rook stood there,considering."we didnt come here for power but for alies,your offer is intreging but how do i know this isnt a test of bahamut's.give me a little more proof that what you say is true and i might consider it.but i really dont fancy the idea of giving up my body so some eledged dragonlord can get revenge"rook wasnt going to be easily persuaded.at that moment rook sensed something was going down on zing's end,he searched for power signatures and sensed what he thought was sky.this cant be good rook thought but didnt show worry.

Skyeheart then pulled his fire fang out.
"I don't think I made myself clear. You can join me, or you can die having found me.

Lava then erupted behind Zing. He was trapped.
Alexander's eyes flared as his spirit lashed out and gripped Rook hard on the neck, choking his soul. The icy feeling of death's shadow seeped into him.
"It's seems you don't realize that I'll be walking out of here with a new body either way.
I can force myself into your body and destroy your soul in an instant! I was destined to be reborn the minute you stepped in!

zing pulled out his own sword and took a battle ready stance"i'd rather die"
rook sensed something not good was happening with zing and knew he would need rook's help.then a black essence made it self visable,in a cold scratchy voice it spokelet us in your body and we shall free yourook paused then remembered the voice,it was the same one that taught him a new technieq.rook nodded and the essence shot into his eyes."AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"rook's scream could be herd for miles,his eyes then glowed red,in a flash he tansformed into his dragon state,fortunatly the cave was big enough.rook grabbed the essence holding him in a spiritual way and a physical way as well,in a synical voice rook said"you are the one who wont be leaving,i was told to defeat you and that is what i shall do"rook raised his left hand and a beam of light shot from it toward alaxander,it was pure light energy which would eat away at the essence since it had know body it had no suficiant power level and wouldnt be able to stand against the beam.
zing felt what was happening to rookwhat's that power,it cant be rook...can it?zing could only think this but kept his eyes on sky.

Everything faded to red.....

The light was instantly swallowed up as Alexander's spirit cascaded over Rook.
Everything faded to black....

zing went bent low and started to manuver keeping a sharp eye out for sky useing his superior vision.
an energy field expanded from rook ilumenating his area he staid perfectly still.
(ooc:whatch your posts because your begining to god mode here and you cant say something is completly untouchable even if it is a spirit)

(Not exactly...here's where it all starts to take another twist.)
Suddenly, both Zing and Rook opened their eyes to find themselves back together and on the cold floor of an illuminated crystal cavern.
A large rumbling chuckle could be heard above them. As they looked up, there stood Bahamut and Tiamat.
"Well done. You both have passed the trial."

zing was already giving his brain too much work to do so he just sorta stared up,rook however had a differnt way of taking things
"what.the.f**k."hw said slowly looking up then it donned on him"ah-ha,i new it was a test,you guys better not keep screwin with our brains like that or we're liable to go overboard"he said nodding he had transformed at this time and the nameless spirits seemed to just disappear.

Tiamat craned her neck so that her head was right above the two.
"We spoke the truth when we said we could see everything about you, and that at that moment, you had no ill intent. However, power changes many things. Thus we needed to properly acess your capabilities."
Bahamut looked at Rook.
"The strength to contain our power..."
Tiamat batted an eye at Zing.
"The wisdom to wield it..."
They then parted a bit to allow Skyeheart to walk up.
"And most importantly, the will to resist temptation and the courage to stay to face the most difficult of foes, both of body and mind."

it finally doned on zing and he just fell over laughing but still managed to say"honostly sky,you had the crap scared out of me"then he went on laughing
"ok,ok,is there anything else we need to do cause that cave was literally hell frozen over"rook said and scratched the back of his head"so,do we have your trust"he said with anticipation.

Bahamut then cleared his throat.
"Now then, shall we proceed with the knighting?"

zing had recoverd himself from laughing now and stood beside rook,he wasnt s afraid now that he knew everyone here a little better than before and pluse there was no argument
"we would be honored"rook said with a bow as did zing.

Rook and Zing could feel changes, as if they were no longer in their own bodies.
What was happening to them?
Neithe Rook nor Zing could tell, for their eyes were squeezed shut as if by some influence.

zing sorrta relaxed as this happened but rook wasnt one who enjoyed forced body movment but he did his best not to squirm in order to open his eyes.

Silence. Rook and Zing opened their eyes. It seemed as if nothing had really happened. Then they noticed a strange crest engraved on their chest.
"That mark is the symbol of my power," spoke Bahamut. "With it, you will be able to tap into hidden powers normal kin could not. Until that mark is removed, you may pledge yourself to no other dragonlord."
