"Yo, wait!" Hyo said as he chased after his teacher toward the ramen shop. He pretended not to hear the question his Sensei asked him, but he planned to answer it once the food was in taste-able distance. When it came to food, Hyo's eating habits were those of an Inuzuka's.

Purpose: Looking for a person that shes heard about from konoha.
Kuza grnned as she made it to the village, it was the first time for her. She knew that this village wasn't allied with konoha ha so she knew she had to sneak in. She hide against the wall for a few minutes before quickly jumping over the border into the village and was quickly followed by puppet. she happened to pick the wrong spot and ended up in the park.

A few ANBU Agents that were guarding the Gates had noticed the intruder and sent a hawk to Suou in the Raikage's Office. Only Suou was supposed to deal with intruders. They weren't allowed to interfere.

Kuza believed that her present the entire time had been unseen but she was wrong. As soon as she made it over into the lightning country she quickly ran to the shack she spotted on the way there.

Suou had arrived at the Gates. He was furious. "Where did that little f***er go!!?" Some ANBU Agents jumped down and landed by Suou. "The intruder went to the Park and came back with your bag, sir. They headed to your shack in the mountains after they came out. We have no idea why they would want that though." Suou was dumbfounded. "F*** my life!!! You stay here! This village is on lockdown. Nobody leaves and nobody comes in! Even the Raikage is to remain here!" Suou then bolted to his shack. He was on another rampage.

[Chakra Control: -2 posts for training, -1 Rank off Jutsu chakra cost, only for jutsu up to one rank higher than your current rank, Kage level jutsus never recieve a decrease in jutsu rank for the purposes of chakra cost.]
[Ability Control (Bloodline): +2 ranks in strength of attacks for abilities *ex. ppl who use bug jutsu only, bug jutsu attacks increse in power*, jutsu not of the chosen type are decreased in power by one rank, can only have two base elements]

Sosay was quiet as she came through the tree's. When she landed on a branch, hidden from view, she watched as Suou talked to a few anbu members then he took off. "Where's he fleeing to?" she asked herself. Sosay decided to stay where she was, katana ready in case they decided to return anytime soon.

One of the ANBU Agents that were stationed there noticed the Raikage and then jumped up next to her. "You need to get back into the village. Captain Suou's orders. We're on Lockdown."

Sosay turned to face the Anbu member that faced her. She quickly grab the clothes by his neck, bringing his face close to her's. " Neither Suou or you have the right to tell what I'm to do! Now tell me where he went?!" she ordered. She had snapped in seconds, her jolly self was now pissed and cold.

Shou came rushing to the gates but was hindered to go further. It was locked down and he saw the Raikage and some ANBU members. He looked from left to right but couldn't seem to spot the thief. Shou ran over to the Raikage who seemed rather pissed. He poked her shoulder and stepped a step back. "I'm sorry to interrupt, but have you seen a shady person going through here with a bag? She stole it in the park where I was training. It belongs to Suou-sama" Shou asked a little nervously. He wouldn't like to feel the Raikages wrath if she'd let it out on him in any way.

Sosay tossed the Anbu member to the side as she turned to face Raiden and Shou. "Thank you Raiden. Before I answer anymore I wish for you two to gather any shinobi you come across from here and bring them to my office, that includes Aoi. Now get going!" she ordered, as she began to storm away to her office, mumbling under her breath.

Feeling the anger pushing against his face, Shou steps a little back and bows. She really seemed terrifying. More than Suou. But Shou couldn't really do anything. He wanted to meet at the office but he was merely an Academy Student. Shou turned around and ran of to the Park again. He'd send the shinobis if he meet any. If not, he'd continue his training to graduate as fast as possible.
