Shock overwhelmed her when she heard the compliment she had recieved. She placed her paw down and cocked her head to the side. This fox named Ty was rather peculier indeed. Her onyx eyes showed her confusion. "Thank you?" Her words were more of a question than a statement. She had never recieved a compliment in her life span so far. She then noticed his embarrassment. A smile formed on her maw. He was so sweet. So, she was going to be as nice as possible to the fox. She reached up with one of her paws and patted the crown of his head.

[Memories] are nice, but that's all they are.

Khristine laughed softly at herself. She felt slightly silly at the moment being that way, so she rolled in Niko's direction and when she returned to have her belly to the ground, she felt a bit too close to Niko. She felt slightly awkward again and moved lightly to the side about an inch or two. Now that se thought of it, she didn't mind the closeness, but maybe it might have bothered him.

She smiled lightly. How little faith he had in himself, "Any wolphess would love to have someone like you as their mate, and have the honor to be your alphess." she reassured him. It was obvious that there were probably so many of the she wolves in the pack that would want to be with Niko. At least that's what Khristine thought. Who wouldn't appreciate to have such a fun wolf as their mate, who has so much power by being the alpha, but that's the least of it. It's not about his rank, the power he has. It's about the wolf he is from within. And was Khristine so positive that the still young wolf Niko had inside of him is one of the greatest of all.

Khristine tride to avoid the smile, but she did smile as well as she looked up at the sky just to avoid the eye contact. If she were human she would have shrugged or something, but she was unable to to a similar gesture. she wasn't going to deny it, even if it was going to be slightly embarrasing to admit, but she would say it just to see his reaction, though little did she know how much she actually meant it, "Even me." she told him, now looking back at him to see what he would do or say.

Yes, it would be strange to think that way of her [basically] only best friend in the pack, even if she did have other friends. They weren't as close as she was with Niko. Niko had that special spark. The way he used to turn things over and make the most silliest things be so much fun and they would play all day long without being restless and have a long good nights sleep, to do basically the exact same the other day.

Things stopped to be like that when both ah dot go off with their own parents to learn how to hunt and do wolf things by themselves, as the grown ups did, but since he was to be alpha, he had more things to learn and they managed to go out less and less, but she loved the fun memories they shared. They still had their fun, just not as frequent as before.

Priceless. His reaction totally showed how off guard it had caught him. He probably expected her to be her usual silly way she used to be when a child, on how she was always so honest. But this honesty, how the answered had changed from how it was long time ago, in the awkward chat of the mates they might have and how they would be. And in that conversation, there came the topic if they would be each others, but they always answered the same. No, and laughed at how gross it would be.

Now? No, it wouldn't be gross, but it would be kinda weird, and not in a bad way. She'd actually be honored to be his alphess. The actual thought of it embarrased Khristine. She ha dactually admited how her feelings had changed throughout the years.

She was starring down at the ground when she was thinking all of it, and then she replied to his comment, "Aww. Heh, you goof-ball..." she said thinking that maybe he said that just to say it. So, she rose her paw and pushed his cheek playfully to the side and laughed softly. She actually had no idea how to react to his comment if he had actually meant it. Or maybe he was just saying it in general, be a good alphess, not his alpha female. She just kept making up excuses in her mind as she denied the fact.

Ty was walking forward when he noticed Alumina slightly in front of him. He was a little curious at first, his ears stood upright listening closely wondering if she would tell him where she was going... How could she know where he was taking her Ty thought? But those thoughts came to halt when she encircled him, and brushed her tail under his maw. He was surprised at how she played back with him... But his nose twitched irritably, he had gotten hair in his nose. Ty did his best to fight the sneeze but it was to late, he arced is neck back as his closed he leaned forward and let out a big sneeze, "ACHOOOO" he said sniffling. Again another smile came forth for his maw as his ears flattened down to his head, he glanced away embarrassed once again. He shook it off and bumped into her, he laughed moving little bit ahead of her, looking back to see her expression he smiled once again.

Alumina couldn't help but chuckle when he sneezed. She watched him as the sneeze seemed to make him jump into the air it was so powerful. Her eyes widened when he bumped into her. Her eyes narrowed as she decided to continue to play back. She caught up to him with a couple long strides and bumped him back, but then began to act as if nothing happened by looking around nonshallantly. Though, her surroundings did begin to catch her eye. A frown formed on her maw as she realized just how much she stood out in this new habitat.

Ty began to laugh as well, hearing Alumina chuckle at him. He realized he must have looked silly when he sneezed. Ty then looked around, watching the little creatures scurry about as he had passed them and the leaves in the tree shake as the soft spring wind passed threw them. He watched as the clouds in the beautiful blue sky parted letting the sun shine through on Alumina and Ty. But he soon found his eyes glancing back at Alumina's, he realized she was frowning. Ty too, found himself frowning. He walked in front of her again, this time he turned around and faced her and came to a stop. His ears pricked forward with curiosity and concern as he looked into her onyx eyes... "Whats wrong Alumina?" He said to her.
