Masaaki walked back into the Raikage's Office, just as the sun was beginning to set. It appeared that the boy would unfortunately not be able to start his training today; his mother would have dinner ready soon, and after that his curfew would not permit the boy to leave the compound. But this did not depress Masaaki; he simply decided that he would have to do everything he didn't get to tomorrow.

"Otousan's gonna have his hands full, if he isn't working..."

This thought did, however, dampen his mood. Ever since Masaaki was young, he always remembered his father either leaving for a mission or already gone. Thusly, he hadn't developed too much of a relationship with the Raikage, even though the man was his father, and even though the boy strongly desired to have a relationship with the man. The thought hung in his mind for a while of using the wish he would have won from getting the magic ball to spend more time with his father, but he decided that it would be selfish to tear the man away from an entire village that needed him, just to spend time with his father.

Right away, the boy noticed the receptionist was glaring at him, and the boy made his way over to the desk, bowed, and apologized for his earlier behavior. Her face softened, and took on the demeanor of a benevolent disappointment. She had noticed the dried blood on the boy's leg, and so she asked if he wanted her to address the scrape, to which he hesitantly accepted. After cleaning the scrap, wrapping a cloth bandage around it, and send him on his way, Masaaki made his way over to Ten'nyo who was waiting just across the room, apparently waiting for their father.

"That was a good race, eh? I thought for sure I had you beat!"

The boy laughed, and rested his arms behind his head.

A light breeze suddenly enter the room, the people who worked in the building never noticed it now, but those who barely came in would always feel it and wonder what it was. But it then suddenly stopped as Yuudai suddenly appeared behind his kids.
"So you are done. Ten'nyo won? Looks like you get the wish then." He looked at his son. "Masaaki good work. Go the longest way home. Run it." He looked back to his daughter and waited to know what she wanted to do.

Masaaki didn't think he'd seen his father in the lobby when the boy arrived, but now before him stood the Raikage. The only thing to single the twins of his arrival was the slightest of breezes known to follow the man when he entered or left. Masaaki was sure it was some kind of jutsu; could go that fast without leaving any trace without using ninjutsu. But his father had to refused to answer whenever he asked about it, and the boy had since given up trying.

The man was a welcome sight to the boy; all too often he was missing from the young boy's life. A slight boost in mood washed over the boy, and for a moment, he forgot the slight pain in his ankle. Unfortunately, the sensation would not last long, for as soon as his father had appeared, the man sent Masaaki away to run the longest way home. The optimism inside told the boy this was just another training assignment before he was confined to the compound, but Masaaki couldn't shake the feeling his father didn't want the boy around. The fact his father didn't even greet the boy before sending him away, coupled with the swiftness of his departure gave the boy an unpleasant feeling in his stomach. Still he knew not to disobey the Raikage, and trotted away at a brisk jog.

Ten'nyo looked to her brother and his now bandage leg, "You idiot, you didn't need to do that for me. I can take care of myself." she chastised. "Besides, if you really want to beat me you can't worry about me all the time." It was true for the most part, Masaaki was always trying to help her and it was holding him back while she was always fighting her battles and getting stronger. Whether it was the girls who picked on her, or the boys who excluded her she fought and overcame the obstacles. Even now she was fighting for a place at her father's side. Along time ago she had resolved that in order to earn her father's love she had to give up childish things dolls and start learning how use tools like shuriken or to hide where no one can find you. Ten'nyo felt the sensation of air flowing across the hairs on her skin. It mean that he was coming. When it stopped, their father's voice came from behind them. "My wish... is for you, to teach me the Resonance the Ripper. I want to be able to stand beside you and so I need to become a powerful ninja." There it was, her hearts intent laid out bare for his eyes, now only two questions remained: Would he do it? and Could she do it?

His expression changed from normal, to a more seriously dark glare at his daughter, not one of anger, but he was now very serious. He was resonating this emotion just like that of his kekkei genkai, it was slicing through the air, piercing all nearby. Many started to scurry away, in fear of the Raikage slicing them up to bits. Though the receptionist amazingly kept on working as if nothing was happening, she seemed to be in her own little world. Yuudai then spoke in a tone she had never heard before, it was like it came from all places, and yet within her.
"Once you begin, there is no going back. Your own chakra will devour you if you do not learn to master it. Are you sure you wish to begin such training?"

The seemingly boy was escorted through the manor of the Raikage, he didn't feel like he was in any danger, or was of any danger to others. He was not that kind of person anymore, though he still has it deep in his mind that he could eventually turn out like that again, he wished to change, and he knew he could.
One ANBU went through the door first, then the child, then the other ANBU. There he was, the great Raikage, a title not to be taken lightly. He was said to be the fastest Kage, but many others have also claimed that title in the past. The boy did not change, he still had the very same expression. He was given a jester to sit by the Raikage, and so he did.
"Why did you come here?" The Raikage was blunt and straight to the point, and the boy knew exactly why he was so. He was after all, the Lightning Master, and one of the five who tried to rule over the Shinobi World. He didn't understand it all, but he knew it was now wrong.
"I have come to restart. Be a Shinobi of this village, and help you rebuild this village's power." He was telling the truth, he had no real ambition to hurt people now, just to do what he can to help out. But it would be hard for the Raikage to believe in him.
Suddenly the Raikage smiled a little, opened the draw, and placed a headband in front of the child, the Lightning Master. Denkou just never could stop getting shocked. It was now going to be like this forever.
"Wear this, and swear on your life and soul that you will be a Shinobi of this village, and never turn your back on it. If you do, I will kill you." Once again, the boy was shocked, more so then any other time. Not by the death threat, but being offered a place right away. It was odd, was this just how the current Raikage worked? Was he playing him? He didn't know what the heck was going on, but looked into the eyes of the Raikage.
"I swear I will protect and help Kumogakure for life." The Raikage smiled once more, and slid the headband towards the child. Denkou put it on around his neck, and looked at the ANBU, they bowed in approval of the Raikage's decision and left.
"No wh--" Suddenly a woman barged into the room and flung herself across the room upon the Raikage. Denkou was shocked, who was this strange woman. They quickly both composed themselves and then she noticed the kid.
"Who is this? A little young to be wearing that Headband." The Raikage sighed, and let her click after a few seconds, due to her being in a lovey dovey mood, she wasn't really thinking as a shinobi should. She was of course his loving wife, Midori Sandaa, The Green Dragon.
"Oh... You are far more adorable then expected. COME WITH ME!" She suddenly grabbed Denkou and took him away from the office, to the most unexpected place.
