I gave a small growl as I grew more and more irritated as I waited. There was many things I wanted to do, things I wanted to say. My ears perked as I heard footsteps and Toruk entered the room. "Toruk, tswal tsamsiyu kawng!" Kxani protested as he entered. In her haste she forgot that he couldn't speak her language fluently. When she got over excited or stressed she happened to switch back.

"kawng? Bad? What is bad? You mean Jicarilla is bad? I don't much your language too well Kxanì." I say trying to figure out what she was talking about. Grace always helped translate, without her I doubt I would be able to communicate much with her. Kxanì was clever probably smarter then me. She picked up my language and found it easier to understand our culture then it was for me to understand hers. Snapping out of my thought process I almost scold her "I told you not to touch my amp suit or play with our technology."

I had the decency to blush as Toruk scolded me about being in his armor. I hadn't meant to hurt anything I had just been curious. He always kept it such a secret. "Bad armor, destroy lots. Kill eywa!" I growled.

" No guns kill people Kill Amp suits just do their job" I tried explaining to her. I don't think she liked being scolded and I think she was still startled by the strength of an Amp suit.

"Guns, bad, make disappear." I continued. If he didn't believe his armor was bad then what ever had fired was. Either way something was responsible for killing part of the forest. "Why have that something ?" I questioned.

"Guns? Yes I have guns I showed you what they do." I did not want to have an argument about semantics with her, not today, and not in broken English. "So are going to go hunting yet? I kill one of these local animals" I inquire excited about hunting the alien life. Kxanì was always curious about us but never seemed to want to take me hunting with her. She was protective of her ways and rarely include d me in her customs. Grace so far has learned the most.

"You lied!" I growled. When he had shown me the creations called guns they had not so much damage. He also hadn't allowed me to try them out, now I knew why. "no, Kxani go kelku." I said moving to leave already making clicking noises to call Txep.

"You need training to use our technology. And what did I lie about?" I try to explain but it seems she had already made her decision. "Are you leaving already? I thought we were going exploring and hunting together today." Even with the language gap patched and slightly filled I always had trouble understander Kxanì .

"Kea, Kea Oe Kea taron fa guns." I hissed. "Not how Eywa intended." I said making sure he could understand. He was not grace and while he knew some of my language he could not translate as well.

"Ok ok Kxanì. How about we go on a hunt without Jicarilla? I'll just use my takuk" I try to get on her good side. It was pretty insane going around Pandora with only bow but hey it was my bets option right now. I was sure that if I showed her my warrior skills just maybe she would understand me better. I wanted to get to know Kxanì better as a person.

"You can't hunt with just a takuk. I don't know how you hunt on your home but you need more than a takuk here. Nantang, Palulukan eat you quick." Kxani scolded. I saw Txep appear on the out skirts of the small base that had been built in the past couple of months.

"I use Jicarilla. He and I act as one he is like an extension of me. He is built as I'd like to fight." I explain hoping she would understand. Kxanì had trouble relating to mechanical devices. It was easy to explain the bond but hard to explain how technology did not think or feel. "So what can we hunt today?"

"You speak of a Tsahaylu with something that is like a tree." I say turning back to Toruk. "I told you, you can no hunt with a Takuk alone and the shiny tree thing too noisy." I explained exasperated. It was obvious we needed Grace here to translate, our communication skills were still very broken.

At this point I was wishing Grace was here. The language was one barrier but the culture was a whole different issue. Thinking fast I did come up with a good idea. "How about we find Grace and take her exploring like she want? She kept saying how she wanted to study the forest remember?"

I looked to Txep again as he made a chirping noise as if wondering what I wanted. I contemplated the new idea Toruk had suggested. I did want to show Grace the forest, she had seemed truely interested in learning the ways of my people. "That we may do, without wooden thing." I said.
