Hmmmmm. I was checking out the player's handbook while I was at Border's today. Didn't get to check out everything though. And crap forgot the suggested name I was gonna use. D=
It was one of the ones that started with B.
Anyways I didn't really manage an indepth read since I didn't think to look at it till like 20 minutes before closing time. I had been reading spider man instead.
I do know I'm probably gonna make my breath strength base. Since I'm going for the kick a** Paladin build instead of the defender one. Fire is the traditional breath weapon as well....
Screw it I'm a pyro at heart. FIRE BREATH FOR THE WIN!!!!
*plans to burn the s**t out of everything despite being a lawful good*
I kid I kid. I'll only burn the s**t out of the bad guys.
So lets see. We got a beastmaster ranger, a goliath barbarian, a human cleric, a dragonborn paladin, and a eladrin wizard. Is it just me or do we have an overwhelming amount of melee? I got firebreath and all but that's a once per battle ability if I read things right.
And yes I know a wizard is ranged. Just saying one devoted ranged and the rest melee. Unless beastmaster gets a bow along with a bear.

I finished making CU's, Emma's, Envy's, Brian's and Loki's characters. If anyone else wants to join the party, I can take one more in this group. I don't need another in this one though. This is a good number of people.
@Brian:
Suggested B names are Balasar and Bharhash. Was it one of those?

I'll go with Balasar...
So we starting at level one and stuff?
And I skimmed some more stuff at local bookstores. Apparently there's racial paragons and class paragons. Which is awesome and all but I have a feeling I can only have one paragon. Correct?
Just curious because the racial paragon for dragonborn gives them wings! But I'm not sure if I actually want to sacrifice the paladin paragon boosts just so I can fly. As awesome as flight may be.
And if this over the net DnD thing works out maybe I'll try playing it for real!

Yes, we're starting at level one. 3nodding But if we can keep this going, we'll probably level up and stuff. Maybe get to the upper levels n' shiz.
You can only have one, yeah. That's a dilemma. D:
o: omg yes do it

So theoretically I could make it to the epic levels and have my dude become a demigod or something. Or an exalted angel and get my wings that way. =D
I did a lot of skimming. =D
So you said you made our characters. Does that mean you handled appearances too or do we still get to do that?

*is making my dragonborn blue because blue is an awesome color*
=D
So if dragonborn are descended from dragons does that mean theoretically any blue dragons we encounter could arguably be Balasar's like great great great uncle/aunt/grandmother/grandfather?
I don't know why but I find that hilarious. Just having Balasar face palm at the fact he's gonna have to deal with a relative during the epic quest they go on.

Haha, I think we'd have a pretty good dragon diplomatic team with my ranger speaking Draconic languages. Unless my ranger is bad at it, oh my.

The dragonborn already speak draconic and common. <_<
Which means the two of us can plot behind everyone else's back. =P
xD
Though that's only if they start being unlawful or evil. Otherwise no plotting for this paladin!
