Azrael stalked through the halls of the palace, his armored boots clanking harshly against the stone floor. He grabbed one of the servants by the back of the neck and hoisted the terrified girl into the air so that her face was directly in front of his and her eyes were lined up with his crimson orbs. "Where can Gregar be found?" The shaking girl pointed down the hallway to her left, the Shadowknight's right. He grunted and lowered her to the ground as he turned and headed in the direction that she had indicated. He heard two voices coming from up ahead, one that he recognized, and one that had traces of...something dark that didn't seem quite right laced through it. One scarred eyebrow rose as the massive man leaned against the wall outside of the room that the King was in as he waited for a chance to go in and speak without interrupting the leader.  ....the Shadowknights have risen on wings of despair.

  "S"Kiranu { Trainee | Citizen } Yuran~ Running into the building he had seen Shiny go into a few minutes ago, S quickly found himself lost. This place was BIG! Corridors going this way, that way, the other way, every which way, even sideways! Finally, he found a maid and ran up to her, still dragging his little green friend along. "Hey! Have you seen a biiig shiny guy go through here?" He asked, grinning widely and taking off again when the maid, after staring at him for a few seconds, point down the hall. Only a few corners later, he spotted Azrael standing outside a door and made his way over to him, leaning on the opposite wall and leaving the goblin in the walkway between them so he could keep an eye on it. He was beginning to worry about the thing, it'd been sleeping for quite awhile. It was still breathing though, so that was good. ~ [Energy: 350][Speed: 10]

Azrael watched as S dragged the goblin down the hall, and wondered absently if the hyperactive child had noticed that the goblin had blood trailing after its skull. If the miserable creature wasn't already dead, which from the fact that it was drawing shallow breaths weakly it wasn't, it would be soon from bloodloss. Though now that the minor monster was laying in one place it wouldn't be long before the blood pooled up. I wonder, if enough blood leaks out and cools into a solid congealed mass, will the goblin's head stick to the floor?....the Shadowknights have risen on wings of despair.

She moved over to it, touching the sought fur first, then sat on it like her very own chair. Greed likes lovely fur, just as valuable items. With her hand on the jade statue, and her other running it's finger agents the thick fur, Greed already feel her fabulous life. "Why you ask? Well, because I want her." Greed looked up to Gregory from her fuzzy seat. "I need a host to be here such as today, and what better choice than picking someone that under stand me better than her?" Greed still have her keening grin on her face as she told this. "I just want to have a little of bit of fun." She said, as if that's her answer.

"As long as that 'fun' doesn't involve harming my people, then I have no qualm with you inhabiting her body. Just realize that Pix is your container, and if bring harm to her, you'll bring harm to yourself." Gregory said after taking in her statement. He noticed footsteps outside the room, and a rather odd indescribable noise. "What the hell is that?" Gregory said aloud as he got up and grabbed the spirit weapon, then he walked over to the door and kicked it open ready to fight of any surprise attacks, but instead was met with the smell of blood, Azrael and S. He then stared at the unconscious goblin that S was holding onto and deadpanned,"What the hell?"

It was Azrael who responded to the King's question. "I came here to report that the mission was finished with, though a pair of the annoyances had horns that summoned reinforcements. They were summarily wiped out. Afterwards, S decided to drag this one back for reasons that are probably better left unknown to the rest of us. He doesn't seem to realize that the thing is likely dying from bloodloss now." The man's suspicion was confirmed now, at least in part. The spot where the goblin commoner's head lay was surrounded by congealed blood that had sealed it to the floor. He was curious as to what would happen if the goblin was moved. The man encased in darkly shining armor tilted his head to the King again. "May I ask who you were speaking to that carries traces of darkness within their very words? The person was not lying, but..." There was mild agitation in his voice. ....the Shadowknights have risen on wings of despair.

He exclaimed, yanking it straight upwards by the legs so it was hanging in front of him, and could be better examined. "No! It can't die! It's my pet!" He panicked, running over to Shiny and shoving it into his arms. "Fix it!" ~ [Energy: 350][Speed: 10]

