The edge of the dog's mouth turned up slightly. It was an attempt to smile. Worry not, my dear one. I will be fine when the sun falls, I promise. he wasn't being hit by direct sunlight, so he wasn't really in any pain. It was just tiring and he was so lethargic he couldn't protect her if he wanted to... but he would not leave her alone.

Aerie told him and threw the covers off of her and got up from the bed and she went to the washroom. Closing the door behind her she turned the water on to warm until the room filled with steam before taking off the pyjama's Azriel made for her and stepped into the shower to wash and awake herself.

He closed his eyes once more to rest, listening calmly to the sounds of normalcy around himself and her. For now, they were perfectly safe. He sighed and allowed himself to relax for the first time in over a century.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXĄeяıe Wıℓℓıaмş ☸ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Aerie relaxed and she washed her hair slowly. Before yesterday she had barely had the time to care for herself let alone have to properly shower. She ran the hot water over her body and let herself calm and loosen up. When she got out she slowly dried herself and wrung her hair out. By the time she was all done she walked back out to the room the sun was setting and she emerged from the bathroom in just the towel. ''Azriel?'' Aerie tasked as she went to find her bag and get new clothes.

He was sitting on the bed upright, leaning back against the headboard. He looked up at her, slowly regaining more of his color. "I'm fine." he assured her. His voice quiet, but gaining strength. "How are you feeling?" he tried to fight the very strong reaction his body had to seeing her in nothing more than a towel.

Slowly nodding in response she walked past the bed and looked to him her damp hair falling in waves around her face. "Better than I have in a long time. Thank you.'' Aerie said with a grin as she looked from him to the clock. "Were you serious about what you said last night? About going to Europe?''

Azriel stretched and once the sun was entirely gone strength flooded him and he stretched, more comfortable now. "I meant every word I said to you last night, paquena. Nothing will stop me from making you safe and happy." he murmured softly, kissing her nose with gentle affection.

Aerie ssaid and then moved away from him and her to bag to grab some clean clothes. She shuffled through her clothes, noting that she would still have to go any buy some new ones. Grabbing a new set of clothes she went and changed in the bathroom and she walked back out and looked to Azriel with a smile.

He too Clothed himself and then slowly, he stood and stretched. "I have a sister." he said with a small smile. "I think you two will get along really well...and she's a clothing designer, so she'll probably know more about your girl's clothing than me. I bet she'd love to meet you." he said gently. "She's back at home waiting for my return from the hunt I came here on." he explained, stretching.
[So sorry, been really, hectic and busy lately, BUT!!!, I should be on more. Also, thanks to you, I am SO addicted to Polyvore! Lol]

Aerie said softly and then moved to pack up her things. Deep down she wished he could meet her family as well, she briefly also wondered about his home. She had never been outside of the country let alone the continent. Aerie only hoped that one day that they would come back again.

"Aerie... I would love to meet your family. I truly would. Are they somewhere I could take you to visit them before we leave?" Of course, he'd be in her head, terrified the creature would try to attack her. "And don't worry. I think you'll really enjoy the Carpathian Mountains... Honestly." he smiled softly and laid his finger tips to her temples and closed his eyes showing her Images of his home land where he grew up.He pulled away and smiled, hoping these images would share with her the beauty and love he had for his home. He kissed her forehead and said, "And any time you want to come back I will bring you, no expense is too much so long as you're happy." he murmured.  [Behold the new Beauty that is Azriel!!! Whooo!!]

As he said about going to see her family she sighed softly. "I don't know where... the vampire killed them. I don't know what happened to them after I left that night.'' Aerie told him softly, though it comforted her to know he would bring her back, maybe one day when it was safe she would show him her hometown, but to go back there now, even the thought caused her heart ache. She closed her eyes as she felt his lips on her forehead and breathed in deeply.

He embraced her gently. "Then surely it was your family who led me to you." he murmured gently. He enveloped her with affection and care and held her close to him.

Azriel nodded at her last statement. "That's fine, are you prepared to leave?" there was time to spare, as night had only just fallen, and by the time they reached the Carpathian Mountains they would have beaten the sun and night would again have fallen, but this time, over his home land.
