I reacted sooo bad to this. xd I never see zerg FE in ZvZ so I freaked out and tried to rush.

KX opts for a 5RR while I go mass ling and completely bypass his roaches, hitting his defenseless base.

This was a pretty quick game. It looked like he was gonna 4-gate me, but my roaches got there before he could start up.

I was surprised with how successful this game was, he even had spines defending and everything. He teched to mutas, but they came way too late to save him the game.

This guy does a big, fat, cheesy 4-gate. But luckily I had been playing around with roach rushes, so I wasn't totally caught off guard, and had just enough units to hold him off (he came so close to wrecking my base). But this guy was sooo bad:
1.) He didn't hide his proxies very well, and I immediately spotted his first one with my ovie, which was right behind the unblocked nat.
2.) His macro sucked. He'd make like 4 or 5 units and then just recklessly fling them at me. It got worse as the game progressed, but he was probably getting desperate at that point. It sort of worked after my rush had been countered, but not when I had defenses ready.
3.) I had a completely vulnerable hatchery down on the natural, and he never targeted it once, just ran straight up my ramp.
4.) He never took back the gas I stole. I guess it's not really that important though since stalkers don't cost that much gas.

Even though I won, I wasn't very happy with this game. I botched up the 15 hatch I was planning on, and I was never sure of what exactly I was supposed to do throughout the entire game. I feel like the only reason I won this was because my opponent never got colossi, and got voids instead. Actually, the one thing I felt happy about in this game was my response to the early forge. Dealt with the voids splendidly.
I didn't like that I cut drone production around the 40s. That's probably why I was so frustrated with my lack of minerals (it's usually the other way around). stressed I was also frustrated with my lack of scouting. Also got my upgrades at the last minute.

I was so surprised to find that this guy was a top grade platinum.

Pretty long game, I felt like such a badass after winning this. cool
