  • Fire/Water/Lightning/Ice/Wind- His index and middle fingers trace strange lines in the air or on some other surface, which can include water, which turns into a strange jumble of lines. From these lines, a massive (Insert elemental force here) ball will appear in front of the lines before flying outwards and erupting with great force upon impacting on the target.
  • Gravity Well- By drawing words on either the ground or air in a circle, Smith can create a powerful gravity well which can stop movement.
  • Meteor - By drawing words into a small circle in front of him, Smith can summon small portals that shoot out meteors in the direction he is facing.

  • Haste/Slow- By drawing words on another persons body, Smith can speed/slow that person up greatly.
  • Buff/De-Buff- By drawing words on another persons body, Smith can increase/decrease a person’s strength and defense greatly.
  • Heal- By drawing words on another persons body, Smith can heal another person of wounds and illnesses.
  • Teleport- By writing words in the air in front of him, Smith can teleport to a new world. He cannot travel to a place on the same world as he is and, unless he knows the name of the world, it is always random. If, however, he does know the name of the world, then he may add the name of the world in and teleport to that specific world, but the location is random. He may also take other people with him on the journey.
  • Elemental Imbue- By drawing words on another persons weapon, Smith can imbue that weapon with the elemental force.
  • Basic Wordplay- Smith can also use smaller words which cost much less magical energy and are everyday words. Some examples are Open, Close, Lock, etc.

Limit Breaks:

  • Passing on…- A limit break that can only be used once and only once. When near death, Smith can unleash all of his knowledge of the ancient words into a fierce storm of magical power. A powerful barrier is erected upon his opponent(s) and Smith, trapping them inside. Then all of his offensive skills are unleashed rapidly and in great amounts, intending to decimate his opponents. After the attack ends, if Smith has decided on a heir then all of his knowledge and power will flow into them, imbuing them with the words. If not, then the power will spread out into the minds of everyone present, gifting each of those present with a single word in the ancient language. He will not survive for much longer after this skill is used….



Strengths: Incredibly powerful in his magical arts, very knowledgeable in matters of different worlds.
Weaknesses: Extremely physically weak, easily swayed by buxom young wenches, very stubborn.

Personality: Smith can come off as extremely perverted if he meets a young woman first. He will try to get them to marry him and produce for him many heirs, so that he may choose who will inherit his knowledge. However, if one looks beyond his immediate perverseness, they will see a compassionate, caring old man who wants the best for the children around him. Going past that, they will see a desperate old man, struggling to find somebody worthy of inheriting his vast amounts of knowledge.

Dislikes: Older women who can’t produce children, annoying men.
Fears: Dying without passing on his knowledge.

Bio: Born as a normal human to a normal mother and father, Smith has always had an incredible thirst for knowledge. Even as a child he strove to discover the secrets of the world around him, trying to explain everything. By twenty years old, he’d explained everything around him in his small world. And, just as he was getting bored of the world around him, the wisest man he’d ever met appeared to him. Well, not directly to the young Smith, but in the town he’d grown up in. It was a strange event however, considering that his town wasn’t very well known. Nobody appeared in their little backwater town. It just wasn’t a place worth mentioning, a town not even placed on the map.

Regardless, the man appeared and changed his life. As a new person, Smith tried to figure out everything about him. But he couldn’t discover anything. Not even the man’s name. He told everyone he was called John, but he said it as though he didn’t believe it himself. Or maybe that was just what Smith though, because everyone else believed him. The strange thing was the names. It seemed as though the man knew everyone’s names before he even talked to them, and he seemed to have his whole town memorized in under an hour. Thinking this was rather strange, Smith decided to investigate a little. It would take him another two years before he discovered John’s secret.

No matter how much he looked, no matter how much he followed the man, he could reveal nothing. And after two years, John had gotten sick of it. He took the young Smith aside one day and asked him what he wanted out of life. He got the response, “To learn everything there is. I want to learn all the secrets of the world and be able to explain everything around me.” A smile lit John’s face at that response and he left Smith standing there, leaving to go about his mysterious business.

Just a short week later, John had gotten permission to bring Smith with him on his journey to explore. Smith couldn’t have been more excited, but he was quite surprised when he found out that they were going to his backyard. He wasn't entirely sure what to expect in such a place, but he soon found out. John's fingers glowed and he began to write symbols in the air in front of them. Unable to make it out, Smith could only watch in wonder as the symbols then began swirling around them, before they disappeared from that world, reappearing in the world John called home. It was a small world, not filled with much more than a small house covered in strange symbols. It was there that John explained everything.

He was a member of a race of people who were called the Masters of the Word. They were beings who had deciphered and watched over the ancient words that had existed before the first fall of the Light, back when words were powerful by themselves. They were all powerful and all had a great thirst for knowledge, but they had no means to reproduce. Devastated by the realization that the words that they had guarded for so long would be lost, they sought any means necessary to preserve their knowledge. Eventually they stumbled upon a way. Near the end of their lives, they could take an inquisitive child and pass on all of their knowledge and experience, thus preserving the words. The child would then take on the title and racial identification of Master of the Word, giving up their true name as a mark of dedication and choosing another name that involved wordplay in some sort. It would not change the genetic makeup of the child, so it was considered a perfect plan, as the children could have children of their own and keep the knowledge alive.

