Freya smiled effervescently, peering at him curiously, before her lips twitched into a smile once again. She considered asking him to be friends with her, but realized that it wouldn’t probably happen. He was probably much older than her, and it would be… gauche… of him to make friends with someone of her age group. Though it wouldn’t hurt to ask, she admitted to herself, heaving a sigh, and looking back down at his hands as he once again performed a jutsu. She gulped, hoping to avoid some sort of injury. This would cause her for have lightning fast reflexes… which is something she was going to have to get anyway, if she ever hoped to make it into the world of medical science.
Freya nodded her heard, breathing deeply in and out, before she took one step forward, and placed her hands into the first jutsu. Much like LT’s the rock shot out of the ground, coming dangerously close to her head in the process, to the point where is shot out into her brown locks. Her gazed upward, as the rock cut through the mist, watching as it flew up, seemed to pause for a second, and fall back down towards the crown of her head.

Her hands moved into the other symbols for the next jusu, pushing chakra once again into the ground around her. Another rock shot up around her head, catching her hair again (she’d have to work on that, especially if she was moving while she did that jutsu, which would be dangerous if she hit her head while doing it) and looked up as the rock hit the shield and bounced off, falling to the ground.

Her lips formed into a smile again, as she looked back at LT, happy that she hadn’t been injured yet. Well… there was still plenty more stuff that could happen, she thought with a groan.

Uchiha Bloodline| Mist ANBU Captain| Jonin Commander|Bloody Mist Tares laughed and clapped his hands together, "Amazing, that was a really good job, it took me like fourteen tries to know how to do that, and a broken jaw too!" LT laughed, amazed at how fast she learned. He couldn't believe this kid was still a academy student. He had better hurry up and teach her so she could become a genin as soon as possible. "Ok these next ones are kinda weird, but this one should help you against close combat, it should soften the blows of some one throwing punches at you, its called Ishi Yoroi no Ude." LT performed the set of seals which were really simple and he pushed both fists into the earth pulling back to reveal his entire forearms covered in stone like armor. After a couple of seconds he deactivated the jutsu letting the earth fall into dust from his arms. "This next one might help you slow your enemies down, its called the mud moat, or Gou no Doro. I dont really care for it though." LT did the conresponding seals and activated the jutsu. The area immediately around him began to bubble into a quicksand like state, causing random objects like rocks and a bush to sink into it. LT was close enough to Freya that it caused her to sink as well but he deactivated the jutsu before she sank up to her knees. "Do you have that so far?"Doton: Ishi Yoroi no Ude (Earth Release: Stone Bracers) Description: By taking dirt and rubbing it on his/her arms or legs, after performing the necessary hand seals, the shinobi is able to create very durable defensive bracers that add extra protection when using the arms to block. The chakra that is infused in them help to soften the blows of any physical attacks. These are very useful for taijutsu users or to defend against an onslaught of upper body blows. These bracers block physical attacks. Doton: Gou no Doro (Earth Release: Mud Moat) Description: This jutsu converts the area immediately surrounding the performer of it into a a deep murky moat full of mud. The moat is at least 6 ft deep and four feet in radius (6 feet radius for genin, 8 feet for chuunin, 10 feet for Jounin, 15 feet for Sennin). Due to the nature of the moat, water walking can not be performed on it. Only an area of 1½ feet in diameter remains of solid, dry land for the user to stand on.

Her pale skin flushed a red on her cheeks when Freya heard his compliment. She was surprised to learn that it took him fourteen tries to know how to do the jutsus; even more surprised to learn that he had broken a jaw. She coughed to hide the giggle that rose up in her throat. She looked back up at him as he began to preform the jutsus. She frowned as she began to sink, but before she could panic, he stopped the jutsu, allowing her to step out of it. "I think so," she said, bending over and brushing the dirt off her legs.
She straightened herself, and pulled her delicate fingers into the hand sign, as she bent down again and pushed her hands into the earth, mimicking what he had done. She felt the earth cling to her like a magnet, and pulled her hands back, only to yelp and fall forward, sprawling out in front of LT's feet. She sat up, laughing nervously, "Too heavy," she blushed, and let some of the earth from her arm, till it was the right amount for her. She stood up, holding her arms in front of her face, before she let go of the jutsu and watched the dirt fall to the ground.

