Sapphirianna nodded gravely. "Not so far away indeed..." She trailed off, again lapsing into an uncomfortable silence, as if expecting something to happen. "Come," she added softly, her blood red eyes taking in her surroundings, as if she suddenly had been transported into an unfamiliar war zone with enemies around every corner. She swallowed hard to suppress the cold lump forming in her throat. Something was just not right, something was just... waiting to happen. Something bad.

Twi and Shan walked along the streets, enjoying the chill night air. they sat by the fountain for a while, having come roundways past Rina's flower shop. as Twi played with the water with his hand, he thought he saw a few people run around a corner.
"hm? wasn't that Zebra and Sapph?" he asked.
he looked over to where he saw the movement, but they were gone already.

Uke looked aroung, the moon was low in the sky and it was very dark..but he could see just fine. looking around he saw that he was in an ally...but his body did not care...it did not lisen to him! he smelled something good..real good. "Ahhhhhhh!" He holled again and ran tword the smell.

Zebra apprehensively hurried after Sapphire, making sure not to fall behind as they darted onto the street. It didn't take long before they had passed the fountain and rounded another corner. Suddenly a ghastly howl pierced the night. It was close, really close.
"Ah..! There!" she announced as a dark creature came tearing out of an alleyway, seeming to be attracted to something unknown.

Broken is still wandering around, carrying around weapons, with his wings full spread. His face is partially covered, and he looks intimidating. It prevents anyone from wanting to attack him. And at this time of night, if someone talks to him, he either knows them, or they are really brave/stupid. Tonight, he isn't taking crap from anybody, human or no. He goes to his favorite place in the city, the park. He just wanders around there, not really worrying about anything, just seething.

I will probably have to fall off the face of the earth for a week, starting today, but I am confident I will have more free time after that.

"yes, i think so." he grunted in responce. he stood up and hustled up around the corner to see what was going on. hearing some odd sounds, he followed them through the town to where they were coming from. it sounded like someone in alot of pain.

Uke had convenced himself that he would not go tword the person...His body disagreed aperently becaouse he was no longer in the ally and there was a girl fastly aproching hi..or was he fastly aproching her? "Ah well, I will' "EAT NOW!"

Sapphirianna yanked out her swords and skidded to a halt. She readied herself in a masterly denfencive position, one sword's flat facing the thing protecting her face and one low. She stood with practiced ease and grit her teeth in prepearation for what was ahead.

Even though her heart was beating loudly in her chest as the beast speedily approached, Zebra could feel something was off. Something about this creature felt familiar, even though she knew that she'd never seen such a monster in her life.
Jumping backwards, Zebra readied her bow. However, it was difficult to aim accurately, since she always got terribly nervous when so close to her target. As she let the arrow fly from her ornate longbow, Zebra hoped that a well executed shot to the thigh would slow it down, that, and the hope that her nerves hadn't ruined the shot completely.

Uke fell, howlling in pain. His red elf eyes filling with tears. "St-rooop" He berly said befor he started to shrink. The road was dark and wet, but the moon was gone. After a bright white light there was only a small Bluish puppy in his place with a bleeding leg. He whimperd. 'Why did every pne get so big?'
(Oh and I am sorry, I recently relised that do not write like I think or speak, it is for that reason i think that my writing sucks, I speak and think much like my bf does, but not as bad as him, I can use BIG words and UNDERSTABD THEM!!).

Twilight and Shandrel had rounded the corner, just as the arrow hit the creature. Twi skidded to a stop, and watched as what appared to be a large wolf, fell to the ground whimpering, and then transforme in front of his very eyes into a small bluish puppy. a form Twi recognized, elvish, flashed through his mind. he recognized this one.
"u-uke..?"he asked incredulously. he sighed and relaxed. "i guess we found out what the killers are. Werewolves. we better take care of him. i'm sure someone has a belladonna potion. Twi picked up the smaller elf carefully, and pet him. he faded into shadow form, becoming barely visible in the dim light of teh alley. he started walking towards the Guild House.
