RPC Name: Vin Hins Rank: Civilian Talent Description: Vin is a Siren and usually Sirens song are easy to block out by covering ears and everything but, Vin is able to change the frequency of his song so it is unable to be heard by normal ears. Like a dog whistle, it can't be heard. Talent Weakness: It takes focus to change the frequency and it can't be used under water successfully How did the character get this talent?: He inherited it from his mother. Sample: Vin stared at his opponent blood trickled down the side of his face, his opponent laughing maniacly "You've lost Siren! I punched you in the vocal chords you can't sing!" Vin held his throat and slowly rose from the ground his legs stumbling. He opened his mouth and no sound came out, but it looked as if he was lip syncing something... The man looked confused then laughed "You've lost you pathetic Wimp!!!!! Uh.." he froze and he began to hold his ears "AHHHHH!!!!!" Vin kept on lip syncing and the man became crippled on the ground he held his head and his eyes were wide eyed. Vin stopped lip syncing and walked over to the man "Siren's are the perfect singers, I can change the frequency of our songs so you can't here them, but they'll still be there..." the man was still on the ground covering his ears... the clock of a gun was heard "You lost Dude..."

RPC Name: Gregory Reignhart Rank: Master Talent Description: Gregory has bonded with a spirit weapon that takes on the form of a greatsword, it can communicate to him mentally and does not have a name. At will, he can invoke the weapon to appear and take physical form, in which it is nearly invulnerable, and can only be broken by a fatal wound to Gregory. Because the weapon has a rather unusual nature, it's physical form can be manipulated to a degree, and moved through space (not instantaneously). Gregory generally says the incantation ("It's spirit is my blade, and my body it's vessel, come forth slayer of men.") though it's not required when bringing out the weapon it makes the process much easier. All abilities of the weapon will be made into custom skills so they can hopefully be balanced to a degree.
Talent Weakness: The spirit weapon has created a mental block in Gregory's mind, that prevents him from holding any other weapon and additionally Gregory exerts more energy while using the spirit weapon (skills related to using the spirit weapon cost 1.5x more) The Spirit weapon counts for all 6 of Gregory's custom weapon slots. The sword can not fully be removed from Gregory's body unless he literally pulls it out of himself.
How did the character get this talent?: Gregory followed rumors of a powerful sword during the two year time skip, eventually finding a temple dedicated to a long forgotten god. Within he found the remains of a broken and plain sword, Gregory picked up the remnants of the grip and his conscious was quickly flooded with that of another. He later discovered after a consult from a Biochemist that he'd become bond to spirit of unique properties.
Sample: Gregory stood out on the Rock Face of the Cliff Edge Academy. He'd been watching the first snow fall of the long winter season when a large boom shattered the calm of the day. He quickly snapped to attention and rushed over to origins of the sound, where someone had caused part of the city to explode. He spotted four figures that were heavily dressed and heavily equipped. Gregory whispered under his breath, "It's spirit is my blade, and my body it's vessel, come forth slayer of men." In a violent flash of light, the pummel and grip of his spirit weapon extended out of his left hand, which he then gripped and drew out of his body and then charged the invaders. He performed High Calibur as the spirit sword grew nearly 50% larger, and nearly cleaved one of the intruders in half. "Leave these lands!" Gregory shouted in rage. Two of the of attackers jumped back in surprise while the other seemed to be trying to desperately heal their fallen comrade with something that Gregory guess to be Sanctuary. The pair that had jumped back prepared for a counter attack, one drew a longsword while the other seemed to be building up power for a spell. Gregory raised his weapon high over his head with one hand which had shrunk to it's usual size, and used Air Suction with the other to drag the Mage towards him. The swordsmen quickly understood what was about to happen and tried to grab hold of the Mage, but he was to late. Gregory slashed down fast and hard, and then switched to Slip Up half way through the attack, impaling the Mage's chest. Gregory kicked the corpse off his weapon, launching it at the Swordsman, who showed no feelings for the dead as he cut aside the body and then rushed at Gregory. In response, Gregory used an Air Punch to blow the Swordsman backs and then tossed the sword into the man's chest. The Sanctuary was lifted as the Healer and the now uninjured woman got up, she pulled out what looked like a grenade and tossed it at Gregory, who shot it back at her with an Air Kick. The Grenadier jumped back in surprise, and the Healer protected her with a Barrier before it exploded. The Healer started to run over towards the swordsman who was still alive, even though the spirit weapon had impaled him. Gregory commanded his weapon to return to him and it did so before the Healer could trap in a Sanctuary that He'd just put up around the Swordsman. Gregory grabbed hold of the weapon's grip just as another grenade was sent his way, He didn't have time to send it back and dodged to the right using his intense speed. He rushed the Grenadier and was nearly shot when she drew a magnum. Gregory then smashed an uppercut into her gut while at the same time blasting an Air Punch off, she was sent upwards into the air, becoming easy prey for Gregory, who slashed upwards with all his might while increasing the size of his blade by 50% yet again. Gore flew everywhere as she was cut in half this time, the shock killing her instantly. Gregory turned to the other two and shouted something incomprehensible. He lifted the already massive and pumped a huge amount of energy into it, Gregory then swung the sword down, the sword grew nearly 5x it's original size and crashed through the Sanctuary, Instantly killing the Healer, and eventually killing the Swordsman, who still had a gaping wound in his chest. Gregory released the magi of the sword and returned it into himself. He'd realized he nearly caused as much damaged with that last attack that he'd sickened himself.