Brushing the dirt off her arm, she turned back to LT, and copied the hand seal he had done. The ground shifted around her, kinda melting and becoming watery. This time LT was the one who was sinking, which caused Freya to giggle softly, before she stopped the jutsu, "Sorry," she smiled.

Tares squirmed and struggled to get free but was stuck and could barely move. Finally he gave up and just sat there glaring jokingly at Freya with a without batting an eye or moving any facial musscelle at all. A random dog came out of the woods of mist and spotted LT's head sticking out of the ground and trotted over to him. " Yay! help has arrived!" LT yelped with joy... untill the dog turned and raised its leg at LT. "Son of a B@tch!" Was all that could be heard before an eruptoin of dirt and canine flew everywhere. "Okay back to business," A mud/urine covered LT stated still glaring at Freya. "This is your last jutsu i can teach cause i dont know any more earth types, but here it is any way. Its Tsuchi Tou Tou, the earth moving technique which i never really found a use for."LT showed her the nessesary hand signs for the ninjutsu and placed both of his hands on the ground causing the entire section of path to start shifting up hill before he deactivated it. "Your turn."Tsuchi Tou Tou (Swift Earth) Description: When performing this jutsu the shinobi places his/her hands on the ground and causes it to move rapidly away as if it were a conveyor belt. As the shinobi increases in skill and rank the size, speed, and range of this jutsu all increase.

Freya eyes were wide as she watched what conspired. Unable to perform coherent thoughts, she just stood starring at what had happened, her lips parted slightly, her shoulders slumped, as her wide eyes starred at him. She stepped away from him as he stood up again, her face turning a bright red, as she coughed to hide the awkwardness. She shifted from one foot to another, as she watched him perform the jutsu. Still feeling incredibly awkward, she pulled her hands into the sign of the jutsu. She put her hand onto the ground, pumping her chakra into the earth. She heard it crack and splinter, before it rushed away from her.

She stood again, looking at LT and fidgeted, "I'm sorry. Is there anything I can do to make it up to you," she asked.

I guess thats all the earth jutsu i can teach you though, i dont know any more than what i have showed you. Is there anything else i can show you? Or help you with?" LT asked as he brushed dirt off of himself. Freya reactionary reached over and brushed a bit of dirt of his shoulder that he missed, frowning slightly, before she blushed, "Sorry," she muttered, tilting her head to the side. Clearing her throat she blinked, "Uhm... not unless you know medical jutsus," she admitted, "Or any other jutsu's you think I might be able to learn."

LT nodded and then stuffed his hands into his pockets thinking of more jutsu that he could teach the girl. "Ok, do you know any weapon styles? Just pick one, mist sword or the hunter nin. The hunter nin style involves the certain points of the body so you might already be one up one that scale. What do you think?"

Freya blushed and looked away, fidgeting with her fingers in the process. She looked back up at him, chewing on her bottom lip lightly, before shaking her head, "Nothing to any extent," she said, sighing softly, feeling more and more uneducated and lame the more she talked to him. She looked down at the ground, shifting her foot among the dirt and roots of the trees, before shaking her head, "Yes, but to be a hunter nin, you would need to track down enemies and stuff.... I don't think I would be able to do that. It's... not in my personality. Can you teach me the Mist Sword," she asked, before adding, "Please?"

More and more LT felt as if the girl was embarrassed or ashamed of what she knew, or what she didnt know. If there was one thing he could teach her, it would have been confidence, but for her to find that, she would have to discover it on her own.

She looked at him and nodded her head, "I... have a katana at home. I didn't think to bring it since I thought I would only be learning medical jutsus... there would be no need for it at the hospital," she said softly, "Should I go get it?"
