Lilith noticed Alek's empty glass & within a few moments she'd topped it up again, turning back to him. Once again she found herself being drawn into the depths of his faded grey eyes; the age & wisdom held behind them seemed almost tangible, as though she could reach out & touch it. It took her a few seconds to process the man's last statement but, once she did, the demon leant forwards a little & smiled.
"Oh I know why they're faded like that. You're old. Much older than you look..."
She trailed her fingertips gently down his face, being careful to make sure her claws were retracted as she did so.
"& I must say you look good, especially if you're as old as your eyes suggest. I have only seen one other creature with eyes like yours & he was a rather ancient vampire; though he didn't stay as youthful-looking as yourself. His skin became paper thin & his face sunken... you do not seem to suffer in the same way."
One of Lilith's eyebrows arched slightly as she studied Alek once again, her fingers lingering on his face.
"What I do wonder is how you became this way. You appear to be no more than a human, yet it appears as though you have attained near-perfect immortality... am I correct in assuming you can still be killed though?"
The succubus could not keep the note of longing from her voice; more than anything she wished for the immortality that Alek exhibited. Not only living forever, but staying young & strong, almost as though the body were in suspended animation.

"If I knew the answer to that I'd be dead."
He jested, before raising his recently topped-up glass up to his lips.
"Thanks"
Alek took another sip and lowered his glass again.
"I've been wondering how I got this way for around 5000 years..."
He sighed and looked over Lillith's attractive body.
"Looking as attractive as you do, I'm sure you've been more than able to sustain yourself for a long while... But alas, it is rude to ask one's age"
A warm smile spread across his features.

Lilith made a show of acting coy for a moment, looking away & giggling a little.
"My kind are reknowned for being attractive, I'm nothing special really. But you, I mean, 5000 years & still looking handsome. I must say I'm impressed!"
She looked back up at Alek, smiling as warmly as he. She wondered whether or not he was becoming more relaxed in her company, or if it was simply a ploy of his own & he didn't trust her at all. This was the greatest prize she could ever hope to get, but she also had a lot to lose. She also knew that the centaur would return soon, so she didn't want to waste too much time. Placing her glass on the small table next to her, the succubus stood slowly & moved to stand in front of Alek.
"I do wonder. For one who has lived so long & looks so good, you must have had great deal of female attention over the years."
She gently took hold of Alek's chin with one hand & tilted his head up, her voice becoming slower; more seductive.
"Might I also give you some attention?"

He placed his glass on the floor beside the chair and looked up at the undeniably attractive demon who now stood before him.
"Okay, but only a kiss, I'm sure that'll give you enough life force to keep you going for another decade or so."
He was immune to the draining of his life force as he was immortal.

Lilith was a little bit disappointed that Alek had only agreed to a kiss - one of her little flaws, she could only engage in acts that would drain people if they consented. Nevertheless, she leant forwards & whispered to him,
"I'm sure you'll like it..."
With that the succubus touched her lips to the man's & almost immediately felt an explosion of energy unlike anything she had ever experienced before. It was amazing. His limitless supply of life began to course through her even though she'd only given him a small kiss; imagine if she could do more....
Just as she was about to pull back, a devious thought crossed the demon's mind.
He agreed to a kiss, he didn't say what kind of kiss....
Making sure not to break contact (for that would stop her being able to continue as he'd only agreed to a single kiss) Lilith swung herself onto Alek's lap, her legs on either side of him so that she was effectively straddling him. She ran one hand through his hair, the other hand caressing his face as she continued to kiss him; more & more of his energy filled her & it was absolutely delicious. She knew better than to hope the man would ask for more than this, but she was going to prolong the act for as long as she could.
A few corridors away, Bhaltair made his way back towards Lilith's cell. His hooves made a steady clacking sound on the hard floor of the facility, but there was no-one around to hear it other than the many specimens within their cells. The centaur ran a hand down his face, wondering how his friend had fared in his absence. He had wanted to return sooner, but there had been guards around for longer than he had expected & it had been difficult to get here undetected.

(I hope i've got this right, please, don't hesitate to tell me if i'm wrong)
Angela, after contacting her useful new staff member Guido, had come over with a dizzy spell, and had sunk to the floor outside the containment unit. Her head was still spinning, and now beginning to throb, as she pressed down the button on the side of the walkie talkie. "Um...yes I do. The centaur is closer that we first thought, just north of the facility actually. Also, could you please inform me when you arrive back, I have the containment unit set up ready, over," she told Guido, leaning against the wall with her hand on her forehead now.

Falixus followed the majestic beast with slightly less grace and accuracy, but kept up all the same. "Greetings. Have we any recent sightings of the humans?" Lately a few hunters had seen the two creatures and were monitoring the area closely.

Guido pushed away from the wall he had been leaning against and shrugged his shoulders. Well, it was a convenience, having the target closer to the facility than expected. It would be nice to finally release some informality, but for the time being at least, the "Affirmative" that escaped his lips was probably the most appropriate option. Putting the part GPS, part walkie talkie back into his pocket, he took in a sharp intake of breath, and swung his head from side to side briskly. Admittedly, Guido was a bit rusty. The conveniences of modern life made it sometimes difficult to practice combat techniques, and consequently, a little bit of doubt had crept into the scientist's mind. However, he did have his cane, and that was usually enough. Smiling, he walked out of the facility, a certain hint of excitement reaching a usually unreadable expression. His steady pace broke into a sprint, as Guido headed towards his destination, hand on head, steadying his hat.