RPC Name: River Rank: Trainee Talent Description: Mild telepathic/empathic abilities. She can read the thoughts and intentions of those in close proximity to her, allowing her to tell when people are lying and knowing what people will think or say before it happens. River is also capable of at least mild precognition and is able to sense danger before it happens. Talent Weakness: The reason why she has these abilities is because when she was younger, River was stripped of her amygdalae, which is the object in the brain that acts as a filter to emotions. Because of this, she is sometimes over-powered when the emotions of those around her run high. River's emotional state can change rapidly between somber, happy and energetic, hysterical fear and crying, to a "killer mode". She is mentally unstable and can be potentially dangerous to even those that she calls her allies. She has some connection to the dead, and can be overwhelmed with the voices of the dead when in a place where inhabitants have died. How did the character get this talent?: The Holy Paladin Order, the ruling force in Fraxen, took in a bunch of highly and gifted children in under a guise of a school of the intellectually gifted. This was only a front, and the order performed a wide range of barbaric psychological and medical tests on River. The extent of the tests performed on River is not fully known. Her brain was mutilated, repeatedly. They performed unnecessary brain surgery; the regions of her brain that control emotion were cut into repeatedly, disallowing her from tuning out any emotion and forcing her to feel everything that normally could be pushed out of conscious focus. She was trained to kill, her body honed to be the perfect living weapon. She was also given psychological triggers put into her memory so that her handlers could use visual or vocal queues to do anything from enter her into a state where she would kill or put her into an unconscious state. Sample:
River was walking through the streets of Fraxen with one of her caretakers from the holy order. The moon shone on them as they weaved through the alleyways in order to take a shortcut to their final location. Her eyes widened, yet showed no emotion. As they continued walking, River suddenly ducked, her hair trailing upwards and then down as the blade cut through strands of her hair. She had barely the chance to dodge such a strike, and less time to counter attack. River slammed her elbow back, slamming it against the stomach of the strange assailant. As she stood up straight after knocking him out, two others now surrounded her and caretaker.
"What do you want!?" the caretaker exclaimed as he took a defensive stance. The assialants said nothing as they began walking closer and closer to them. River clutched the side of her hair tightly as her eyes widened in fear. She can see the thoughts running through their minds...she saw an image of her and taker, lying on the floor in a pool of their own blood. "Blood blood blood...they want us to rot...run run run...it's something we can not" she rhymed childishly as the assailants came closer to them. "River..." the caretaker told her before spouting off words in ancient elf. Suddenly, River's fears were stripped away, the trigger in her mind activated as she clenched her fists.
The assailants ran straight for her, both of them bearing their swords at her. The one coming from behind was faster than the one attacking her front. She would have to deal with him first. As the assailant aimed a thrust at her back in order to stab her through the heart, River moved to the left, twirling her body around and lifting her knee upwards. The knee connected with the man's chest, knocking the wind right out of him as she followed it up with a chop to the back of his neck. Knocking the man out, River, without looking at her opponent, moved to the left as he slashed sideways. Despite her knowing what was going to happen, her body was not fast enough to react. A gash of blood exploded out of her right arm and trickled unto the floor. The cut was deep, but not fatal. Taking this oppurtinity, River launched her foot upwards, kicking the man's chin as his head was flung backwards. Planting her foot back on the ground, she used her other foot to kick the back of the man's legs in order to knock him down to his knees. Then spinning around, River's heal connected with the man's face, rendering him unconcious. As the two assailants were defeated, the caretaker spoke once again in that strange and ancient elf language and River's body cramped up, toppling into the floor like a rag doll and being rendered unconcious by the trigger.

