The cheapest looking free GIF maker that they had listed in some of the Tech forums here. It's okay, but can't do complex stuff.

1. Go to the Banner Stickie
2. Pick the banner you want.
3. Select the code underneath it.
4. Hold down the 'CTRL' key on your keyboard, and press 'C.'
5. Now click 'My Gaia' At the top of the screen.
6. Click Signature.
7. Click the empty text field.
8. Hold down 'CTRL' on your key board again, and press 'P.'
9. You can press 'Preview' to see how it'll look, or you can just press 'submit.'
10. Go to the Test Forum and see if it worked!
