Helena kept with the momentum, not going to surrender for a second. She rolled rather ungracefully into the hangar and rose to her feet in no time. Grissom reached out to place a hand on Elizabeth before she rose to her feet; sure, she could have attempted to summon the alteration on her own, but this was the sure-fire method. As her arms became weapons, she moved forward, ready to change direction in a split-second. She knew this man's power and was prepared to act accordingly.

Schraeder bounced on the balls of his feet. "Think you can keep up?" he asked tauntingly. "We beat you last time, and we'll do it again. I've even learned some new tricks."

Get in their head early, and the fight is yours. Schraeder waited for them to make the first move, smiling slightly and disconcertingly.

"So those are the Host meanies, aye? Not as imposing as was stated. Either way, immediate threat first. Agent! Think you can catch 'em if I slow 'em down a bit?"

Grinning wildly, the young Brit spun his temporal-displaced sword in a large breadth in front of him before concentrating his Sigil powers and forcing time to slow down in the wake of his sword motion. A large wave of pale blue light rushed across the hangar towards the two dancing assailants as A began his attack. With the three of them working in unison and with their movements ground to a near-stand still, it would seem unlikely they could escape from the Agent's attack.

Jon held his blade in place, holding the temporal distorting barrier in place with his sword arm, and the other hand gripping his chest. Controlling the temporal flow of such a wide area was extremely taxing on his heart.

Helena smirked, feeling a surge of adrenaline and the Essence of God course through her veins. It was empowering, rushing toward this man, knowing that at any second he would disappear and attempt to harm her. His words were empty to her, though. "Says the man who had to have his balls coddled!" was her brazen retort. For a split second, Helena was even surprised with herself. That was most certainly not something she would ever say, but she shook it off. The artist could think about it later if time permitted.

She engaged Shraeder at full speed, lunging forward to stab at his chest. Undoubtedly he would disappear, and she was already prepared to get the hell out of Dodge when he did. If chance permitted, she might even get a good crack at this guy.

Saieve, "You see my arms, don't ya?" he put his hands to his head and sighed, "Dammit, what are you getting yourself into, Fin? You shouldn't be here!"

*

Finnegan shook his head, "I shouldn't be here?" he retaliated, "I didn't exactly plan on being here. Aye, one moment I'm saving a family of four and fallin' into a fire, the next I wake up with burns on my body surrounded by some super-powered lads."

He imitated his brother's motion, "But what the ******** happened to you, Sai? I mean...the arms, and who's this lovely lass?" he said, gesturing towards ********, I don't know..." Saieve answered, "Apparently something to do with a government experiment long ago."

He sighed, "So you're one of these EDEN guys?"

*

Finnegan ran his hand down his face, "Well damn, these guys want you all dead, ye know? And aye, I got some of the powers they got, this sigil crap en all."

He shook his head, "What are we gonna do, ye think?"

*

"So we're on opposite sides... I'm not gonna fight ya, Fin, and I know you don't wanna fight me, dammit, we're family." He sighed.

Clarissa hid behind Saieve a bit when Finnegan pointed at her - it was a force of habit to hide when someone pointed a finger in her direction. Hearing the two of them speak, she told Finnegan, "Why don't you come with us? We won't have to fight that way."

A heard Clarissa and snapped his head, "You?" Unfortunately, he couldn't say much more because he was still dealing with the duo. With Jon forcing time to slow, A had an easier time reaching his opponents with spiked punches.

Adela made it back to Host-Agent M and yelled, "The Hosts are here! Schraeder's dealing with two of them right now, but one of us had to let you know." She paused to catch her breath. "I'm going back there now. Schraeder's gonna need help."

Finnegan raised his right eyebrow , "'Ey, lass, I still haven't gotten your name." he pointed out.

He lowered his voice and inched closer to the two as he added: "Now, I can't just go en turn my back on these folks, they saved me life, they did, but I can't fight against me own blood..."

*

Saieve leaned towards Clarissa ever-so-slightly, "He couldn't, or rather shouldn't make any attempt to leave, they'd have his a** in an instant."

He looked at Finnegan, "Fin, we'll have to talk about this later, now isn't the time."

Clarissa blinked and replied, "My name is Clarissa." She listened to Saieve and nodded at his words. "But then what are you guys going to do?" She looked from between the two brothers.

Adela started running back towards Schraeder. Even with teleportation working with him, it's still pretty difficult. Dude, you better not be badly injured or else after I make sure you're fine, I'll kick your a**.

The hand-holding duo began to spin - what the hell? Things began bouncing away, including - the temporal distortion? It merely reflected off, dissipating outside of Jon's control. A's spikes began twisting in the maelstrom the two were forming, and eventually broke clean. Then the maelstrom started moving towards them, and they noticed something - the two, flying at the speeds they were, were tearing up the concrete.

