"As Nervevar said, love, life, food, money, and knowledge are the Five princible exceptions. Its it possible to create simulations of each though. With a love potion or entrancment charm you can create artifical love. With life, you cannot give the dead new life. I'm sure you all know the tale of The Three Brothers? With the reserection stone the second brother brought back his dead lover, but she wasnt dead nor alive; she was just floating in equilibrium. As for money, you cannot create Galleons or else everyone in this room would be filthy rich and there would be no need to work. But you can create or transfigure fake money as the lepurchans do; but I warn you it will disappear or change back into its original form. Knowledge, as all of you should know, cannot be gained by a spell. You actually have to put efforts into your studies and learn through reading books or trial and error. Emily walks in, late, she had gotten lost. She mostly only signed up for this class, because she was a metamorphmagus so she figured it'd be easy. Plus it's just a basic class anyone should take. "Sorry I'm late Professor." She said quickly taking a seat in the back.

As I'm sure many of you have realized, there is a five point bonus to your house for those of you that can master this spell. Points will not be taken away for not being able to complete it though. Keep plucking away and see where it takes you.

Good morning Emily. Don't fret about being late this time. Now that you know where we'll be meeting for class, I can assume that it won't happen again. We are currently in the process of transfiguring matches into needles. Care to give it a go?

Aludra Yvette... Aludra opened the matchbox and pulled out one of the matches. With a tap of her wand the match slimed down, turned a shiny silver color, and had a sharp pointed end. "Simple." she said with a satisfied smile. ...6th Year Slytherin