Tsubasa nodded, even she could clearly see that the evidence against Pix's trip through the tower being a dream was overwhelming. As she continued thinking quietly, the girl saw the entire scenario of Greed's appearance unfold in front of her. A mixture of surprise, amazement, and wonder filled the girl. Then, she was met with the smell of blood, which immediately caused her to look over to the cause, Azrael and S. Her attention torn between the interesting new discovery and an attempt to figure out whether the blood was from injuries of the wearers or from the injuries of the wearer's target, Feather didn't know how to react.
Just then, Greed came over and talked to her. "Umm…. Fine?" the girl answered as she continued to try to figure out where she should place her attention. Sure the sin interested her, she had never seen or heard of anything like her, but it didn't horrify or scare her. So far, there were no signs that Greed had a violent disposition, so the girl was perfectly fine. The greatest fear she had was of the sin deciding to rob her home and finding out about her origins or, even worse, hunting her down for her valuable wings. As serious as those two threats were, it wasn't as if Feather could show her worry for them without attracting suspicion. As a result, she kept her cool and pretended as if such worries didn't exist.
Then, her ears picked up word about injury and death from blood loss. "Eh?" Feather asked as she twisted her head over to the other three in the room and finally saw the goblin--apparently, she had missed it on her first glance. Torn between her need to hide and her want to help the poor creature, Tsubasa dared to interrupt the conversation. "Umm," the girl raised her hand and stood up from her seat, "Maybe I can try and help heal it a bit? I know a bit of medicine and there might be something to help it at my home. Besides, I don't know if the hospital might allow a goblin and I'm sure my wind magic would probably give it a smoother ride than simply carrying it." If Tsubasa wanted to heal the creature, she would need somewhere private. Hopefully, her request would be granted.

Azrael blinked as S thrust the dying creature into his arms and sighed. "S, I'm a Shadowknight, not a cleri-" As he was responding to the child, the girl who had the pet that had traced across his mind before came out and offered her services in helping it. He had to resist slamming his palm to his forehead in aggravation-it was a goblin, and they had just finished slaughtering a group of them, S had emptied one's skull even, and here the Kiranu was trying to have someone heal it because it was his pet and someone was actually willing to heal the thing. The fallen paladin gripped the back of the miserable creature's skull to stem the bloodflow. "Why don't we find out if it would be wise to save this creature before you expend your efforts girl? The King may not be amenable to having a goblin in his city after all." ....the Shadowknights have risen on wings of despair.

Feather fidgeted out of impatience. She was no doctor, but even she could tell that she would need to hurry if she wanted to save the goblin. "Well," the girl answered as she looked over the creature with her eyes, already trying to figure out where she would need to direct most of her efforts, "I don't see what's wrong with having a goblin in the city, especially if it's friendly. I mean, maybe it'll be able to help us? ". Tsubasa then summoned up a gentle wind to lift the goblin out of the shadowknight's arms while bowing to Gregory. "King Gregory," the girl asked, "Please, from what I've heard, most of this goblin's family has been… ummm," Tsubasa found it hard to even say the distasteful word that would have described the situation, "Well, yeah. Most of his family has already died so can't we save at least this one? I mean, I don't think it'll do anything bad to the city now that most of his family is dead and, ermm, I can even tame it if you want to make sure it doesn't harm the citizens." Feather's eyes were cast down towards the ground as she tried her best to plead her point. She truly did want to save the goblin. Hopefully she'd be allowed to. If she wasn't…. Well, she'd find a way. Didn't she find a way during her adept exam? The one that she actually managed to pass, that is.

Gregory sighed as he stared at the miserable creature and said "Yes, that sounds reasonable Feather." Then Azrael's words floated to the front of his mind and he said to the armor clad giant, "I was speaking to an interesting character of sorts named Greed. If her presence bothers you, why not sort out your grievances, she's over there." He nodded in the direction of the half naked women standing in the room.

"Friendly? This thing tried to kill us. The only possible reason to keep it alive would be to interrogate it. There is no doubt is my mind that as soon as it is in one piece it would resume trying to kill us." To say Azrael was annoyed was an understatement. This girl seemed to have no killing drive whatsoever, and to go so far as trying to heal something that had been trying its best to kill your allies was lunacy. He set the creature down on the ground, ignoring the girl for a moment as he straightened up. When he did speak again, his voice was wrapped in arctic cold as his eyes burned with disgust. "Heal it then little pacifist. But I will not be the one to save you if the creature tears out your throat. I shall have to postpone following your suggestion my Kind, I doubt I would be pleasant company at the moment." He turned and strode away from the group, bowing to Gregory and rubbing S's head absently as he left. ....the Shadowknights have risen on wings of despair.

Feather nodded and quickly, but also carefully, took the goblin out of the room. She had heard Azrael but paid no heed to his warning. She knew what she was doing and she wasn't exactly suicidal either. Was she a pacifist? Of course, but there was nothing wrong with it. It was a lot easier to make friends if you weren't trying to attack everyone.
As she walked down the hallway, various people looked at the small girl strangely and whispered behind her back. Of course, Feather ignored everything and simply focused on getting the goblin treated as quickly as possible.
