Nadja was.. serene, perhaps, though in the face of a distraught, wounded girl her calm expression and murmured tone might be better termed 'impassive.' Her brows lifted slightly as she had a final sip. "Recognizing when personal interests conflict with the greater objective is sometimes difficult, but necessary for success in an organization," she advised, studying Cal to see how her words were received.
"Charizards can be good Pokemon. If you had some aesthetic attachment, you can request an unaltered clone from the same DNA." The elite set her teacup aside with a quiet click of porcelain. "For now, dismissed."

Cal took in these words as she had took in that delicious warm tea, though these words were not all to soothing. She hovered for a moment on that thought. There was, of course, nothing she could do. The elite was giving it to her straight without anything unnecessary. She sucked up her thoughts in one big gasp of air, swallowing them down and burring them away.
She was very grateful for the information given to her. Maybe she would make a clone of that ramped Charizard in the future.... Dismissing these thoughts, she bowed to the elite- trying to go for deep bow but stopped by the pain in her side. "Thank you Elite Nadja. It has been a pleasure talking with you." She calmly walked from the elite's office holding her side, on her way to be wrapped in more gauze and maybe get some more pain medication.