---

Finnegan and Saieve were interrupted by an interesting occurrence that went something as follows.

First of all, a figure almost completely encased in stone brought a massive mace in a bone-crushing stroke at Saieve.

At the same time, a completely different figure (presumably from the rubble) launched a pillar of fire from next to Saieve first at Finnegan, but upon seeing Saieve's predicament, changed the direction to engulf the Stoneman.

The end result was that the Stoneman landed between them. A guttural roar erupted from him, and the figure that had shot fire made a teleport similar to Schraeder's to where Finnegan and Saieve were standing.

"You help me or you die!" both yelled at the same time, referring to an entirely different set of people.

---

M, left alone and not posting felt the impact as the skating man's elbow landed in his shoulder. This caused what felt like a detonation, sending him bouncing across the pavement until he wrapped himself around some set of landing gear.

Schraeder glared at Helena, not moving even as she advanced. When she was very close, he was still staring at her until he blinked away. He reappeared 7 or 8 yards away, laughing.

"Now I see! You know my power, and you're afraid of what I can do."

He was gone, and before she could find him she heard his voice in her ear. "I can be here," and as she spun he vanished, then appeared off to her right. "Or here. And you have no way to know, now do you?"

He walked casually in a half circle in front of here, not letting his growing fatigue show at all. "Even with your special little reflexes and senses, there's no way for you to predict where I am or react fast enough to stop everything I can do to you."

Schraeder turned and smiled at her like a wolf. "So, Host-girl...what are you gonna do?"

Finnegan immediately turned towards the Stone man and began rolling up his sleeves, obviously ignoring the attempt at his own life. "'Ey! Laddie, you do realize that's me brother, don't ye? Me own flesh 'n blood!" he almost shouted at the man, his usually calm demeanour now overshadowed by anger, "Bring it to me, laddie, you won't laying a ******** finger on me big brother, ye won't."

He approached the man rapidly, his posture straight and his fists clenched.

*

Saieve threw his arms up at the Fire person, "What do you think you're doing? That's me hermano! My little brother, you have a problem with him? Take it up with me or just let it be, I'm not gonna let you fight my own hermano, even if he's not on my side!" Saieve said in a more calmly tone than his brother had.

He too had seemed to ignore the attack intended for him only seconds earlier. He stayed close to Clarissa, but he stood ready to attack should the need arise.

Jon stumbled as the distortion was forced to dissipate. He was partially glad, as the pressure on his heart was relieved and he was able to move freely again. The maelstrom of spikes and air made its way towards him and Agent A.

If I can focus just enough...

Joneleth reached out with his free hand and clenched his grip, focusing his energy on creating a chronosphere directly in between the rapidly moving pairs' hands. A small, but potent sphere formed. He hoped that by removing what was holding them together, he would be able to separate them and send them flying away.

It was a quite passable idea, and it should have worked. Unfortunately, as Jon attempted to channel his energy through their sphere... it just didn't. It was struck away like a squirrel by a baseball bat, lost as heat to the atmosphere. It became debatable whether they could be stopped. However, Jon was privaleged to take note of one small fact - there was a line of discoloration in the pair's auras, right where he had made his attack. They weren't invulnerable, they just were only susceptible to brute force.

---

The Stoneman turned around, the facial portion of his encasement shifting away. Kevin! He wasn't dead. "Okay, are you a turncoat?" he snarled. "If that's how it is -" And then he was flying away as a third person slammed an elbow into his back. Some sort of detonation occurred, and Finnegan himself was knocked off his feet - as well as everyone else nearby. Clarissa and Saieve were both knocked back as well, feeling oddly as though they had suffered a punch to the stomach.

The man stood above Finnegan and began gathering energy into his hands. The pressure of the air increased.

Joneleth recoiled as his focused chronosphere dissipated into nothing. His attempt had proven enlightening, seeing a slight vulnerability to a frontal assault. He noted the dispute going on further away feeling the shock but remained untouched; however he paid little heed as the most pressing matter was still in front of him.

Victory favors the bold...

"Agent A! Please give me as much cover as you can!"

With a sudden dash, Jon darted straight towards the spiraling tornado that belonged to the dancing duo. His sword gleamed for a moment, then a red hue fell over the blade and his body as he quickened the flow of time of his own muscles and joints. His entire body became a silhouette, a blur, as he darted into that maelstrom of motion, his sword moving so quickly that the only visible movement was the glimmer from the tip of the sword.

He only hoped that he would be able to continue dodging their whirlwind and score a disabling blow before too long, else the pressure on his heart might get to him.

Jon was close - so very, very close to being fast enough to see it done. It... just... wasn't quite enough! Someone else would need to directly aid him, and if that were done he could at least score a hit.