But after several generations of Masters they started to leave their groups. They would wander off, searching for more questions to answer, to learn more about the universe around them. And soon enough they had all left the ancestral home of the Masters. And that was how Smith came into the equation. His master had been looking all over for a heir to his knowledge, hoping to pass it down to him before he died, that way he could give more personal advice to his disciple.

He stayed with his master for ten years before his master died, passing on his knowledge. After that Smith left his house, took the name The Wordsmith, and began wandering the worlds for the next fifty years, learning all he could. In all that time, he never met another Master. But once he hit 80, he came to realize that he hadn’t looked for a disciple yet. He’d spent too much time eagerly looking for new questions to answer. Upon realizing that, he began searching the worlds for a suitable heir. He’s spent seven years on the task, seven futile years. He needs to find somebody soon, before his life comes to an end.

  • Heart Stopper- An ability that slows all the other enemies down, making the initiator of the attack seem faster. (Basically like Haste that only lasts for a post)
  • Time Attack- An ability that drains the user's energy and leaves the user breathless for five posts. Allows the user to attack up to five times before the other person.
  • Time Warp- An ability that creates a field of time, preventing anyone from entering its field. This leaves the user unconscious after five posts.

Support Abilities:
  • Rewind- This ability allows the user to take the time back to where the wound isn't, although this only lasts for up to five posts and the wounds slowly come back with time.
  • Adrenaline- This ability allows the user to speed up the motions of his/her allies, but only for about two posts.

Limit Breaks:
  • Berserk- this limit allows the user to attack a great multiple times before the end of the post.
  • Father Time- This is a group limit. What the user offers into it is the whole and completely slowed nature of the enemy.


Strengths: His Nobody nature
Weaknesses: His Nobody nature, his inability to stand up to physical blows and the Keyblade.

Personality: Rasxa usually seems polite and nice the very moment you meet him, but once you get to know you, you'll find that most of the time, he isn't very polite. Once he gets into a fight, or becomes comfortable around you, he lets himself slip back into Saar's bipolar nature. He tends to go from happy to angry to upset back to angry again in a matter of minutes. It only takes one thing to set him off and then he goes off like a time bomb. To spare the other people from this, Rasxa puts up a facade of pleasantries. Of course his little bipolar explosions are all but an act too.

Dislikes: Being a Nobody, stopping or manipulating time, anything bitter tasting, and bullies.
Fears: Falling and drowning (One time Saar almost drowned in one of the multiple fountains on Beautiful Garden)

Bio:Saar was a street punk of Beautiful Garden, who had only his mother to take care of him. Unfortunately, when Saar was only seven, she died, leaving him to take on the world himself. He eventually found two friends, his best friends in the whole wide world. Saiuki and Daemon took Saar in and taught him the way of the streets. Daemon was a year older and Saiuki was three years older, but they still knew more. The three were the best of friends, through thick and thin. So when the strange black creatures came, naturally Saar tried to protect Saiuki as Daemon tried to help him. When the creatures came, Saar was seventeen at the time. Daemon and Saar tried to protect Saiuki from the strange creatures, but all was lost and the darkness stole all of their hearts. Saar was just lucky enough to have a strong heart, while the other two were not so lucky. Rasxa fell to Traverse Town, jolting awake shouting Saiuki's name. When he finally realized that he wasn't himself anymore, when he learned that he didn't have a heart, he changed his name to Rasxa, just to tell himself that he can no longer be Saar. He also changed his name to make sure that anyone he knows that he meets, doesn't know it's him. He hopped on the first ship out of there and has been traveling the worlds ever since. One day he hopes to find the Heartless of Saiuki and Daemon and return them to normal.

  • Finishing Strikes- A set of abilities focusing on ending combat as quickly as possible.
    • Iai Strike- Core rushes through an opponent, vanishing to appear on the other side. As he swings his blade, the target is hit with a delayed strike. Use Number Generator for damage. [1-5 = Miss | 6-8 = Half Damage | 9 = Full Damage | 10 = Double Damage]
    • Iai Zone- Core rushes through a group of enemies, vanishing from sight to appear on the other side. As he swings his blade, all enemies are hit with a delayed strike. Use Number Generator for damage. [1-7 = Miss | 8-9 = Half Damage | 10 = Full Damage]
    • Iai Draw- Core uses Iai Strike in the same motion as drawing his weapon. As he swings his blade, the target is hit with a delayed strike. Use Number Generator for damage. [1-6 = Miss | 7-10 = Half Damage]

  • Non-Lethal Arts- A set of abilities designed to incapacitate those deemed unfit for death.
    • Stun- Strikes opponent with his fist in an attempt to knock the wind out of them. [50% chance success]
    • Knockout- Strikes an opponent with his fist in an attempt to knock them unconscious. [10% chance success]
    • Flat Strike- Strikes an opponent with the flat of his blade. Does damage, but will not kill the enemy.
    • Disarm- Strikes the weapon from the target's hand to discourage combat. [50% chance success]

  • Focus- Core focuses his mind, increasing his perception and reflexes in combat.

Passive Abilities:
  • Blood Lust- Core's attacks become stronger after he enemy he defeats.
  • Incredible Pressure- Core emits a heavy presence that stems from his strength. The presence weakens and slows weaker enemies.


Limit Breaks: {These are attacks that you can only use when your character is near defeat, as in his/her last few HP.}
  • Flood Style- Core wields a single katana in his hand while rapidly striking all 19 other katana from the Sword Case, giving off the effect of them seemingly to float all about him. Each sword can be controlled via changing the angle at which they are struck. His ultimate style used in dire situations, it has no flaws.

