at inspiremusic.com (i think) lol

Our show is Pyramids of Egypt:] I'm a freshman so this is my first show but band camp was last week and I'm really excited for the season. The song has three movements. The first one is the building of three pyramids by slaves, the second is like the slaves talking amongst themselves and getting up the courage to overthrow the pharaoh, and the third is the slaves actually killing the pharaoh. We have actors who portray the parts and a wooden pyramid:] It should be pretty cool.

WOODSTOCK!!
I was so excited to find out that we had a different genre of music. For the past three years, all we've done is funk and jazz. I hope we end up doing a video game themed show next year... us nerds are dying for it! xd Plus, it'd be a nice last shabang for me.

Our theme this year is Niagara Falls. We have a continous song (our show never stops between songs). It's gonna be so cool!

Very stereotypical for us - We have a new band director, so she's keeping it simple for now because the old band director slacked and now the band isn't in exactly perfect condition. We're doing a show with Mr.Roboto and We Are The Champions. I hate it, But I'm Drum Major so i have to at least fake it.
One of our rival schools is doing a show on Stonehenge and it is SICK as all get out. I'm so jealous.

Scherazade. First movement is Prince Kalendar, second, Prince and the Princess, third is The festival at Baghdad.
It's about a King who married a different woman each night and killed her in the morning I think. But one wife told stories and ended it with a cliffhanger so he wouldn't kill her
