Oh, that wasn’t so bad. He had actually hit the target instead of hitting a random object (or Hound). Sudi didn’t want to win – he’d rather not have that that kind of attention on himself – but making a complete fool out of the Hound that had borrowed him from Hazahra to enter the competition was to be avoided at all costs. He didn’t look particularly menacing but Sudi still followed his every move with wary eyes whenever he was close.
The second target was a little further away and a little harder to hit, Sudi assumed. He tried to do the exact same thing he’d tried before but raising his bow a little. Hopefully, it would work.
With a sharp sound, the arrow left the bow and rose up, up, up… and nearly hit a bird (who squawked indignantly) before it dropped back down, hitting the dusty ground where it got firmly stuck, one end shaking rapidly for a few seconds until it finally stopped. The crowd rose in laughter and Sudi, lowered ears and bristling ridiculously, truly wished he had a hole to crawl into.
((Didn't Sudi get 20 pts on the first round?))

Tau-Tau frowned angrily at himself. He hadn't even hit the target. He nocked another arrow, and this time he let it go rather quickly, to see if that would prove more effective.

Lilia gains no points!
Her last shot. This was it. If she didn't get this one Nappa was likely to take her to the sidelines and then beat her with something not so fun to be beaten with. Bracing herself she pulled the bow back and shot it, hoping upon hope it'd at least hit the board and give her a few points. It might let her hold her lead.
When she saw that she hadn't she almost fell over. This would not end well she feared

(no worries, it probably won’t make much difference anyway XD)
After his last miss, Sudi was more than a little nervous when it was his turn to shoot. His paws shivered stubbornly despite his effort to aim properly (at least what he hoped would be a proper aim) and the striped slave held the bow in tension for a few seconds before he finally released the arrow, closing his eyes and waiting for the crowd's reaction.
Sound erupted around him. Disappointment, anger (someone must've bet on him) and many others told him he had missed. When he opened his eyes, Sudi looked for the arrow and simply couldn't find it and the cat let go of the bow as if the wood was burning him.

Tau-Tau narrowed his eyes. That had been a close one. Maybe if he got a bit more time with the bow, he could get somewhere with it.
Unfortunately, this was his last shot. He pulled in a deep breath and let it out through his nostrils, the only outward sign he gave of his disappointment.
Oh well. He had already made quite enough of a spectacle of himself. Hopefully, his mistress wouldn't beat him... too hard... for his failure. But, he might as well see this through to the end.
Abandoning hope as well as pride, he disinterestedly took aim and let the arrow fly, not really caring at all wether it hit anything or not, and not surprised when it didn't.

Lilia has won the cupid challenge. As a result Nappa will get a prize pouch of 100 stones and will roll 5 - 15 for luck, and Lilia will roll a 5 - 15 for dexterity
