Deimos listened intently, taking all this in but writing nothing down.. A gravity user then, he formed a mental picture in his mind, to remember. He chuckled, Rex would look odd in space... His pencil tapped on his page as he though idly, his thoughts moving to the Dawn.. COuld Rex make the Dawn fly? His grin spread wider.. Yes.. that woul be good..

"Now for our last two alignments before our duely expected break are Time and Space.. Very spooky, no?" Baxterfullous grinned happy to see at least some of his students were taking this in. "Now Malachi and Reid, you are aligned in these alignments.. well Reid you are aligned soley with Space and Malachi is aligned with Time, could the both of you share your experiences?"
Aphrodite stretched, laughing a bit at Bax, more so at his attempt to crack a joke than actually succeeding. Grinning she stretched a bit more, picking back up her pencil tip.. Break was soon.. She contemplated on what she would do? Her stomache chimed in as it grumbled dully, she herself began to feel a bit sluggish. It was almost time to take her medication, or at least thats what her mother called it. This sort of medication wasn't bad at all, it always made her feel better and it tasted great! Yawning a bit, she looked up at Rex, watching his pensive and then his schemeing look, shaking her head she waited for the responses, curious as to how they felt.

"Erm..." Ike looked up again, peering at the wall in thought, "I...err...sincerely forgot that I even had time..."
Jabir had said it was weak. With his luck, he wouldn't be able to to anything at all.

"Since you answered first Malachi, I'll explain about Time. " He leaned against his deask looking at all his students, he eyed Diemos's blank sheets of paper, sighing all while shaking his head. "Time controls the over all aspects of time, meaning you can focus all energy on a single objects reaction to time or an entire area... by that I mean actual time traveling. Commonly, casters aligned with this alignment have the ability of seeing into the future... or even into the past. Time is such a tricky subject due to all the laws that are invovled with it. Let's say for instance you would go back in time.. and you changed something... and when you come back to your present, something.. or even somone is missing. It's like they never even existed to begin with. Now what the tricky part about this is that you can't really predict who or what you are going to affect unless you are extremely a**l about it." Baxterfullous shrugged. "Sometimes you can do things by accident... like for instance I knew someone who was their own father." Baxterfullous laughed a bit remembering, gawd that was funny.
Aphrodite blinked, making a face. "He became his own father?"
"Yes, he did. My collegues at the Merlin School For the Magical Arts still poke fun at him during father's day. It's very funny." Baxterfullous kept his smile as he continued. "As I stated before, Time is tricky.. and very complex... I've known people loosing friends and family members because of time traveling mistakes... but I digress... Very advanced casters can age people, regress the mind.. the body, travel back and forth in time, see into the past like I mentioned as well as see in the future..."
"Dude, he became his own father... ew." Aphrodite shivered as she finished her notes.

Ike's eyes grew wide and he crossed his arms, hugging himself. His ears folded back and his tail went limp.

It wasn't only Malachi who shivered. Rex shivered too, at Baxterfullous's explanation. What a dangerous element Time is, but...
Out of a sudden, Rex raised his hand. "Um, excuse me, sir." The boy hesitated for a while, before continuing. "There are some... less bad things about this element, though."
The boy was almost shivering at his own nerve.

"Ya.. There has to be something good.. All you just blaed about is how many mistakes you can make.." Deimos piped in confidently, backing up his friend. Despite his lack of notes, he was listening, plotting away.. Not that'd he'd remember what didn't interest him though..

"Of course there are good things involved with this alignment, Deimos... as well as bad things. This is the case with all alignments, making mistakes... except some are just a bit more grave than others." He sighed little. "Time as I stated is tricky, mainly because of how it effects the world around it... You can turn back time enough on a wound, so it was like it was never there... or you can speed up the healing process... You can fix objects, or let them age to the point of breaking... Time can make things better or worse.. you just have to be cautious. It's like with all the elements you need to think things through before casting, it's difficult in a combat situation, but it's all the worth it in the end.. let's take for instance... You want to raise a mountian, using your earth talents. In order do it properly, you need to see the area around you. What if you raise the mountain without knowing of a city is nearby, making such a drastic change in the area could create devastating conseqeunces... Or if you create too much heat you could destroy the ecosystem of an area and the land would become baren. It all depends on how you think things through... Any more questions?"
Aphrodite raised her hand as she spoke. " I was thinking... In the Time alignment... Is it possible to make things evolve too?"
"Oh! Of course.. as well as De-evolve. It comes down to the fundamanetal of what you want."

