Everyone was talking so fast that every time that Kea opened her mouth, she snapped it back closed as someone else started to speak. Eventually she just sat on the ground fuming that she was being so thoroughly ignored. But when the Daeva poked her head into the small shelter she jumped up onto her feet. She was about to ask about the kit when suddenly everyone started speaking again.
Sighing in defeat she sat back on the ground and looked at the small, frail little kit. It looked so cold. She felt a tug on her heart. Call it maternal instinct, or compassion, but she was genuinely worried about the poor little darling. Wishing that she had some sort of medical skill, she sat uselessly in the snow watching as Aylin ordered everyone around her to help the kit.
(ooc by the way i don't have a computer so i can only rp on Tuesdays and Thursday while I'm at school)

Aylin turned back towards the vixen who had originally joined her and saw that she seemed to be sad about something. Perhaps being left out. It was none of her business but Aylin supposed she could shift her orders around so the blue and pink colored fox would be able to help. "Miss... Cecilia is going to be busy with helping out conall, who himself is not going to be much help since he needs to take care of himself. If you would help keep the kits front paws out of the water that would be.... most helpful" Aylin pointed out. there it was against her outer personality but she had offered a chance to join in and that was all she was inclined to do. If the fox didnt take it, well that was her own problem.

Kea looked up, "Oh um....Sure....Anything i can do to help the kit..." She walked over and sat in front of the kit and smiled, "Hello sweetie..." She placed her paws over hers and rubbed them softly, "Would it be helpful to know that there is a hot spring around here?" She looked up at Aylin, "I could take you to it...I know it is dangerous to warm the kit up too suddenly....but perhaps for afterword....It might help everyone regain some warmth."

Cecilia watched the conversation between the two. She still didn't know the pink/purple/blue female's name, nor was she certain if the Daeva had mentioned her name either. She sighed, and her gaze shifted over to Conall. He seemed to be doing much better, although movement would help warm his muscles more.
The blue female couldn't help but feel a little useless. She wasn't a healer or familar with the area. She couldn't fly or travel in the snow very well. Really, at this point she was just here for added warmth. She hoped the next area she chose to settle in would have more to do.

Harvest dipped her head, allowing the odd colored vixen who was cooing over Kyouya near. She heard the introduction of names, turning her head and deciding maybe she should join the game, for now. "I am Harvest. Apparently, this kit is Kyouya." She said, speaking for the shivering and frail kit. She rose, covering the kit once more with her wings and extending her flames, melting the snow around her.
"I can melt ice quickly for her, if you need my help." She decided. She was not adopting this kit, she wasn't ready for children yet, but that didn't mean she wouldn't help her. No, she was not cruel. This kit was hurt and she planned on helping it pull through.

Aylin nodded. "Yes a small puddle will do we dont want anything to deep but just enough that we can still hold on to her." she nodded. "Cecilia please make sure that conall is doing well. He might seem like he is warm but he isnt out of the clear yet. A hot spring might work out best I dont have the full shaman training my mother had so I can just barely help with slowing the wind down. It is pretty harsh up here. The best bet would to spend the night at these hot springs and continue on our way in the morning after I see how everyone is doing."

"Hey..." Conall looked up at Aylin. The way she said he couldn't do anything made it sound like he was unable to do anything. "Come on now..." He pouted lightly. "I'm not completely useless..." He flicked his tail glancing back at the kit. He was really worried about her and didn't seem to be doing well. He then glanced up at the the multi colored fox and smiled. "Did you say hot spring?"

Kea smiled at the little kit, "That's a cute name....Kyouya..." She looked up, "My name is Kea...and yes...yes i did say hot spring." She giggled at the only male fox. "It's not that far away from here...and it is much warmer then this place...."
(ooc: i think Izumi pmed people about limiting ta two posts so they didn't leave me behind. it's not necessary. go head and post all you like and I'll just back read. I really don't mind.)

Harvest nodded to the group. "Show me where." She said, glancing back at the kit. She was worried about her, even though the fox was not showing it. The kit squirmed against her back, her wings the only warmth Harvest could give to the kit. Her flames could help but she was worried about burning the kit. She was growing tired of this chit chat and began to move towards where she guessed a hot spring would be. They could chat, she was focused on little Kyouya.

Kea chuckled, "A woman after my own heart...." She smiled and stood up, "I like people who take action over words..." She dashed in front of the Daeva, "It's this way...I'll lead you there....the kit will appreciate the hot water." She took off into the snow at a steady but fast pace. She was concerned about the child. "It's just beyond those trees....there are several springs over here as well."

"No wait, I said...." Aylin cussed under her breath and shook her head. This was going against what she said. "Fine go,like I said before a hot spring is way too hot for the kit. I meant melt a pool in the water right now where we currently were. Fine I'll see what diagnosis I can come up with at the hot springs...." she muttered slightly under her breath.'stupid foxes.' she thought slightly debating on whether she should offer any more advice. .

"Thats what I thought you said." He smiled at Kea. "Kea huh... I like that name." he smiled at her. "The hot springs would be a good idea... that way we can warm her in a puddle by the springs, and then when she's warm enough we can put her into the hot springs." He trotted over to where the girls were. "I'll follow you lovely ladies." His tail wagged as he followed them.

Harvest nodded, heading off to where she found more ice. She ignited her flames, letting them lick against the ice and monitored it's progress, making sure the water did not boil. When she had a clean puddle before her feet she lowered her body, gently lifting Kyouya and placing the kit's center inside the water, moving her paws out of it as she had been told.
The kit stirred ever so slightly, eyes rolling under the lids. She let out a tiny squeak, startling Harvest. So, maybe she would be okay?

Cecilia hesitated. Aylin said to help Conall, but he seemed to be doing fine now if his prancing was anything to go by. At the least the movement would help to warm him up.
She followed her maternal instincts and went to help Harvest with Kyouya. Very gently, and with a precision that would startle her later, she scraped away as much of the snow surrounding the water as she could, so that it wouldn't melt and make the water cold.
She lay on her belly and carefully scooted so that she could lift the kit's paws with her nose and scraped any snow from that spot as well. Cecilia placed her own paw in the spot and lowered the kits tiny paws onto her own. To her way of thinking it made sure the paws stayed dry, and her own body heat would help to warm then. Still, she glanced at Aylin to make sure she wasn't hindering the process.

Kea stopped when Harvest did. Following her cue she grabbed the kit's paws and kept them out of the water. When she saw that Cecilia was offering her body warmth to the child, she figured that was a good idea and slid up on the other side of the kit, watching her carefully. "She's moving....that's a good sign right?" She looked at Cecilia, then up at Aylin.
