For the Scavenger Hunt, maybe you can give various challenges on the way of the hunt (like quizzes, riddles etc.) that has something to do with the Christmas festival, especially if there is something of a tie. Perhaps something about Santa, the mythical creatures surrounding this or the history that surrounds this festival that has been passed down for decades.
Just a suggestion though. Hopefully it helped. sweatdrop
One more thing: Is the December Event combined together with the New Years event, or are there going be more New Years events in January?

I have to say the amount of planning is amazing, but I like the idea of a secret Santa, same with the White elephant party. Culture for all of gaia biggrin

Shunatsu: We are Covering New Years as well, because it is part of the holidays. And we are not going with just one holiday. Not everyone celebrates Christmas, so the event shall be very diverse. We want to share this event with everyone and not just a select group of people, ok?

If anyone could make some banners it would be a great help!
The event is called HoliDaze.
It MUST say : Presented by the 8th Annual Ball Planning Guild
The date for it is: December 20th - January 3rd.
Otherwise the colour scheme and images you chose are up to you.
