Well now it's a bit gimped, don't you think?
...I would have been happy with once every other post. The other limitation you put on it is interesting.
I have only one more question. In the swinging motion, lets say I block your sword with my own sword, what is the path of the chakra blade? Does it continue on in the path it would take?...or does it only extend a certain amount off of the blade itself, say an inch, or a foot?

It would continue on like the blade would as if it weren't blocked, with the wrist/shoulder being the fulcrum as normal. But when it comes into contact with another person's chakra, it disperses. If it isn't blocked, it goes on for another meter.

Name of weapon:猿渡 Saruwatari, 慶時 Yoshitoki (Peircing Fang Who owns the weapon:Kumiko Where it was found/Who made it:It was made by the first Mizukage, but he hid it in a cave way back in the forest The Range of the weapon: 2 feet radius around user Weakness: it too much power is put into it will either break, or go out of control Description: at first glance it looks like a staff with a crescent shaped head, but at a closer look you will see it has marking on it that only the user can translate.
This staff is used to enhance, help concentrate and/or focus the power or ability of ones bloodline' or chakra technique. If enough of the bloodline's power or chakra is put into it can multiply the power of the technique up to 3X.It can also speed up the time one uses for a technique to take affect.What that means is if it took 10 minutes for a technique to take affect using the staff could cut that time in half.it can only be blocked the power or an ability of a bloodline or chakra technique, seeing as the staff is protected by an ancient barrier. The barrier was created by the first Mizukage's own chakra, to make sure it didn't fall into wrong hands. This staff can be used to train, or reveal hidden potential. the original purpose of this staff was to help train the first Mizukage's Ninja's,but they used it for personal gain so the Mizukage took it back and hid so that one day it would be found and hopefully used for it's original purpose. Rp Sample:
After a long day of classes and training, Kumiko decided to to go for a walk in the forest,while walking she saw something blinking far away like a light, but it was not very bright,so quickly, she hurried to see what it was, and low and behold, she saw a staff stuck in floor of the cave, then a voice said"Only those who can translate the hidden message on the staff, may be the wielder of his power." She heard it and gave it a try"only those strong in will and spirit .. may behold and wield this power of this staff, others will be blown back to their village with memory of seeing it wiped clean"She tried, the voice came back and was astonished"Child, you are the only person who has been able to correctly translate the hidden message, you are the user of this staff"It said then disappeared, then suddenly it shot out of the ground and floated to her and the moment it touched her head the cave start to crumble,so she ran out and looked in awe at the staff in her hand, being the curious person she is, she tried it out and looked and pointed it in the north, and could sense her senseis shakra. amazed by its power, she tied it to her back and went home.

Alpha: Well first off it is "Chakra" not "Shakra" nor is it "Shosen." I don't know what language you speak but that is how it is spelt in english. Not trying to be offensive.
Second, what do you mean by focusing ones bloodline or chakra into the staff? How can you even focus your bloodline into the staff?
Third, I don't understand what you mean by "it can also speed up the time one uses for a technique to take affect."
Fourth, "it can only be blocked bloodlines or shakra, seeing as the staff is protected by an ancient barrier." I just plain don't understand that whole entire sentence.
Finally, the description is not at least 10 sentences long.
Can you fix the things I mentioned above into the application thenre-post it and I will look over it again and do any other fixing I can do.

Name of weapon: wind's blessed twins (two tridents. work together)
Who owns the weapon: benito valdosta
Where it was found/Who made it: they are a valdosta familly heirloom. they were made by the founder of the valdosta familly and are handed down to only those who compleate the trials of the sea.
The Range of the weapon: shafts- 5'3" heads- 9"(center blade) 7"(outside blades)
Weakness: it can easilly be turned against the user with fire jutsu
Description:
both tridents have the same effect but must be used in tandom otherwise they wont work. the only exception to this is the basic technique. they have several abilities all revolving around the manipulation of the air around them.
wind displacement blade- E rank- this creates a poket of displaced air around each blade. this is the most basic technique but also possible to most effective in a long battle. the air pokets can be burst creating a small pushing force. this is enough to push thrown weapons out of their tragectory and thusly sending them everywhere but towards the weilder of the tridents. the technique also allows for damage inside an opponent after a succesful stab. the location of the pokets can be anywhere on the trident.
wind cutting X- D rank- the weilder will slice diagonally with both tridents. the blades will create wind blades in the shape of an X following the path that the tridents took. the X of wind will then speed forwards and has the power to cut through a well grown tree.
twin spinning winds- C rank- the wielder spins each trident so that the heads are the only part that actually seem to spin. the wielder will then point the two tridents at an opponent and tornado's will grow from the ends of the tridents. these tornadows have enough force to push a wall down. they cannot cut but they can push and move things that someone couldn't normally move or push. (oh about 2000lb max?)
wind's blessing- A rank- this technique allows the user to control the wind aorund both trident heads. this can increase the cutting abilities as well as create gusts of powerful wind and extend an invisible wind blade.