Personality: Core's highest priority is always to prove himself in the field of battle, regardless of the conditions around him. Even with the world falling apart, he is sooner to enjoy a challenging battle than to save the world. When not drunk on the thrill of combat, Core is a very chivalrous man. He will not kill those he deems unfit for the honor of a death by his hand, an aspect of himself that led to the creation of his Non-Lethal Arts.

Bio: Core hails from the world, Clockwork, a world of martial arts and steampunk technologies. Because people from his homeworld are incapable of using magic, residents of Clockwork resort to honing their physical bodies far beyond perceived levels of normal. Most peoples of clockwork have Olympic-level physical abilities, and the strongest of them could easily be considered super-human.

Core himself stands above the rest as "the Lord of the Edge". He spent his entire life training to become stronger, fighting the same opponent over and over until he can defeat them on terms of skill and not simply luck. Each time, he would surpass his opponent and move onto a more powerful enemy, repeating the cycle over and over. His most recent victory left him alone at the top of an incredible mountain. Not a real mountain, mind you- a metaphorical mountain. He was at the top of Clockwork's warriors, and the thought of this filled him with a sadness he had never known before.

One day, however, he came across a visitor from another world and was witness to an incredible power- Magic. Core engaged in combat with the unnamed voyager, defeating him despite his magical advantage. His opponent informed him of the outside worlds and their abundance of magic, and of how there were those much stronger than himself. His will to live restored with the thought of another mountain to conquer, Core caught a ride with the wayfarer to the nearest Gummi port- Traverse Town...

Family: None

Bio: Fortuna's original home planet is unknown to all except a select few, and at most she says its name: Aurora. She was taken to the Land of Departure at age 9 to be tutored about Keyblades and help protect the world from evil forces. She was put under the tutelage of Eraqus, who taught her how to use a Keyblade, how to understand its power, and how to keep control of her heart. She did so with an open mind, learning more about herself as well.

At age 10, her shapeshifting powers revealed themselves. She returned to Aurora for a few months, and came back with near perfect control of her powers. Eraqus ordered magical clothes made for her that would adapt to her shapeshifting abilities, as well as introducing Fortuna to Mina, a mouse. Fortuna was wary of Mina at first, but over time bonded quickly with the plucky mouse and became close.

Later on, Darten arrived at the Land of Departure. Fortuna knew little about him, as he was totally withdrawn into a bubble. Fortuna attempted to be friendly, but would get no response as the boy remained quiet. Eventually, she would find out that his 'family had died', so she immediately attempted to comfort him. A small friendship grew, and they eventually bonded over their ninja abilities. She even taught him one of the most secretive ninja abilities: The art of Vanishing. She grew to care for Darten, but whether it was a platonic or romantic feeling, she didn't know. Fortuna eventually learned of the man that had killed Darten's family, and made a vow to herself that she'd find the man and eliminate him. She continued to train with the two, eventually earning her Mark of Mastery at the age of sixteen. She left shortly after, heading to her homeworld to notify her parents of her success.

What she found, however, was a nightmare. Carnage, everywhere. Soldiers decimated, buildings left in ruin, and innocents lying through the streets, ready to pass on into the afterlife. She eventually reached her home, and found her mother dead and father caught in the vice grip of a lone masked man. A man, she recognized, as the one who had destroyed Darten's home. She flew into a fury, attempting to challenge the man. She lost, barely able to put a scratch on the man. He left her to live, but made sure her father died a painful and explosive death. It drove her into madness, but she was called away from that by a lone man.

He has the utmost confidence in himself and no matter the odds, if he's taken the task he will finish it, however he isn't foolish, years working the streets have taught him the difference between a good deal and a scam. While he isn't opposed to taking advantage of the gullible, he strongly opposes fighting those unable to defend themselves, after all what good is it if it doesn't test his strength. Jiraal is in it for himself and no one else. Unknown to most he does want to have some one to trust.

Bio:Jiraal was raised by his older sister Nisara for most of his life, he had no recollection of his parents and the stories his sister told him were just that; stories. Jiraal learned to pick pockets at five being taught by his sister who was seven years his senior, she also taught him how to use his inherited abilities to further increase his skills as a thief, it was their way of life until he was sixteen...She woke him up in the dead of the night holding a strange soft stone, as far as Jiraal could tell, she told him it had fallen from the sky and that something was wrong. She said she had to find out what it was and where it came from. "I'll come back for you when I find it." She told him and before he could even ask her what "it" was or how she would find it she rifted away.

convinced his sister had simply abandoned him, Jiraal continued on with his daily grind, eventually catching some attention from a few crime bosses and getting hired on as muscle or as an assassin. For three years he pushed his way up the underground hierarchy until those monsters showed up, creatures born of darkness, stealing the hearts of those around him as he struggled to fight them off.The shadowy beasts were endless...and so powerful, there was no way to stop them and so Jiraal fled as his home was consumed in darkness. Only a few months ago he found himself in Traverse Town surrounded by strange people, all refugees like himself, but to him it was the same type of battle field just with new players...


