angel_nicholson Uber Shoono He throws Jane onto the bed. "Get your laptop and plug yourself in... now!" He yells to him. Jane scrambled to pull himself up. "My what?! I don't know what you're talking about!" He walks over, takes the laptop from under the bed and puts it in front of him. "Plug this into your head and I will download the files."

Uber Shoono He walks over, takes the laptop from under the bed and puts it in front of him. "Plug this into your head and I will download the files." Jane hesitantly reached for his back, they had at least told him how to plug himself in. He pulled out the cord and plugged it into the side of the computer, flinching when it was connected. "Ouch!" he gasped.

Uber Shoono "Okay my work is done!" He yells as he walks over to his bed and lays down. "By the way Xane, I know you're there!" He yells as he looks up at the ceiling. Jane unplugged himself from the computer and flopped down onto his side, exhausted, letting the cord wind itself back up. "I-I'm sorry..." he mumbled. "I wasn't able to get them to keep anything..."

Uber Shoono "It's fine. I am just glad you are here and not that sniveling little baby!" He continued to look up at the ceiling. Jane glared at him. "Hey...I had no idea what was going on. I woke up knowing nothing about where I was, thrown into a strange room, and had you pick me up and throw me around. I had reason to be a sniveling baby." He paused. "I really had no idea..." he mumbled. He slid to the end of the bed and reached out for the metronome on his dresser.

Uber Shoono "You really like that thing don't you?!" He asks as he sees Jane reach for the metronome. Jane turned it on and set it to a beat, watching it tick back and forth again. "It reminds me of a heartbeat..." he said quietly. "Like I was still in that tube...all alone...It calms me."
