Taki looked as the boy sipped from his water. He was intrigued by the suigetsu, but payed no manner of attention to it at the moment. He was much more focused on training the boy. He placed a hand on his shoulder, and seemed to think about something. He was feeling to see if his body was mostly made of water, which it was. "Very good, first thing you are going to learn is the Mizubunshin no jutsu." He was certain he wouldn't have to physically demonstrate anything to him, so he just described it. "Just use the water left in those buckets and your chakra will form it into a clone of yourself." Taki stood off to the side and watched his student from a distance to see how he would fair without anymore instruction.

((Tis a possibility but don't count on it.))

Taki was extremely proud that Tsubasa caught on so quickly, and was also surprised at how fast Tensa had caught on. Taki had an idea. "So, you both are to become my students, but I need to check your abilities. First, You each have two weeks to learn all of your leveled techniques AND work on team work. You should be able to devise a plan together by that time using your unique abilities, and upon my deadline you should be able to complete the task. So you will be prepared, I will tell you that task. You are to come at me full strength, and try to take these from me." He held two Otogakure headbands in his hand, much like the bangles they wore as official ninja students, and tied them around his belt, which had an embroidered Otogakure symbol on it. "Should you need to find me for help, I will be either in the bar, residential area in the house with the words 'J&T' written on a board on top of it. As a rule of thumb though, you shouldn't need my heelp. Good luck." Without waiting for objections, Taki went into the Dojo to see what was going on.

Without even caring to listen to his partner's response Tenza turned around and took a earth scroll that was beside the lightning scroll he had taken earlier. ' This is more my style.' He thought as he slid open the scroll reading the jutsu he knew he wasn't going to be able to preform those here, for the fact that there was no ground bellow him, and that he would get the ground dirty, so he would have to go some place else, somewhere there wasn't anyone to see him.

During the next day Tensai managed to aqquire a large pot of water and placed it next to one of the courtyard walls. A scroll was hung on the wall and depicted a single technique complete with pictures and diagrams. The technique displayed was the Water Manipulation Jutsu, a fundamental component of all water ninjutsu.

Unlike the majority of ninjutsu the Water Manipulation Technique required no handseals, an extremely helpful benefit to utilize if a shinobi's hands were bound. Born with extraordinary of internal chakra control such a technique wouldn't be as challenging for Tensai. The Ushio clansmen slowed his breathing and spread his feet to arms length. Prior to beginning he spent a considerable amount of time analyzing the diagrams in the scroll. From what he gathered he could seperate the technique into three seperate stages.

First, he began to gather chakra from his core as slowly and as carefully as he could. He was confident in his ability to control his chakra, an innate skill that often placed him above his peers when it came to ninjutsu and genjutsu. However, he used this as practice to further increase his chakra control and added a brief set of handseals to properly mold his chakra. A process that would normally only take a few seconds was extended to a few minutes and the academy student could feel beads of sweat slipping down his skin. Once he felt the process was completed, Tensai turned his attention to the nearby pot of water.

Invisible to the untrained senses, Tensai's chakra easily escaped his body and coiled around the pot of water. As if anticipating its impregnation with Tensai's chakra, the water began to stir and soon enough was saturated with chakra. The entire process was incredibly quick but produced light wreaths of steam within seconds. Obviously he'd used too much chakra but he at least felt that the water was still under his control.

The final stage of his training was simply executing and required Tensai to remove all of the water in the pot. It was exhilarating to see a thick pillar of rushing water rise from the pot and coil into a large rotating sphere. Droplets of water were suspended in orbit around the large sphere but were slowly recaptured as Tensai tugged in construct into a small revolution around the pot. Satisfied with his level of control Tensai extended both his arms to his sides and tore the sphere into four smaller spheres. His chakra drew the smaller spheres into small rods only a few inches larger than a kunai. The rods of water circled the jug before suddenly extending in length, bursting into water on contact with the pot. It seemed that Tensai would need to constantly maintain a flow of chakra into the water droplets as his inner energies quickly died away within the particles of water. Still it was progress and another step into becoming a genin.

[Water Manipulation Technique Learned]

After several days of training Tensai was beginning to feel the weight of sleepness nights and brief meals. His stomach rumbled almost painfully and refused to be comforted by the single hand that rubbed it apologetically. He would have preferred to countinue training and complete his next task but he knew that if he didn't eat soon he might pass out. Already he was feeling a little dizzy and was forced to collect the training kunai he used to pierce elevated target boards.

He wore light, training gear: a worn brown tunic and baggy brown shorts held up by a length of frayed rope. The monks told him it was a very humbling attire and would last for several years despite its appearence. It wasn't comfortable or stylish but it served its purpose so he gratiously accepted the advice to wear it during his training. With his gear collected a stored in a large jug, the Ushio loosened the rope around his waist and tossed it to the ground. The weights attached to it fell heavily to the ground and relieved his body of accumulated discomfort. Removing the wights from his arms and legs, Tensai stretched for a few more minutes before bowing to the senior monks supervising training. He left the courtyard and made his way to the local Bar and Grill.

The young student was escorted to the Courtyard by the guard, though, it wasn't anything special for him, he had already been there before with Taki. " Alright, what's next?" He asked outloud as he paced toward Shin, standing beside him, waiting for something to happen.