Adrastos walked forward lifting his head to face the sky, closing his ruby eyes as a breeze swept over them. He stopped a little ways away from the other creature, sat down and twisted his head around so he was looking between his wings. Adrastos fixed the other with an unwavering, fierce red gaze.
"I have seen nothing as of late but that is no reason to relax our guard, they could show up at any moment. Humans, no matter their short lives, are cunning, stubborn creatures."

Alek enjoyed the kiss, but thought it necessary to end it before Bhaltair returned. He savoured the moment for a little while longer, then pulled away slowly.
"Okay, I'll admit that was nice"
He placed his hands on Lillith's waist and lifted her off of him whilst he stood up from the chair.
"But Bhaltair could be back any second."
He let go of the succubus' waist and picked up the glass of wine that he had placed on the floor.
"Cheers"
He grinned then downed the remaining contents of the glass.

Lilith smiled broadly at Alek, her fingers lightly trailing along his arms when he took hold of her waist. The effect of the immortal's life force was immediately noticeable; the demon looked stronger, sleeker & there was a faint dark glow around her. Her eyes seemed to burn with a powerful intensity as she looked at Alek. Upon the mention of Bhaltair's return the succubus pouted ever so slightly, but soon grinned devilishly again.
"I knew you'd like it."
She stepped round, taking the man's empty glass from his hands & placing it on the table next to her, before moving behind him, her hands running along his shoulder blades. She leant close to his ear & whispered delicately,
"I can't wait to see you again..."
It was at this moment that she heard the unmistakable sound of Bhaltair's hooves near her cell. She gently pushed the man in the direction of the cell door, noting his disheveled looks from where she'd been running her hands through his hair & across his clothes - in her opinion it just made him look more enticing.
"Go on then Alek, I'm sure Bhaltair will want you out of here now. But I hope you'll visit me again."
Bhaltair rounded the corner leading to Lilith's cell, wondering what he was going to find. He hoped Alek hadn't done anything too stupid, but then, this was Alek. He was always getting himself into trouble. The centaur sighed deeply, though a faint smile flickered across his face. Despite his friend's apparent lack of sense, he was very wise - the centaur just assumed he'd gotten bored of trying to be serious over his long life. He could see the door now & it would only take him a few more steps to reach it.

He laughed to himself whilst replacing his glasses and turning to look through the small window on the cell door.
"Thanks for the wine and the hospitality"
He smiled as he watched Bhaltair's shadow approach.

Lilith smiled at Alek for a moment before turning & walking towards the luxuorious bed where she'd hidden the man previously. She sat down on the edge & looked down at one of her hands, moving the now-clawed fingers slowly. A grin spread itself slowly onto her features before she lay down on the bed & drew the curtains. Yes, she'd definitely want to see him again.
Meanwhile, Bhaltair reached the door to the succubus' cell & quickly reached out, wrenching it open. When he saw Alek stood there he crossed his arms & looked down at the disheveled man before him. His hair was ruffled, half the collar on the labcoat turned up & there was a definite untidy look about him. The centaur raised an eyebrow & spoke with a note of skepticism,
"Immune huh?"

The ancient man grinned at his old friend.
"I never said I was immune to the charms of a succubus..."
He straightened his collar and ran his hand over his short and permanently slightly greying hair.
"Where were we again?"

((Hmm...well arent I glad I didnt make my first post that Angela was checking the cells o.O Wrong time to come back in Smule and Ruby?
anyways...new pic...a few changes but overall still Angela...just...white...for the time being anyways)  Angela pushed forwards from the wall now, her head having recovered, and started to walk to the lift. The woman was sure that things were all in order, so decided to resign to her office briefly. Once there, Angela set it in her head that she would take some painkillers, but, when she opened the drawer, she remembered she had...used them all yesterday.
Annoyed and frustrated, Angela now made a point of checking the cells. So, making her way back to the storage part of the facility, Angela tapped the nib of her ballpoint pen to many a page. She finally reached a pen with a succubus inside, after offering a fleeting greeting at Alek and their own centaur Bhaltair, and tugged at the clipboard. "Mm nmm, everything seems okay. How are you feeling miss...Lilith?" Angela asked, and lifted her head to let her steely gaze fix onto the female beast's. But it was no sooner than she had finished speaking that it clicked in her mind who was stood there. Alek? She was sure he didn't belong here.
Angela span around and dropped the clipboard, pulling her shotgun from it's holster on her back and jabbed the barrel at the man's chin, attempting to push him back to the wall. "State your name and business!" she ordered, her long, loose plait swinging behind her. Her face was dark and serious as she was sure this male was wanted.
Falixus stood with his paws forming a square beneath him. "Alright. Well then, as long as all is safe. I will keep an eye out, good day," the aggressive male voiced and span around swiftly. Curling his tail around into a tight coil. Falixus then jumped vertically, using this tail as a spring, and took to gliding back to his den.
**Random Creature Usage**
The centaur that Angela Porter had spoke of had it's eyes fixed on Guido. He was about 50feet away, and could clearly see the male. Unsure of what Guido wanted, the black centaur immediately when on the offense, and charged at Guido.
(There....KO, do with that what you will. Everyone is permitted to do this when need be - that is, if you are a hunter or something...o.O)
