Zakkon moved through the trees along the perimeter of Anvil, slowly, but stealthily making his way to the docks. All of a sudden, a loud grating sound loud enough to almost make him cover his ears filled the air. Zakkon shook off the shock of the sudden sound, and sprinted along his destination.

He had no idea what'd made that sound, but whatever it was, he certainly didn't want to miss the carnage that would surely follow in it's wake.

"Arnix!!! Grab onto me!!!!" Kah activated the sanctuary ring that he was wearing. Arnix being a friend, had crushed a fake ring in their show of enimity. The last thing Kah saw before he hit the floor from sanctuary was a nothing. But he felt the wind blow right near his face before body met floor. 4 more uses for the ring. Then he would have to find someone to charge it for him. Hopefully the wizard would run out of magicka by then. That spell seems like it takes much magic.

(we should wait for spud man to post, I think?)

(Sounds good to me, but since my post won't directly be changing anything in the storyline currently, besides putting me back at the docks, if noone minds I'd like to add this in.)

Zakkon made it to the docks just in time to see the cloaked man finish casting his spell. As it flew into the alleyway, and straight at Arnix and Kah, it kicked up a dust of debris and bits and pieces of the road that obscured his vision. As the misty haze slowly cleared, Zakkon peered into the wreckage to see both Kah and Arnix completely unhurt.

Zakkon looked closer, and noticed the reason why. That b*****d of a Khajit still had that Sanctuary ring of his. Zakkon had no idea how, after seeing the Redguard crush it, but he recognized the ring and the shimmering barrier of Sanctuary surrounding them.

He had no idea what was going to happen next, but he honestly doubted that Maikau had another trick up his sleeve.

Zakkon slid down from the tree, cast Flitting Shadows upon himself, and newly shrouded by Invisibility, crept towards Maikau. Whether to stab him in the back, or aid him in fighting, would be decided on how well the battle went between him and the other two however.

((Sorry about that guys I went over to a mates place for a couple of days))

Arnix looked at Kah and nodded. He then turned around and saw the blade comming at them again. "It's my turn now Kah!" Arnix raised his axe and closed his eyes and waited. He could here everything around him, Kah's heart beat was loud in his ear and he could here Maikau's breathing. He could also here the wind but the sound was only comming from one direction he knew he must concentrat on the sound. And with his eyes still closed he yelled, "HELLBALL!" And a great ball of fire lit up the blade of wind he opend his eyes, and the blade was only one, and if that, seconds away from him. Without a moments hesitation he brought down his axe on the blade completely shatering the Cleave.

He looked at Maikau and smiled just as an arrow hit him. He looked down it was an iron arrow but there was also a note attached to it, 'If you are the one we need then this should not kill you.' Then everything went black..........

((I'll say that the only reason it broke is because Maikau could no longer support the spell. A blade can't shatter wind. Nonetheless, it's acceptable.))

After the Cleave spell dispersed, Maikau collapsed. He took a restore Magicka potion out of his cloak, drank quaffed it, and uttered a recall spell. Then he was gone. He didn't know what he was going to tell his client once he appeared back in Chorral, but he could easily implicate the Kojitae, since Zakkon had been present. If that was the case, he could also tell his client that Sorjen Xyrokei had been there. That could count as a good excuse, but his client wouldn't be likely to accept it. He needed witnesses, and in that sense, he needed to ally himself with Kah and Arnix. He also had to avoid the Kojitae operatives in Chorral, and get evidence that Sorjen had been there. As he appeared in his mansion in Chorral, drained of all energy, he could only think one thing:

This is going to be a long day...

"Nooooo!!!!" yelled Kah as his friend blacked out. Kah removed a restore fatigue potion and health potion from his pack and gave them to his friend. He pulled the arrow out and cast a small sound spell in his ear. Just to arouse him. When Arnix woke up, Kah told him that they should get on a boat.

"Can you sense who shot that arrow?" Kah asked before they boarded.

"No I can't I can't concentrate while I'm in this much pain, the potion must have been spoiled. It healed up the wound just fine but it still hurts."
Arnix tried to sit up but he couldn't, the pain was too much. Then he rembered he knew a restore health spell, he muttered the spell and was instantly fealing better. He closed his eyes and tried to search for the mystery shooter. "We're to far away from Cyrodil. But it will be good to get back home. I haven't seen our old Slave Master in years!" 'It will be good to kill the fetcher.' He thought

"I thought we were going to Valenwood? Didn't we want to get away from these people that were hunting us?" asked Kah. "If we aren't I say that we go straight to Cyrodill and kill master before anyone else comes and tries to attack us." Kah still called master master because he was just recently freed and was still in the habit.

"What do you say? Time to kill the N'wah and get our much deserved gratification?"

((Sorry should have been more clear. Home = Vvardenfel))

"That's what they will be expecting, so I had a little talk with the captain and he will stop at Valenwood the give us one of the little boats and under the cover of night we will travel to Vvardenfel. That should put them of our sent for a while, and give us a change to kill Boryvan Inumani." Arnix got up and started walking towards the lovely young lady's cabbin, who he met eariler today. "Kah, make sure no one touches Betsey!" And went in.

"Good plan. Oh, and do you really want your ring back?" Kah wouldn't mind giving it back to him now. If they were stopping at Valenwood for a little bit, maybe he could find an enchanter to make one for himself...

"Narh I don't need it, and it will save you spending money on one for yourself." Anrix looks up into the sky and sees a near by bird, so he concentrates on it and now he sees thorugh its eyes. He flys over Valenwood and sees many burning towns. He then returnes to his body. "I think we are in for a fight when we get to Valenwood....."

"I see, well, guess we will have to be ready." Kah said as he boarded the boat. Kah slipped on the ring and sat down on the deck.

"You coming or what arnix?"

"Yep!" Arnix boarded the boat and hoisted the sail. "You don't happen to have a fishing rod?"
PostPosted: Thu Jan 19, 2006 5:40 am

"Sorry, I don't usually carry one on me, plus, we don't want some dreugh pulling you over." Kah hated those things. Even if their remains brought in a spectacular septim. He could just as easily get one on dry land, if not easier.

"Well we're going to need food! I supose I could try something." Arnix dived into the water, he was under for a while the the water around where he dived in, turned red with blood. When he returned to the surface he was holding two fish. "Now we just need to cook 'em!"