Rex grunted. He knew those. But Bax seemed not to know that he was a Time elemental too.
Leaning his head on a hand, the boy grabbed his eraser and bounced it into the air, slowing down its time of descend so that the eraser seemed to float back towards the table.
"Well..."
Then, he chucked it at Bax, casting the same spell on the eraser as before, so that the white chunk of rubber slowed down on approaching Bax. The eraser touched Baxterfullous ever so softly, before starting to descend ever so slowly.
Rex chuckled at the little slow motion 'movie', and quickly withdrew another eraser from his bag.

"Well, well.. it's seems to have slipped my mind that Mr. Rexier is aligned in time as well." He smiled a it as he plucked the small eraser out of the air. "I'm so sorry, do you forgive the neglect?"
Aphrodite snickered, covering her mouth. She smiled shyly up at Rex, why did he look so different now? shaking her head she looked down at her notes. Did she forget something? No... was anything missing? Nope. Then why was she distracting herself?
"Now, seeing as you can use this power.. how does it make you feel?" He crossed his arms over his chest.

"Good." Rex grinned, proud of being noticed. He fidgetted with his new eraser for a moment, before adding, "It's a fun element to play with."
Glancing over at Malachi, Rex winked at the other Time elemental.

"Lemme try." Deimos said malevolently.. He knew fullw ell he could do it, but all the same he picked up adn eraser and chucked it, ahrd at Baxterfullous' head.. He was bored..

Catching the other eraser, Baxterfullous frowned. "Now I don't encourage this behaviour, but I deserved it on Mr. Rexier part because I did forget that he was aligned with Time as well. Now, Deimos... I don't think you should be making such antics... especially since you are the only one in class who is behind in their notes... "He spoke sternly. "Now, Rex please do not do that again as well as you Deimos... Now. Reid, since this is the last alignment... could you do the honors of telling me how it makes you feel being aligned with Space... have you had any experience with your magic?"
Aphrodite stared up at Rex, blinking a bit. What was up with her? Shaking her head she moved her attention back to her notes, making a space for the Space alignment paragraph.

Reid blinked and refocused on Bax, he'd been listening to the others chat and slowly jotting down notes, but he'd gotten caught up in thinking about time in general and had stopped paying attention after Bax's story.
Recalling Bax's question he nodded a bit, "mmm, yeah, I've practiced some." But how did it make him feel? He frowned and scratched at the markings on one cheek. "When I'm casting it makes me feel... more aware of things?" he ventured finally.

"Well, that's good I suppose... being aware of your surroundings is very good." He took a deep breath. "Space is very powerful, like all the alignments. Space controls the distance between objects and places.. Space is very versitale... With this alignment you can take this- " He held up the eraser in his hands. " -and change it's size. Make it smaller.. larger.. or even.. reshape it turn it into something else. Taking something of equal matter and shaping it into something else. Think of it like Alchemy." He took a deep breath. "More advance techniques include of course changing and reshaping objects.. and recovering things back to their natural state... and even so far as creating portals.. but that is a little too advance for the introductory class." He smiled, placing his hands into his pocket. "Alright! ... That's all the alignments.. now before we set off for break.. I have two more things to go over. "
Aphrodite stretched after she finished the last sentance of the paragraph. She blinked looking at Bax, kicking her feet in the air as she laid on her belly.
"The first of the two things is something extraordinary. It's three abilities all the alignments have... They are healing, harming, and defense. Now can anyone tell me how?"
Aphrodite was the first to raise her hand. " Um.. the Earth alignment can use absorbed energy to heal... and the Time alignment can.. umm turn back time on a wound like it wasn't there anymore."
Baxterfullous smiled. "Very good.. anyone else?"
Aphrodite blushed, looking down at her notes, a large smile on her small face.