Sample Post:The silence was unnerving, it was obvious that most avoided these parts of the town, they were home to scores of the monsters that Jiraal has come to know as the Heartless. His eyes drifted over ever shadow carefully, he needed some practice or he would get soft during his stay here, and if he ever wanted to be part of the Conclave soft probably wouldn't cut it.
It didn't take long for the little monstrosities to surface, they longed to take his heart...He grinned as he launched forward, whipping the sickle blade of his kusari-gama down at one of the Shadows, it burst into black smoke as it was struck, with a sharp tug on the chain the sickle lashed out to the right splitting another Shadow into ethereal blackness, and another sharp tug, the blade snapped back to Jiraal's hand. He quickly spun around and catapulted the eight pound lead weight at the other end of the chain in between the beady yellow eyes of the remaining shadow.

Attack Abilities:
  • Hypnotism- Yujano's main set of abilities; a type of magic that deals entirely with altering the state of mind of a target. Requires eye contact.
    • Hypnotize- The most basic ability in Yujano's arsenal; he can entrance them into falling into a state of 'waking slumber'. Works especially well on the weak-willed, takes more time and effort for the strong-willed. If a target is Hypnotized, all other Hypnotism/Legilimency abilities have a 100% chance of success unless otherwise mentioned.[
    • Inception- Yujano has the ability to taint the target's mind, so long as eye contact is maintained. These 'taints' can take many forms, some more complex than others. They do not require the target to be Hypnotized, but if it were to happen, all effects would occur with 100% accuracy.
      • Twisted Perception- The most basic form of Inception, and at times the most difficult; Yujano can lie or suggest ideas to the target, and as long as eye contact is maintained, the target will (at the very least) be forced to consider the lies/thoughts on a serious level. The more blatantly false the lies/thoughts are, and the stronger the target's mental will, the less likely the suggestions are to be believed or, if they are, the sooner they will wear off. If Hypnotized, all planted ideas/lies will be believed for a greatly-extended (relatively speaking) period of time.
      • Shrouded Mind- Yujano disrupts the target's mental facilities, possibly cursing them with a mental Fog.
      • Seed of Discord- Yujano stirs up a touch of chaos in the target's mind, possibly Confusing them.
      • Seed of Terror- Yujano brings out memories and ideas that would terrify the target, possibly striking them with Fear.
      • Seed of Betrayal- One of the more difficult deceits, Yujano attempts to invert the target's opinions by casting the target's ideals in doubt and putting Yujano's in a 'better understood' light. Has a chance of inflicting 'Charm'.
      • Seed of Lust- A slightly less complex version of Seed of Betrayal; Yujano merely ensnares the target with feelings of desire and passion, attracting them to his side. Has a chance of inflicting 'Charm'; only works on those attracted to males.
  • Fell Arts- A mixture of magic and melee that manifests using energies of the Dark Arts.
    • Nether Whip- The most basic attack in Yujano's arsenal; his chains, enriched with energy, become razor-sharp, and even if they miss the target, they release a wave of energy in the direction of the swing.
    • Duskblade- Yujano's chain becomes enveloped in an ominous purple aura, and upon contact, saps the opponent of some of his/her mana. If used at long range, he strikes the ground and an ethereal purple blade rises underneath the target.
    • Shadowblade- Yujano's chain becomes enveloped in an ominous crimson aura, and upon contact, drains the opponent of some of his/her health. If used at long range, he strikes the ground and an ethereal crimson sword rises underneath the target.
  • Occlustrel Traits- Attack skills gained from using his natural weapons.
    • Spit Venom- Yujano spits a potent venom with multiple effects. If it enters through the eyes, the target suffers Blindness and Toxic for 4 turns. If it, instead, enters their bloodstream via an open wound, it causes a Toxic effect for 4 turns; if it is not cured by the second turn, the target begins suffering from Gradual-Petrification, meaning the target is immediately Slowed; on the next turn, the target's legs are completely petrified, and on the next, the entire body is completely petrified.

Support Abilities:
  • Legilimency- Yujano has the ability to, upon eye contact, glance through the many layers of a target's mind and, though not always correct, he has a peculiar skill in decrypting the thoughts and memories of the target. Guaranteed success if the target is Hypnotized.
    • Lie Detection- The simplest use of Legilimency; requires only that eye contact be made when the target is speaking.
    • Whispers Within- As long as eye contact is maintained, Yujano can mentally speak to the target, and if they think clearly enough, the two can have a conversation. This can also be used to plant whispers into the targets subconscious, but requires a bit more concentration.
    • Soul Scan- A more complex use of Legilimency; if eye contact is established for at least a few moments, Yujano can skim through the layers of the target's mind, starting with the top-most layers and delving deeper with each passing moment. The deeper one goes, the more likely the target will detect the mental invasion and (possibly) be able to fight back. May be done with thoughts, memories, and emotions.
  • Dark Arts- Magic borne from negative energies.
    • Transference- Yujano can manipulate essence (both physical and magical) and transfer it to (or from) a target of his choice via touch (through his hand or constant contact with his whips). This includes status effects. Commonly used after Duskblade or Shadowblade to transfer the gains to an ally.

Passive Abilities:
  • Occlumens- As a gift of his race, and enhanced by his training in Legilimency, Yujano has the ultimate 'mental guard'. It is impossible to 'tell' that he is lying, and most (if not all) attempts at mental invasion are rebounded with ease. [Resistant (Not Immune) To All Mental Ailments].


