"Me? Same sas story as everyone else I suppose. Abandoned as a baby. I kinda taught myself magic as I grew up. Just goin on instincts. Turns out a couple of years later I would learn that Im descended from one of the original elves who started the school. I took care of myself living on the streets until a Derking found me." she suddenly looked sad. "I was being chased by Bandits who somehow mamaged to use magic. We only got as far as the gate before they killed him. I never even got to know his name. After that, the teachers kind of took me in. Headmaster Kiron, the headmaster before me, was like a father to me."

Zoje just shrugged her shoulders. "If they come back, good for her. If they dont she has a family here who will take care of her."

Zoje sighed and unsheathed Eron, running her hand over the razor sharp blade. She knew it wouldnt cut her. It had a spell on it that wouldnt allow to cut the one whose blood had been embeded in it.
