 Hearing Silverstar she flicked her ears, showing she had heard her leader. Then she flicked her tail to Silverclaw who bounded forward but then slowed her pace. she turned back to Embergaze. "um.. well. Silverstar had said that you had known the location of the medicine am i right?" she asked the tom.

Icestorm paused at his answer, for they had reached the stream. It was calm and clear. "I see.... well.. i wanted to ask you how you know where the medicine is?" By this time Silverclaw had padded over to them.

 T r o u t t a i l"One Clan's trash. . ."_______________________________________Troutail went down to the stream and lapped up the water, it was wonderfully cool. His ear swiveled behind him at the sound of a splash. He looked in the water to see a fish, and good sized too, he put his paw into the water. He felt the body of the fish and flicked his paw up, sending the fish onto the shore where he killed it swiftly._____________________________________". . .is another Clan's treasure."

 H a w k p a w“Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.”___________________________[Hawkpaw padded beside Thunderpaw, smirking at her pride in smelling the stream before any other cat. He snorted gruffly as he too scented the stream, but smiled. He needed a break, anyway. They all needed a break. His paws felt like they were about to drop off, but he dare not show it to Silverstar. After all, he very much so wanted to show her that he was about as much as a warrior as Thunderpaw.
Once all the cats arrived at the stream, Hawkpaw padded up to the bank and lapped up some of the water. He was thankful at how cool and crisp it was; it was really all that he needed. Once he was done, Hawkpaw padded away, scenting a mouse somewhere nearby.]___________________________

 L i g h t n i n g s t r i k e"Vigilance is to be the only one to stick with it until the end, no matter the obstacles surrounding the victory."______________________________________ [The massive silver tom crouched beside the stream, letting its icy water wash over his paws as he lapped it up. It felt so good to be back in water; no matter how small the flow. His amber gaze caught a shimmer of rose, and with a flick of his paw brought a fair sized salmon up on the bank. He nosed it toward one of the other cats, trying to be polite but failing. He growled and turned back to the stream, his paws itching to dive in. Well, maybe once. . .
Lightningstrike padded farther upstream, then glanced around. Quick as a flash, he was in the water, letting its iciness reach through his think pelt. He knew greenleaf was coming- and this time, early. The landscape of the meadows gave no protecion from the heat, so he was thankful for the water.
He hauled hiself out of the stream onto the bank, spraying water everywhere. He sighed and padded back to wait for the other cats, impatient to get going and finish this journey. His gaze traveled over all the cats, scrutinizing them as he went. The calico from StormClan, Brightspirit, the gray from NightClan, Willowheart, the three apprentices, Hawkpaw, the brown, Leopardpaw, the golden, and Thunderpaw, the black. He was good with names, though he hardly spoke.] ______________________________________

After Mosstar lapped up the cool water then looked at the banks of the stream and saw a little fish fit for herself swimming along the edge of the banks. With one gentle swipe with her paw across the water she had it, and ate it with three hungry bites.

"To live is to slowly be born."_____________________________Embergaze_____________________________[Embergaze looked up into the sky. He sighed and sat down at the stream's edge. He peered into the cool water, staring at his reflection, then took a drink, his tounge lapping gently at the water.
He raised his head, and a drop gently slid down his chin. He blinked again, shifted on his feet, and then finally looked over at Icestorm.]
"I traveled here before," he said quietly. "In spirit. I have the ability to leave my body and return to it."

[I turned and saw Hawkpaw blinking at me, a smirk across his face. He turned and took a drink. I looked down at the clear water and bent over to lap at it.
And then I saw something that made me freeze.
On the surface of the water, a cat whose face was not mine stared back at me.
His mane flew out, gently rippling in the water. His piercing blue eyes stared into mine. They were so captivating. And as I stared, one single, powerful word floated through my mind.
Father.
Suddenly, a leaf blew onto the surface of the water, sending waves of ripples accross the surface. When the water settled, the image had disappeared, and I stared into my own shocked face.
I took a drink, still feeling dazed, and stood to see Hawkpaw padding off. I flicked my ears, trying to blow off the image as a delirious mirage, and padded after Hawkpaw.]
"Wait up!" I called. "Why don't we catch some prey? I'm sure Silverstar would be grateful."
[I grinned happily, trying to hide my shock and confusion. I blinked, waiting for his response.]
__________________________________I will wait for you, as thunder waits for its beloved lightning.
Adventure awaits us! Let us travel the world, and see new wonders together!

Wavepelt had been at the water for a while, enjoying the coolness of it. I wonder, am I going to be able to finish this journey? He felt it would be impossible, he sighed "was it a good idea to join the clans, or should I have just ran away when that cat found me?"