Limit Breaks:
  • [Limit Form] The Fell Lord- Upon being forced into a dire situation, Yujano focuses the dark arts of his Fell Knight class to a much greater extent. His Strength and Magic are both boosted greatly, and he has access to abilities in the Dark Arts which would otherwise be beyond his reach.
    • Animositas Gladius- By muttering an incantation, Yujano can release a flurry of invisible magical slashes at a living target that leave painful gashes throughout the body. The only warning is the motion of his body, as the invisible slashes follow the motion; pointing causes a piercing action, for instance. [Physical Curse]
    • Diabolus Incendia- Summons intense flames, much hotter than average fire (capable of melting some metals and stone). The fire spreads insanely fast, growing to a large size fairly quickly, and takes on the form of Yujano's (or its own) choosing. Resistant to anything short of high-powered Ice or Water spells. Should Yujano lose consciousness while the Fiendfyre is in effect, it will remain and attain total (destructive) sentience, searching out and burning anything it can find.
    • Viridis Nex- A spell within the Dark Arts that has existed beyond historical record. By uttering an incantation, Yujano can focus intense darkness by whatever means he chooses, summoning extremely potent emerald bolts of dark energy. They can charge his weapons or body, or be sent as lightning bolts. Causes mass explosive damage on non-living targets, but leaves no mark on the living- only a moment of intense pain. [Physical Curse]

Personality: Yujano, as a person, can come off as a bit of a suspicious character- for good reason. He has a cold, silent exterior, made more suspicious by his secretive and methodical nature. Rarely does he reveal the aces up his sleeve unless they become absolutely necessary. Due to his upbringing in the political world, he is intelligent and equally calculating; with such a political lifestyle, however, he is also extremely manipulative, twisting and fabricating whatever he pleases without so much as a second thought.

However, he grew to loathe the politics, and as such, became a rebellious, selfish man. Arrogant and rake, he no longer thinks anything of ethics or the law, looking out only for himself and doing whatever it takes to make his own life better. He is capable of loyalty (moreso to Alina and Keilan than any others), but only when it serves him. It's not that he doesn't feel compassion; it's merely that he represses it more often than not.

Bio: Yujano lived what many would call a royal life. Born to parents in the Arevalo Global Council, he was raised with a silver spoon in his mouth, metaphorically speaking. Though mostly raised by his father, who loved to study the sciences, he did spend a good portion of his early adolescence with his mother, who was the politician. With his father, he learned things like biology and psychology, the latter of which came in especially handy for the times when his mother insisted on training him in the art of politics. For awhile, things were pretty amazing for the young Occlustrel.

However, after his father's death (under mysterious circumstances), things went completely awry for his life. Now entirely under his mother's tutelage, Yujano began to see the darker side of politics, the manipulation, the corruption- even in his own mother (and, he learned, his father). It didn't take long before he was completely disgusted by the mere thought of returning to the council every day with the woman he regrettably called 'mother'. His only solace and comfort came in the times when he studied psychology, much as if he'd been with his father.

In his mid-teens, he began to dabble in magic, and even formulated some of his own psychological magics; his progress was further aided by his secret love for the Dark Arts, a fascination which would, in time, turn to be his path to freedom. Inevitably, his 'dishonorable' studies were uncovered, and in a predictably-political move, his own mother banished him from his oceanic homeland.

And so, Yujano traveled. Under the guise of a vagabond, he visited two of his 'friends', Astrels by the name of Alina and Keilan, both from political families and both disgusted by the politics into which they were born. Eventually, the trio heard of travel to other worlds, and they three jumped at the chance to leave this despicable world.

Personality: Despite Alina's aristocratic background, she's as straightforward and blunt as they come. Don't let her graceful demeanor fool you because she won't hesitate to smack you down a few notches with her words. She holds little patience for word play and flattery, which would make one wonder why she puts up with the likes of Keiran. If you're soft-hearted, you might want to give Alina wide berth because she isn't hesitant in who she insults whether you be boy, girl, prince or pauper.

However, following her refined upbringing is her trait for extravagance. She loves the finest fabrics and metals and often shows little restraint in purchasing such goods. She took up thieving with almost a Robin Hood mentality of stealing from only the rich, but that's about it. She doesn't tend to redistribute her winnings to the poor; instead she spends it on her own wardrobe.

Bio: Alina was raised in the northern parts of Arevalo, high in the mountains amongst the marble streets and temples in a city known as Vryhelle. The major trade of her hometown was its priceless cut marble (as well as other jewels) used to construct magnificent buildings. She was the daughter of a councilman and was thus raised in a lavished lifestyle. She was an advocate of the arts, particularly enjoying trips to the amphitheater to partake in the dance and music.

Though her father first saw her hobby as beneficial to her background, her obsession with dance and music soon began to worry her parents. To an Astrel a surname must be earned, so in an effort to "right" their daughter onto a merchant track, they took away a majority of her spending money so that she could take up a useful trade. Alina began performances on the street alongside her childhood friend Keiran. (The two had been introduced from their parents when they met up for council meetings, Keiran and Alina would often play together outside of the hall.) And when that didn't bring enough earnings to her pocket, she began thieving from the rich. She didn’t want to fall into her parent’s lifestyle of partaking in council as she thought of council members as pretentious and unwilling to step down from their high pedestals.