@kage: Denied. There are too many positive effects that you're trying to add up here and the weakness can hardly even be called a weakness at all. In short its too op. I'd suggest picking one effect, like the 'being fast underwater' thing, and sticking with it.
@ice: Denied. Mind reading to predict your opponents every move and thought is simply op, and the weakness is well...weak.

@may: If the sword doesn't need an incantation to summon then whats the point? >.> In one part of you description you say he can invoke the blade to appear and then later you say it isn't needed, so wtf? I ask because this can almost be Accepted but I don't you summoning an indestructible blade that can cover up a good portion of your body around you instantly wherever it happens to be convenient.

You already mentioned that you'd make a bunch of custom skills for it. How about this. Say that the sword literally exists inside your body. That way it can shoot out of anywhere on your body, but only point first. So you can impale people with a giant sword blade shooting out through your back, but you can't have a whole side of it just appear to block any attempt to injure your body. Also, capitalizing on your 'can't hold any other weapon' weakness this talent will not allow you to make any other custom weapon or wield any normal weapons like a gun lying around. This is what you got. If you agree to those rules and edit them in then I can Accept this.

And I never intended to use the sword like someone from soul eater, but that does make sense. That first bit, yeah that makes sense too. Will edit.

RPC Name:Remi Reverne (not created) Rank: (not created) Talent Description: Well, Remi, as an incubus, has a pair of wings and a tail, but also, apparently horns. The horns are strong enough to break steel weapons, and survive through the damage. But, in other ways, in can absorb darker energies from the air, and make him able to turn into something that looks like a hell-hound , but as a pup for 3 posts. He can also can make those dark energies to make his horns emanates heat, to keep himself and people cares about warm, also for 3 posts. Talent Weakness: Well, with the slightest touch from anyone, his horns activate his sex drive for 7 posts, wither he likes it or not. And when they do break off, it will make massive external bleeding, and leave him in a coma, until they grow back. How did the character get this talent?: He was born with it. Sample:
Now, Remi, was captured by some mad scientist, whom chained him up on a wall, and was almost willing to dissect him.... Not a pretty thought to Remi. As Remi kicked and screamed as his stomach was slowly cut, the scientist stopped for a moment. Inccubi didnt have horns...... This one was a unique one. Just before the scientist could touch his horns, Remi screamed. "DO NOT TOUCH THEM!!!!" Remi kicked at him, as the scientist was now wanted to know what it did more. Remi, was trying absorb enough dark energies in the air so he could turn into a demon pup and run, but failed to do so.... instead his horns were touched, and he was beat red, trying to get closer to the scientist from being chained to a wall...... What this done, was activate the young boy's sex drive.... Of course, the scientist was laughing hysterically, from what he done, and left Remi wanting cry to make the scientist stay..... it would wear off eventually, anyways.

"his horns exhale heat"
Keishi, that implies that your horns are alive. Only biotic organisms can breathe.

What I mean is that it releases heat, and to get the point of it, it would be warm as if someone was exhaling >.< AKA: it's going to be as warm as Remi's core body temperature.
