"Priestess?! You're the Priestess?!" Luna said staring at Rikku. "What are you doing out here?!" But I guess that explains why they were attacked seemingly out of nowhere...

"Oh yeah..." She said running over to the bushes, and coming back up with a singular Star shaped flower, she carefully slipped it into her pocket and walked back over to them. "if you are ready to return to the castle... Just say the word." She said with a Smile.

Malik sat in his hut, crossed legged. He was going over the fight with his assilant over in his mind. She likes too keep her distance and will do almost anything to keep me from getting to close, If I could get close I'll probally be able to win. SHe seems only trained in range fighting, but she's good at it. He'd need to change his tactics for this opponent.

"I am ready priestess." He stated dutifully. "Being away from my post for this long has made me slightly weary... the sooner we can get back the better

"Ok! Well than Ready..." She said grabbing his arm. "Set..." She said Grabbing Luna's arm. "Solar speed!" She said as they were turned into a beam of light and appeared outside the castle again. "So luna, I asked Ken this last time... but you just became the 2nd human to enter light speed... how did it feel."

Just inside the city limits was a small house, in it lived a single occupant. A man in his late thirties. People only ever saw him when the sun was setting, if you didn't know better you'd think he was one of the driddler tribe, but no he was human...mostly. The occupant stepped out of his house. He was a tall man who wore a long black coat with long sleeves and a single glove over his left hand, all year long, even in the summer. He had black hair and wore an eye patch over one eye making him look like a rather shady character.He stopped by a nearby fruit vendor and bought a apple, his only food for the day. He quietly ate his apple as he walked, watching the city get ready for the night.

Luna swayed a little and looked around. "Light speed?! Wow." eek "Are we really already at the castle?! I wish I could travel this fast all the time." That was actually kind of fun.

Day 1 Twilight/Evening
Rikku
"Well I can't do it all the time... I can only do it when the sun is out... I almost couldn't do it because the sun was almost all the way set.. and i can only do it in places where I am sure we won't hit anything... because if we hit anything going that speed... it would kill us/destroy it instantaneously... so I only use that spell when I have to travel accross the plains... where I know I won't run into anything." She stated as they made their way towards the castle.
Ken
Just followed along the with the group. "You're magic is unlike any I have ever known..." He stated thinking as they pushed there way through the crouds
Caliope
Caliope settled at the bottome of the lake in the woods, and set up an underwater camp... deciding to leave in the morning rather than right now.
Hriedmar
Hriedmar ran the knife along Caliope's fathers neck slowly... "Your daughter has failed me..." He said to a frightened middle aged Merman... He looked like he was much older though... because of the years of imprisonment.... "You know what that means..." He said grabbing the mans arm.
"Soren... use your magic to force Caliope to watch this." He stated to his Magician who quickly focused his magic and forced Caliope to watch as Hriedmar Cut off her fathers fingers of one hand.
"Caliope... you should know better than to fail me... now look at what you've done..." He laughed and slammed her father against the wall before swimming out of the chamber..

Dimitri walked down the streets. He enjoyed the city at night, it was so peaceful, so at ease. He sighed and went back to his home. Using a ladder outside around the back of the house he climbed up onto the roof and lied down and watched as the first few stars started to appear in the night sky.
Malik changed into light clothing and lied down in his cot. The nights could get rather cold. He stared up at the ceiling for abit, running over the day and reflecting on everything.

Luna nodded her agreement to Ken's comment, and followed the two into the castle. Luna, who had never been inside the castle before, looked around in awe, but continued to follow, keeping her composure.

She led them through the castle to a door with a Stained glass mosaic of the Sakura tree. "... I have to bring you in here..." She taking a deep breath.. "I am the only one to see this area since the last priestess died... It makes me a little nervous to bring outsiders in here..." She said taking a deep breath and opening the door and leading them in.
They entered a courtyard that looked like something out of a fantasy novel...
The ruins of a long dead civilization stand around them.. many not even making sense how they are still standing. The air in this sacred place seemed charged with mana, and the ground was a beautiful shade of green and covered in soft grass. The whole place looked like a water color painting almost.. the colors seemed to mix, The cool greens of the grass, blending into the blues, violets, of the building. and Creating beautiful contrast with the warm shades of red that you see occasionally.
Ken
"..." Ken didn't really know what to say.. he was seeing for the first time, the thing he dedicated his life to protecting and it was a place more beautiful and peacefull than anywhere else he had been.

Luna stopped and stared, loosing the composure she managed to keep in the castle. "It's so beautiful." She breathed, almost silently, in awe and reverence.
Rikku must really trust us to let us in here.... I wonder why though... She looked at Rikku for an answer, but decided to just wait instead of asking just yet.
Luna turned her gaze back to the tree. It's more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed it would be.

"I've brought what you need... I think..." She said to the tree stepping forward. motioning ken to follow her.
'have him lay his hand upon my sacred trunk... and he will be judged.' The tree "Said" but only Rikku could here it.
She nodded and looked over at ken. "touch the tree... I don't know what will happen next... but you have to trust me."
Ken
Ken stepped forward nervously and laid a hand on the tree, and almost as if a wave, all the petals on the tree turned a bright red, and a beam of red light shot up into the sky, that all of sakura could see... the strength and power of the beam knocked Rikku back into a pillar, where she fell unconscious so she was unable to witness this..
'you with the heart for battle... who has dedicated their life to their blade.. I awake the seed of strength from within you... go and stab your sword into the ocean and the land will be reborn... but be weary.. you may only do it when all the other seeds have been activated within my roots..." The tree "said" to him and him alone, before a red ball of light was drawn forth from him and sunk into the tree's roots as he was released from their mind link and the red beam that had been shot to the heavens faded... although it created quite a fuss around the town.