Her life seemed to fall into routine... a routine that she soon grew bored of despite their love for their trade. They both wanted to see a world outside of their own, where people looked different, having ears on the side of their head, no tails, red noses... etc. They joined up with a friend by the name of Yujano (whom Alina affectionately calls Yu) who was also the son of a councilmember. When they heard from a visiting traveler about these distant worlds and creatures known as heartless, they stowed aboard, determined to earn their surnames in a different manner...

Personality: Keiran is very polite to people watching him play and Alina dance, but outside of the job, he can get quite spiteful and mean. If he wants something from you, however, he becomes very courteous and is apparantly quite skilled with buttering people up. Alina or Yujano usually have to do the talking. When it comes to the ladies, he has a problem of flirting. He loves to make people smile, and does his best to entertain everyone, but making a serious bond with him can be difficult. If people hit on Alina or harass Yujano, he gets really angry, really fast and will lash out.

Despite thinking more with his emotions than logically, he is extremely charismatic and can come off as a leader, despite his tendency to get enraged at the slightest of provocation. Also, his intelligence on many different subjects has proven to be quite useful, especially when it came to counting money.

Bio: Keiran was born to two politicians, so his life from day one has always been to become the next leader when they passed. He was taught how to read, write, calculate, strategize, paint, sew, cook, anything and everything to be the perfect man. But, due to the harsh amount of work they forced upon him, they turned him into a spiteful, overemotional child that was unable to associate with other people properly. His parents would take him to political meetings, where he would sit quietly in the corner while the other children of the politicians would play together. He met Alina, another child of politicians like himself. The girl had extended her hand in friendship, and he slowly warmed up to her. However, if any other children approached Alina, he would immediately get protective, even lashing out at the children. His parents couldn't understand why their son wasn't befriending all of the children and acting so horrible, so they sent him to an old spiritualist high up in the mountains for advice.

The old woman took the child under her wing immediately, teaching him the ways of the spirits. How to communicate with them, how to summon their aid, all of the information he would need. After years of off and on training, the old woman handed him a scroll and told him that his journey would be complete after one last meditation session. He quietly sat down and closed his eyes, feeling the pull of the spirits and how they would guide him. Power was coursing through his veins, the power of the spiritual world had his back. When he awoke, his hair was no longer black, but suddenly a bright white. He is unsure of what effect his hair turning white will have on him, but he keeps a careful eye out.

When he returned, his parents told him wonderful news. To them, anyways. Keiran was going to get married to one of the other politician's daughters, and he was to prepare immediately. Keiran got into a heated argument, then dashed to his room, grabbed his sitar and fled his home. He immediately ran to his friend Alina, who was leaving her home for her own reasons. They fled along with another noble child, Yujano, to different worlds and became something of a performing troupe. Kei would play his sitar, Alina would dance, and Yujano would hypnotize the crowd. Then the three would take everyone's money and make their way out of town. Kei felt safe with the two of them, Yujano becoming his best friend, and Alina his first major crush.

Strengths: Katie always brings the people she loves before herself, and protects them no matter what happens. She tends to get stronger as her anger inside her burns. But also may drag her down since her thoughts overcome her and she cannot stop. She can sense how the person feels deep inside.
Weaknesses: She hates bugs as her biggest fear. If one touches her, she will go nuts and scream her lungs out till its off. When she is sick, she tends to not be able to move, being paralyzed from it. She also loses energy from it. If a friend turns on her, she will never stop crying, and hide into corners.

Bio: Katelyn was born in a very small town, not many people knew of this town as barely anyone was born there. She loved her sister dearly. And would never let anything happen to her. Katelyn made a promise that no matter how bad the situation is, she would always be there for her sister. To make sure she never breaks this promise, she wrote the word "Always" on her arm. Her sister always seemed to look at the word she wrote after her parents got into fights, Katelyn trying to break it up. Her mom was a drunk, while her dad was a thief. Every night they would do all kind of bad things, that they'd have to move all the time so the cops couldn't catch them. Both the sisters were caught between two wrongs trying to do right.
Katelyn and her sister would constantly stay up all night, and cry together in each others arms, telling themselves everything would end up ok. But it was only a matter of time before this new promise had torn into pieces. They were quietly sitting upstairs, when all of a sudden, they heard the door slam, glass shattering, and both their parents yelling also with new voices. Katelyn, being the bigger sister, trying to protect the younger sister, walked downstairs to find out what was happening. When she got down, no body was there. The quiet had arose once again. She wandered towards the door way, she noticed a man in black standing there. "Who are you?" She shouted at the man. But once she blinked, and opened her up yet again, he was gone. Gasping, she ran back upstairs as fast as she could, and found out her sister was now also missing. Her promise had been destroyed, she could no longer protect her sister. Katelyn now trembling to her knees, took her phone out of her pocket and called 911. As she waiting for someone to pick up, she could hear nothing. When suddenly, she heard a deep voice breathing into the phone. "Calling 911? Hmp. I am able to block your phone from calling this number. Don't bother trying. Your family are long gone by now, what a shame." Screaming, she chucked the phone as far as she could. As soon as it hit the wall, it cracked into halves, the voice stopping. Katelyn breathing heavily, held onto the wall, tears of mirth sliding down her cheeks. "Julie...I miss you. I need you, don't you see? How can I live life without you?" After that had been said, she thought she had been hearing noises, or not? She had no idea what to become of this. For she had heard her sisters voice, it seeming to say "I miss you too, please don't leave me..." She began to feel very weak, and fell to the floor, fainting.

