With all the new features coming out to Gaia and the spotlight they've been putting on their developers with the Labs function, have they mentioned if they've made any progress toward fixing the kinks that are setting this disabling bot off wrongly in the first place?

hey leo sisky said something about the system being bugged and that users should send in new tickets,

So the Gaia Labs functions can set it off? Is that what I heard? Mine was disabled yesterday out of the blue. *sad emo face*

But if you've got the browser Skype extension, then possibly. Labs, there's a conflict with the lightbox/fancy javascript things. Eg: Adding gold to your trades. It's not to do with a disabled pass though. Angel Seraphiel hey leo sisky said something about the system being bugged and that users should send in new tickets, but wouldn't they have to wait even longer then? If you've been waiting a few weeks or more, file a ticket and they'll review your case. Nobody wants a situation where you're left out for months+. Ticket turnaround is just a few days, so you wouldn't be waiting any longer.

Hmm, I don't have skype. But firefox has been giving me issues, even though all I use is the TekTek toolbar. For example: when opening Snow Apples and Love Charms, I'd frequently get the "slow down hotshot" error. I then switched to Google Chrome and the issue went away...but then the Disabled TP popped up. *cue depressed mood*. I knew I invested too much into this site D; I'm concerned because of the horror stories I've seen here about waiting months, even years. I'm going to have quite a few artists angry with me too, as I cannot finish the trades I have open. I hope it doesn't last long, but from what I can see...it looks like it might. emo

1. Could you tell us about some of the common reasons why members get trading frozen? I'd like to know so I can be careful.
2. Why is it that Moderators will say that you will receive a PM when your pass is re-enabled and yet I've heard many complaints about hearing nothing whatsoever?

1. Not really sorry, however I would encourage everyone to make sure they don't have the Skype extensions installed in their browser (it has been known to trigger a disable).
2. That I can't really explain. In most cases enables are done by an administrator, and while you should get a reply, the people you're talking to really can't speak exactly what the person enabling is going to do.

I found the Pm telling me my acount was disabled...
THATS how long my account has been without a trading pass
I went on a long hiatus and I find that my account is still disabled
Please help me xD
I dont know what to do anymore

Hi, I have two questions-
1) In the future, will there be any way that we can buy out trading passes back? I know this seems like a stupid question, but I enjoy buying things from the Marketplace and well.. my avatar's are getting a BIT dull -_-
2) I have 2 guilds with 0 gold in them. Is there any way that I can put some in with my pass disabled?

I'm hoping the mod still checks this thread.
My pass was banned over 10 months ago. Other people who received botted gifts from the same person got their passes back. I mean honestly, this is ridiculous. I have been patient up until now. 10 months is silly. I have sent two inquiries during this time, and both have said the same usual thing.
