Alanna shrugs a bit before continuing to stride down the deck "I'll give back later" she told him before smiling lightly.

" I have enjoyed our walk, and I hope we can maybe have lunch sometime soon perhaps on your next day off? I really would like to get to know you better, I mean if you don't mind that is? I know I make a lot of smarty pants comments and sometimes that irritates people but it's a kind of shield I guess and oh anyway. I know I am making a complete bumbling fool of myself again and " looks at his watch" we have to get back . so anyhow could you maybe just think about it." he stammers and stutters and stumbles over his words.

Alanna blinks and pauses looking at Weisenheimer tilting her head to the side a bit "are you attempting to ask me out?" she asked him before looking at her own watch, hmm..he was right we had to head back to the dining room.

Alanna pondered over it a bit before looking at him "alright..I'll give you a chance but if you try to crack jokes all night you won't be getting another date" she told him before trotting back to the dining room.

Venicia: cuts in before she can Answer " oh there you are I was just going to look for you. It's time to clear Wisenhimer. Alanna would you like to help me with the nights receipts, apparently I am going to be training for your new position as Banquets Manager."

Alanna blinks as Venicia cuts in and looks at Weisenheimer apologetically before whispering to him "I'll give you an answer after we are done" she told him before looking at Venicia and tilting her head to the side "wait?! what..i'm going to be banquets Manager?" she asked slightly shocked.

Venicia " yes you are, you pretty much do the job on the floor now as it is, and I have been putting in a lot of overtime so talked with the captain and he said to go ahead and teach you the paperwork and have you help me work with a few of the customers to set up menu's and the like, so right now your in training."
Wisenhimer: whispers "congratulations! see you later " then hurries off to help breakdown the tables and take linen to laundry.

Alanna beams happily "that is totally awesome" she said and looks at Venicia "shall we start on those receipts?" she asked hoping Venicia wouldn't ask her about what was starting to happen between her and Wisenheimer.

Alanna nods her head and follows Venicia into her office so she can get trained in the paperwork and what she needs to do, with her new job promotion she frowned slightly, she couldn't give Wisenheimer a location for their date she would have to tell him after her training.

Venicia: pull out a stack of papers. " ok here are the reciepts we go through and count up how many of each dinner was served, how many bottles of wine champagne ect.. on this sheet here then we tally it on the adding machine and in the blank next to the tally we add the figures the at the bottom we put over all event total. then we get out the contract deduct any discounts, then we add the Gratuity per server. once we tally everything we drop the final copies off at accounting." Pushes a tally sheet and stack of receipts to Alanna, "you start on those I'll do these."

Alanna blinks nodding her head and listening as Venicia explained the paperwork. She looked at the stack of papers idly before taking a breath and starting on what she had to do, all she saw in her mind right now was numbers and more numbers. "Well, at least we know tonight was a good evening" she said looking at the pile of reciepts

Venicia:" yes we did real good, Wisenhimer isn't much of a waiter but his shows bring in good money. by the way what did you say to him his performance tonight on stage was a little off, the customers didn't notice though. but his waiting skills seemed improved."
