My two followed her. The map would lead them out side for about ten paces into a dark, horribly expensive, and conveniently placed forest.
"What a convenient place for a forest," Natalia mused. "right off the city, no need for a commute. For people who want to get away from it all, just not too far."
"so we found fascinating forests freakishly close to creepy city setting?"

The path wended curvily though thick woods. before too long four squat olive green creatures came into the road ahead of them. "Toll" one of them croaked, voice raspy.
