Yeeeah, Rael is more of serious dangerous ruffian-y delinquent-y punk than the modern meaning. |D;
Probably shouldn't be told he needs to "chill". Like anyone else, he would not like to be told not to do what he likes to do...
He prefers doing things over bitching(ie if he doesn't like someone, he'll probably go set their house on fire), so I don't think they could be punky buddies unless Riku would actually be willing to come along for the ride without nagging Rael(and possibly enjoying the chaos) and possibly be willing to participate.

I kinda really want Void and Rael to be buddies. :'D She wouldn't be too discouraging if he wanted to kill someone though... But she would definitely join him in being destructive. -nodnod- Not out of the realm of possibility for her to have a little crush on him either. ou o It's not every day she meets someone willing to light up a house. Hmm. I can do guild, my only problem with that is I tend to be terribly slow with getting a decent reply up. lD;; Also I tend to forget they exist. ou o But if you don't mind harassing reminding me to reply every now and then we can do that!
But I'd probably be more likely to reply via pms. -nod- So... that would probably be a better choice~ Is there a certain setting you'd like? surprised Like, where would be a good place for them to meet?

In a city setting would work best, outside on the streets or something. 3nodding If it's a night setting, Rael will definitely be up to no good. He'll be more tamed during the day, though.

Well I already told you Damian considers Sarah his bro but ya know I should post it so we don't forget! However I got a new proposition for you! So I have this girl T eddy who looks all sweet and wonderful but thing is she comes from the slums of a city where she grew up in a gang. I looked in here to add the Damian and Sarah thing and Bam I read about Rael and they need to be partners. Teds is a tomboy lesbian who's trying to stay clean but can't resist a fight or a little bit of trouble. She'd make sure he doesn't kill or brutally harm someone but besides that she's up for it all. If for some reason they didn't get along he'd make a great rival for her XD

hihi, I'm interested in roleplay between Ness and Wikus. Just a real basic form of friendship. I'm working on helping her socialize herself instead of just staying indoors playing games and dancing by herself. XD Nessif you're game for this; i was wondering how she might meet or have met him if he's so severely withdrawn into his hermit lifestyle.
