^_^[videl-chan]^_^ We played a song called Symphonic Dance No.3. It was one of the BEST songs I ever played. But it was also the hardest song I've ever played.
Yes! Me and my band played that last year in Canada for our competition song. And we won with it ^ ^*
You're right. It was a hard song, but I loved it. It was a lot of fun on baritone.

the hardest i played it think might have been palimpsest?
but i saw one wear the music for my instrument (trumpet) was so hard i almost passed out
i not im not the best, but not even the first chair could play some parts
this was variations on a korean folk song, it sounds awsome! but mad hard, trumpets weren't meant for a part like that

We played Symphonic Dance No. 3, too- but there weren't any bass clarinet parts so we had to paly the 3rd trumpet part. Oi vey.
The hardest song I've played thus far has been La Forza Del Destino.
In the bass clarinet part, it went from D in the third octave down to E in the lowest octave. It was nuts. My BD pulled it out for sightreading and near the 4th page he stopped and went, "'Kay, so now I'm going to bust yer chops..." and took it as fast as he could. rofl It was quite amusing.

The hardest song I have ever played would be "gavorkna fanfare". It pretty short but what makes it hard is the fact that at certain parts its almost impossible to play without double tongueing. Pretty crazy!!! biggrin

CAUSE FOR CELEBRATION.
Oh god. I have to count about 200 bars before I come in. And like every third bar the time signature changes.
So. Hard. x-x

Ok...Listen to flight of the bumblebee...Our teacher tried to teach us that, but its to hard for our so called "advanced band"...No were just playing this one that has these notes (for a flute, and there low) G-D, B-D,A-Eb, C-Eb, B-F, D-F, C-G (STARTS GETTING HIGHER), E-G...THATS JUST A WARM UP FOR US. Were playing Peer Gynt suite #1 at the moment smile

ummm, I feel kinda stupid but the hardest song I've eevr played so far is Do You Hear What I Hear I was a freshman when we played this last year and it was sorta really kinda fast but it didn't help that I had been slammed into a brick wall that day of the concert.....

Erm... I've only been playing Clarinet for a little more than a year, and currently in band class, we're learning how to play these five (Yes... FIVE...) different Christmas songs (Which we have to learn how to play all of them before December 13 crying ) and the hardest one to me is Hark The Herald Trumpets Swing.
...My god, I'm pathetic O_o

well, my band started playing concert christmas music about 2 weeks ago, and so far, the hardest music is Christmas Festival. Everyone hates it because the Key Signature and Time keeps changing every10-20 measures! and its about 140+ long!
It doesn't help that I keep forgetting the alternate fingerings for my trumpet...
