It depends...Scizor has more usefulness in my opinion than Steelix does...
Plus, Steelix is ungodly slow...I can't handle slow pokemon...

I think I'll use it on Steelix for now. ^.^; For right now, it's more useful. And speed doesn't bother me too much. When are you ready? I can get another metal coat later on.
