Activity Questions
How often can you sign online? I'm available any time that I am at home. I Check my private messages and email before I leave for anywhere and when I get back. I generally set some time aside for Gaia, in addition to any free time I have. I always reply as soon as I receive a message.

Do you have any real life after-school activities or a job? I work full-time and have been doing so for 4 years. I have two NOVA classes but they are only on tuesdays and I have MMA classes on thursdays.

What do you think you can contribute to the guild by being a crew member? I'm a hard worker with a great deal of knowledge in various RPG game types. I also have a near infinite well of patience, and I love helping others. I am very good at catching subtle loopholes that can be exploited and as a crew I will have the ability to remedy those. I keep myself up-to-date on the Naruto manga and enjoy developing different ways of bettering the guild. I am currently working on a Genin test for Konoha that I will submit to Tsubaka when it is completed.

How have you proven that you can be a crew member? In neither guild have I received the chance to prove that I can be an incredible asset as a crew member.

Real Life Situations
Two people are fighting in an OoC thread about a recent RP battle. RPer 1 is accusing the RPer 2 of God Modding while RPer 2 says that RPer 1 was Meta Gaming. You have read the posts yourself and you think it could go either way. Both RPers seem to be highly annoyed and their fight is getting heated. Some of the other members are starting to get involved in the dispute as well. You are the only crew member online and this problem needs to be resolved now. What do you do?
- In this case, I would personally ask them to calm down before listening to each of their concerns VIA personal messages, I will then show both player's the sections pertaining to the others concern and offer advice on how to better word what happened in a manner suitable for both. If I personally can not settle it, I will explain both sides as well as my own point of view to either the VC or the captain and request an executive decision. I would also request that the other members, who involved themselves, refrain from commenting and to remind them to inform a crew member, so that it would not come to this again.


Bobby and Sally are two members of the guild that seem to have been friends for a long time. One day they seem to have a fight. Bobby called Sally a know it all b***h and Sally called Bobby an annoying little ******. You see this dispute quickly getting out of hand in the guild's chatroom and you know some members may be getting offended by what is being said. What do you do?
-I would kindly ask that both Bobby and Sally take this argument to PM's. If the argument pertains to something that happened within the guild, I will attempt to resolve the problem through compromise. Should it be the opposite, and pertains to real life, then I will ask that they please take this off Gaia. They will then receive their first warning (If repeat offender further warnings might be necessary). I would then state that the crew apologizes for any offense taken and has/is currently dealing with the situation.

It's a pretty casual and relaxed day so far and you have been given the duty of double checking the customs that have been approved to make sure everything that has been accepted has been accepted properly. You see a custom jutsu that seems massively overpowered and you think it was only accepted because the crew member, Dante828, is friends with the person who submitted the application. You don't like Dante and you know that he is a total douche and bringing it up might cause a huge dispute. What do you do?
-Regardless that it might cause some sort of argument, I would raise my concerns to Dante in a calm and dignified manner. I will lay down my complaints in either a crew only thread or Via PM and Contact either the VC or the Captain and explain my concerns, so that we may have an independent viewpoint as the moderator. I'm a reasonable person even when dealing with unreasonable people. I believe wholeheartedly that I would take those steps in order to prevent the worst outcomes.