She now travels from place to place, hoping to find her long lost sister who she misses dearly. Katelyn knew living without her sister would be difficult, but she would just have to try. She went to school a lot, but everyone had seemed to bully her. She never really found a true friend. She fears everyday to be bullied, some even go as far as to lock her in lockers since all bullies know she's not very good in small areas. At times she tends to skip classes to get away from the biggest bullies, only leading to them stalking her in the halls. She cries day and night, hoping for someone to come by and make the light in her day shine. But can this possibly happen? Without her sister? No one seems to know.

Bio:Jyuk is a planet of war and so if you are not a warrior you are worthless. Those were the words pounded into Veone's head from the day he drew his first breath. Every child in his nation was taken from their parents at birth and raised to fight, trained everyday in the ways of violence, the ways of war...Veone was trained for war until he was ten years old, after this point he breathed war for eight long years becoming the greatest warrior in his nation and was given the title Wrath for his battle prowess.

Despite the title and renown he had gained, Veone had always wanted more than a life of just war, he wanted something that seemed intangible; Peace. The impossibility of his wish plagued him deeply but it never showed, he cared for his squad mates more than any others would allow. Love was weakness in their eyes but Veone knew it wasn't true, he knew it was much stronger than hate or anger and when the shower of strange soft meteors came he felt that maybe things would change for him...

The strange meteor shower was only taken as a sign that his nations campaign was righteous, even after the heartless showed up very little changed in their world, they just had a new enemy to destroy and destroy they did. His warrior race fought back the scourge of darkness, it was not an easy victory but a victory none the less. While Veone’s people were generally relaxed in the way of investigation, it was all too obvious that the meteor shower had something to do with the arrival of the dark creatures and so it only seemed fitting to send the greatest warrior to walk their lands to discover the source of these monstrosities…

  • Foxfire- While not as strong as an Elder Kistune's Foxfire. Yumeko's Foxfire can hurt. It causes about the same amount of damage as a regular Fire spell does.

Support Abilities: {You can have less/more than three, if necessary}
  • Illusion- This little ability that she has allows her to make her opponents think that things are going their way when really the are making a fool of themselves. She usually uses it only to prevent someone's death. However if one pays enough attention then they would be able to tell that something wasn't quite right like eye color or the movement, and even the lack of shadow.
  • Emerald Winds- For Yumeko this spell is a healing spell that also protects. Something like combining Cure and Aero. It will grow over time.

  • Tongue of Beasts- This little passive ability allows her to speak with all animals.
  • Shift- Her body shifts according to the situation that she is in without her thinking about it. For example in battle she would go to her mid form to gain more agility.

  • Foxfire Kistune! - When she is at a loss as to what she can do she will slpit her tail into nine with foxfire alight on each tip. They will move from the tails and gather together to form a large Fox made of fire. It will charge at all opponents to try to either knock them out or kill them.
  • Tenshi Kistune- This ability gives her the chance to heal all that she is with or bring one person back from unconsciousness.
  • Kistune Crystal Barrier- This ability is one of her passionate abilities as it is directly linked to her heart. Much like the marking... the crystal that her heart summons also incases her friends and allies.

Family: Umiko Starr is Yumeko's twin sister. Both parents died when they were five.

Bio: Yumeko and Umiko Starr were orphaned at the young age of five due to hunter of a specific kind. On their home planet all Hengiyokai were concidered pets if they were caught. Among the most valued of Hengiyokai were the Kistunes. The orange kistunes were rare, but the Kistune that most hunters hoped for were the Artic Kistunes due to their fur and abilities. Yumeko and Umiko both cared for mankind even if they were hunted. If someone was hurt... well let's just say that their agility comes in handy should the injured realize who was tending to them. The twins decided that if they were to survive they would have to leave their home and start anew someplace else. Other Hengiyokai they knew had left as well, so it was only natural that they would want to leave as well. Yumeko and Umiko both decided that by going on two seperate ships they would not be found. The girls had picked random ships in hopes that the next place they went to would not be as bad as their homeworld.


Sample Post: Two young ladies both with silver/white hair and ice blue eyes looked at each other then hugged.

"I wish you well Umiko and I hope that we will meet again." said one of the ladies as she backed away.

"And I wish you the same Yumeko. 'Til we meet again." Umiko said before she left to get on the closest ship paying for her passage as she stepped up to the man.

Yumeko knew that her sister would get off-world without a problem, so she turned to go the other direction and went up to the lady who was handing out passes for gold. "Is this your first time miss?'asked the ticket lady, who after recieving a nod from Yumeko, handed her a ticket.'You look like you would need all the gold you have deary, so here have one on me."

"Thank you ma'am." Yumeko responded gently with awe in her voice, for it was rare that someone would be kind to her without there being a catch.

A golden vambrace is wrapped around his left arm that conceals his hidden blade. Around is waist he wears a black sash, also trimmed in gold, held up by a dark brown belt that holds most of his equipment (throwing knives, smoke bombs, and poisons) and is used as a place to hang his short crossbow and a small gourd which is filled with sand. His pants are also black and as tight as his tank top. They are tucked into a pair of knee-length gaiters (tightened by three straps that run along the back), wrapped around a pair of black boots. Upon activation, the sand armor slows Dark down significantly and makes it difficult for him to attack, block, and dodge, and as a result the armor can be broken and never be used for the rest of the battle.
    • Sand Doppelganger – A sand doppelganger that substitutes as Dark in battle or for information gathering purposes. Any damage done to the clone would turn it back into sand.
    • Sand Suspension – Dark can use the sand to make him levitate or catch him if he were to fall.