(Yes if either of your RPC's are taijutsu class then you may not have a custom weapon.)
Alpha: All you did was add a few more words, it still doesn't make sense. Are you saying that when performing an elemental jutsu it will enhance the power of the jutsu, and when performing a bloodline jutsu that will also be enhanced when wielding the staff? Then you go on to say that if you put more of bloodline and chakra into it, the technique can become 3 times as strong? I still don't understand what you mean how it cuts the technique in half. For that are you saying that if you were to shoot a fireball or something then it would reach the user in half the time it originally would without that staff? Then you say it can be blocked by a bloodline or chakra technique which still doesn't make sense.
Dread: For twin spinning winds it can push 1000 pounds max. You can't manipulate wind at will, you must use these techniques you made. Also you must put an RP sample before I can approve it. And is wind one of your RPC's elements?

Where it was found/Who made it: this is the familly heirloom to the valdosta bloodline. not much is known about it's origin other than it was crafted by an ancient founder of the valdosta familly.
The Range of the weapon: katana- blade is 7' gourd- is the same as gara's (not to sure on actual measurements) chain- the chain's total length is 2'
Weakness: katana- the katana drains lots of chakra to be used. gourd- a defencive use only. cannot be used offencively.
Description:
the blade of the katana is sealed into the plug of the gourd. it costs a C rank amount of chakra to bring out of the seal and must be maintained the entire time.
the gourd can be strapped to the arm and used as a shield. it does however poses two abilities.
-vaccume- this creates a massive sucking force that will draw almost any attack. depending on the type of attack different results occure when useing the other ability. the attacks range from thrown weapons to explosions to physical jutsu (stones or water) or energy based jutsu (lightning fire wind). this requires C rank amount of jutsu. and can not suck up any jutsu of A rank or higher but will make them loose their direction lessening their accuracy.
-cannon- this is used after the vaccume ability. depending on the type of attack that was sucked up different results occure.
-energy based jutsu- chakra is infused into the jutsu doubling it's power. this costs the same amount of chakra as the origional jutsu cost.
-physical jutsu- things like stones formed by jutsu and water formed by jutsu will only be shot out as they were. this costs a C rank amount of chakra.
-thrown objects- these usually do not posses any chakra in them and thus require less chakra to send out. otherwise this is very much the same as the physical jutsu result. D rank amount of chakra.

I suppose that could be said about any weapon really. But to have an extended invisible blade of chakra... well, is there anyway we can make it NOT invisible?... and have it have the standard color of the user's chakra?

Scrapples about the power you are correct, but i said that it could cut the time in half not that it would also how much time it would cut depends on the rank, lets say an academy student found it it would cut the time by a third, genin, 2/3, so basically the higher that rank the less time the affect takes

Rp Sample: beni walked out into the arena and faced his opponent. this would be an interesting battle as his opponent seemed to be quite powerful. beni unlatched the strap that held his gourd onto his back. he then reached down and grabbed a hold of the ring on the end of the plug. he watched as his opponent sped towards him at a good speed for someone who was supposed to be of the rank genin. as his opponent came just out of reach beni ripped the plug out and a blade shot out of the end. his opponent was fast enough to dodge it and get underneath the blade. beni now spun around to the gourd and reached down attaching it to his other arm as he did so. his opponent jumped away and threw two kunai and three shuriken. beni then leveled the open end of the gourd at the projectiles and activated the gourd's special ability. a wind picked up and sucked the kunai in. he then jumped up to position himself better to use the second ability. once he had a sure fire lock on the opponent he blasted the kunai out of the gourd with immense speed. on his way down he had positioned himself so that almost every point the opponent could dodge to he could hit with his sword. as the opponent dodged he swong at the guy which would catch him by surprise and give beni the advantage.
