Lol, yeah kinda....Gah....too tired to do anything today. I think I'm going to get some rest cause I have to work tomorrow and I've been working pretty much this entire week....I'm tired enough, I'll tell you that.... gonk

Wow, I forgot to stop by here for valentines day.... gonk
However, I will be super happy this friday!
My 1st paycheck for the year and life getting interesting again.
Im looking forward to it but I still have to fix my computer before I get the guild running again.

Lol, yeah, pretty much. xd I got paid today, I have decided to buy a new laptop though, which may take about 2 months because I want to get a fairly good one. My old laptop just needs a new screen put in to run but a new laptop would already have the upgrades that I would eventually need to make the laptop better.

I'm thinking of going up to my dad's house and getting the bike he bought me years ago. I live close enough to work to be able to ride myself there. And I'm pretty out of shape.

Hey thats a pretty good idea PFF. This must be that time of year.
Ha, I'm about to have me and a friend of mine a massive burn workout.
I used to do half the workout last year, but I've done the full routine before and it takes less than a month to get 6pk abs.
The total work out is 900 crunches and a 50min pilates workout.
The only thing is you have to stay on the workout to keep the results.
After I had my total 6pk going on, I dropped to just the 900 crunches and was doing alright. However, in order for my shape to keep improving I would have had to keep up with the pilates workout too.
There is a exercise that can be done without any special tools that can be done at work or etc. I'll have to demonstrate it on youtube one day.