Passive Abilities:
  • Ultimate Defense – The sand in the gourd acts as an automatic shield, independent of Dark’s will, and flickers up to protect him from any standard attack.
  • Heightened Awareness – Dark has a constant awareness of everything and everyone around him.


Limit Breaks:
  • Shadow Dance – Dark goes in and out of stealth, allowing him to use his abilities that require stealth.
  • Killing Spree – Dark steps through the shadows from enemy to enemy, attacking an enemy every .5 seconds with both Tonfa Blades until 5 assaults are made. Can hit the same target multiple times.
  • Sand Puppet – Dark manipulates the sand to pour into the opponent’s body, gaining control over the person’s body
  • Sand Explosion – After manipulating the sand to pour into an opponent’s body, Dark uses his ability to control sand to harden the sand, then cause it to spike-out in multiple directions, impaling the opponent from the inside.
  • Assassinate – An instant kill that requires Dark to be close enough to his opponent to be able to use his hidden blade.
  • Desert Funeral – A follow-up to Sand Coffin, Desert Funeral causes the sand around the enemy to implode and compact together, crushing their body and can cause instant death.

Personality: Dark appears to be very calm and speaks coldly; harsh and direct without any remorse for the other person’s feelings. He is very vengeful and spiteful and can be easily angered. He’s quite zealous about carrying out his desire to take vengeance on man for what they have done to him. Because of the trauma he endured watching his family die, Dark is an alter ego and he is at times seen speaking to himself and addressing himself as Krad, and as a result sometimes hesitates or has difficulty going against his previous nature of light.

Bio: There was a time when darkness and vengeance did not cloud Dark’s mind. A simpler and happier time when even during the more difficult times everything was, in its fullest definition, good. Though at this time he was known as Krad, a husband and a father of two daughters who had given up a life of thievery for a more modest livelihood as a fruit vendor. However, this all changed when the Heartless attacked…

One night, as the family was getting ready to go to bed, Bandit and Pot Spider Heartless appeared in their home and attacked. Their calls for help fell on deaf ears of late-night passerbyers The Heartless started with Krad’s wife and took her heart. His daughters were next. He watched as the hearts of his family were taken from them right before his eyes, and then were turned into beady-eyed Shadow Heartless. Finally, they set their eyes on the man, though he’d prove to be a challenge.

Filled with rage, Krad attacked and obliterated the Heartless, releasing their hearts. Once all the Heartless were slain, Krad made it his personal agenda to find and kill all the Heartless he can. Though little did he know how dark the path of vengeance was. The more he sought out the Heartless, the more the darkness was drawn to his fury and hatred until his heart became tainted.

Sooner or later, the darkness began to twist his view of vengeance. Questions such as “why the Heartless first came to Agrabah” and “why didn’t anyone come to their aid” began to fill his head. No longer was it to seek out the Heartless and obliterate them, but to seek out those responsible for bringing the Heartless here and allowing his family to die. It was the darkness within man’s heart that brought the Heartless and it was their negligence the cost him his family.

Henceforth, Krad began to identify himself a Dark—his alter ego created to help him better deal with the trauma faced when his family was killed and to carry out his new agenda—and no longer sought out the Heartless to obliterate (after all, they are mindless and instinctual beings), rather to control and use to attack others and punish them for their negligence and purge them of the darkness in their hearts.

Bio: Azalea was born to a family of lower class in Port Royal. The only object of importance to the family was a keyblade that very much resembled a rose and crown. It once belonged to a long distant relative who had been trained by an aged keyblade wielder during the peaceful times. Ever since then the keyblade had been passed down from generation to generation and that is where Azalea came into the picture. She was the fifteenth line in the family and the had the same birthmark as did the long distant relative who first had the keyblade.

As she grew up Azalea was taught the history of her ancestors and was told the stories of the keyblade Royal Rose. On her fourteenth birthday Azaleas' world would be turned upside down. It started out great with her father giving her a small dagger he made himself and her mother gave her a new hairclip for her hair. That night a pirate raid went through the town and unfortunatly Azaleas' house was involved. The gun shots rang out and the smell of smoke was permanently stamped into her mind.

Her mother, in an attempt to save her daughters life, rushed her daughter to the back and gave her the keyblade. The screams were deafening in her ears, Azalea was in a fit of confusion. Her mother hugged her tightly and told her she loved her very much and to keep the keyblade with her at all times. With a kiss her mother pushes Azalea out the door and told her to run far away and to not look back. Azalea ran far from her home, avoiding the raid behind her.

Tears streamed down her face as she heard her mothers screams behind her. After Azalea made it to the peer she turned around to see her home being burned to the ground. She collapsed to her knees and held her keyblade infront of her. Just as she was begining to think all was lost she saw a ship leaving the dock. Without a second thought Azalea ran to the ship and snuck on, hiding in one of the many barrels on board.

As the ship began to sail off Azalea watched the waves crash against the boat and watched as the shore slowly shrank in the distance. Once the shore was out of sight Azalea watched the water and to her surprise it too started to shrink off into the distance. She blinked then looked up, the ship was flying! Before she knew it she was saing goodbye to Port Royal and hello to some place mysterious.