“That's what I was about to do. Why don't we hunt seperately? That way we'll cover more ground and bring back extra prey...Is something wrong, Thunderpaw? You look like you've seen the ghost of Tigerstar or something.”
[He flicked his ears, watching Thunderpaw's blue eyes with intent as they padded through the windy lands. She was hiding something, he could tell. After all, he always hid his feelings from other cats; he should know when others tried to do the same. Especially Thunderpaw.]

but he who has mastered himself is mightier still."_____________________(( Thor's breed is the biggest domestic cat in the world- the maine coon. he's huuuge. : D ))
[Thor padded through the underbrush, his whiskers twitching. The forest was bustling with life. The leaves rustled in the wind, and prey skittered as he passed by. His massive paws snapped the twigs and leaves beneath his feet. He had no need to be quiet- he wasn't running from someone.
Rather, he was searching for someone. More that one someone.
But it had been a very long time since they had been seperated. He knew not how many of them had survived.
He stumbled forward, pointless and aimless. He didn't know where to search- he simply walked, hoping perhaps fate would bring him to them.
Ahead of him, there was the sound of a stream. He padded forward, intent on getting a drink, and stepped out into the light.
That's when he saw them.
There were so many of them! Cats of all sizes, mulling together, drinking, sleeping, hunting. Why were they traveling in a group?
Had they been sent to hunt him? Were they sent by...them?
It couldn't be! He thought they had given up hunting them!
He let out a roar, eyes flashing. He wouldn't be taken easily!]
"Who are you?!" he shouted to all of them. "Fight me, if you were sent to kill me! You cannot kill me, because I died many years ago!"
[His claws unsheathed, and he fluffed out his fur. He let out another snarl, eyes on fire.] _____________________I will search until I have found the song that I have lost
amongst the storm- I will find my Thunder.• • • • • • •

[I blinked and nodded.] "I suppose we should hunt seperately," I mewed. I let out a sigh and added, "It's...well...I saw something strange in the water. It was this massive cat, and he stared back at me. For some reason, when I saw him, a word flashed through my head- father. I never knew my father, so I don't know how-"
[Suddenly, a massive cat roared across the clearing. I whirled around and saw the biggest cat I'd ever seen screaming at all the cats. Cats scrambled, hissing, and my fur stood on end. He was smaller than the slayers of course- he seemed to be just like us "small" cats- and yet, he was not small.]
Hissing, I approached him and snarled, "Are you crazy? We haven't done anything! Our mission doesn't concern you! We-"
[I stopped short. Piercing blue eyes rested on me, and I recognized the face as that of the one I saw in the reflection. The word popped into my head again.
Father.
I gasped, and backed up, fear in my eyes. I gulped air, feeling like I was drowning.
The world blurred, and all I saw was piercing blue eyes staring boldly back at me.]

H a w k p a w“Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.”___________________________[Hawkpaw whipped around and pelted after Thunderpaw back to the other cats. He skidded to a hault before the biggest cat he'd seen since the Star Slayers. Gaping, his ears flattened as he stood slightly behind Thunderpaw, his spikey fur beginning to fluff out. His eyes hardened at the massive tom-cat.]
“T-that's right! We have no idea what you're talking about! You sound insane!”
[He tried to sound confident and brave, but the words came out shaky and weak. He cursed himself and scowled at the enormous tabby, unsheathing his claws in defense, trying to make up for his pathetic words.]
(( Hawkpaw is a Main Coon...o__o;; I actually found his pictures looking up "Maine Coon kitten"...Foxdung. > < I think I should've put that in his profile, but...too late. Dl

but he who has mastered himself is mightier still."_____________________[Thor looked down. A young cat had approached him, hissing a warning. Suddenly, it stopped and froze. Thor saw recognition, then fear, cross its eyes. It backed away, gasping for breath as if it was drowning.]
"Eh? What is the matter with you?" he snorted. "Why are you stopping?"
[The cat swallowed, and trembled. Thor looked closer. There was something eerily recognizable about the cat. He sniffed. It smelled familiar, too. Thor looked at its beautiful blue eyes.]
"Who are you?" he whispered.
[The cat looked at him and shook its head. Trembling, it tried to speak, then paused.]
It tried again and said simply, "Father."
[Thor reeled back, as if he had been struck. His fur rippled with anxiety, and he shook his head, snorting. He looked down at the cat, squinting, trying to see it through different eyes.
Suddenly, he saw. He saw his love's face staring back at him. Noor.
No. Not Noor. Someone hauntingly familiar to her.]
"Daughter," he moaned, "Child. Oh, oh my child!"
[He shuddered, and took another step back.]
"They said they had killed you. They said you had died."
[The little cat shook her head and laughed a bittersweet laugh.]
"I'm not dead," she said sourly,"Though sometimes I wish I were. No, I survived that night."
"Did they hurt you?" he whispered.
"I don't know who you're talking about. I wasn't attacked by cats.
We....we were out, out in a storm. The ground was wet, and we...all...all four of us...we were running, trying to get as far away as we could. From something.
But then, the clouds. They shot down a bolt of lightning and it hit the grount, and the water...we were all electrcuted."
"No."
"They died."
"Oh, please, no."
"I was the only one who survived."
[Thor grimaced, baring his teeth. He shuddered.]
"How...how could they die? Why?"
"I don't know," the she-cat whispered, "But I'm here, father. I'm here."
"What...what are you called?"
"Thunderpaw."
"Oh...my Thunder...yes, it fits you. It fits you very well."
"What...what are you called?"
"Thor."
"Oh."
"It's shorter than your name."
"I don't care. I just...I'm so glad to see you..."
"I am too, my child."
[Thor took a few steps closer. Thunderpaw hesitated, then went running to Thor. She slammed into him, but he stood tall, unmoved. She buried her face into his chestfur and shuddered. He placed his giant paw over her back comfortingly.]
"There, there, little one. I'm here. I'll stay here with you."
[He looked around at all the other cats.]
"As long as your friends approve, I will stay with you."
[Thunderpaw said nothing. Just buried her face further and furhter into the strong scent of her father, a scent that had haunted her since she had been a kit.]_____________________I will search until I have found the song that I have lost
