Daisuke felt random clashes of spirtual pressure as he ran into the fourth company barracks. He laid Yamato on the bed and said," Don't worry I'll find out who's doing this just hang here untill I come back. With that said Daisuke dash out of the barrack with fear in his eyes. In actuallity he didnt even want to find out who did this. But he had picked up the enemy's spirtual pressure on Yamato so he began to follow it. The farther he went to it the more destruction he saw.

Yamato bolted up quickly grabbing for his sword before he curled in pain."Geh!" Yamato put his hand up to his face touching the side of his face where their was now a bandage."Wha?" Yamato felt a sliver of pain go threw his face and he let his legs hang of the end of the bed."Where?"

Kato heard screaming coming from behind him. Without turning around, he said,

"Hopefully you'll put up more of a fight than the other guy, eh?" He sighed. "I should have killed him...Oh well. I have to kill you though......I could eat a captain right now." He chuckled.

"But I don't think we'll get that far....maybe you'll run away? They all do, eventually."

[I was lying down on mid-air, not on the roof... Oh well.]

"Eh?" he said, looking back at the stranger who seemed to be talking to him. No one else was there after all. "Why the hell are you talking to me?" he asked, ignoring her first two questions. The lightning continued to strike both the structures and the Shinigamis. Before he could even be answered, he heard something slam on the roof a few feet away from him. He rolled over and sat up, trying to see what just happened, he couldn't see the Yokozuki's figure, however, due to the heavy rain and darkness. He could only make out two circles that seemed to glow. "What--" Something unknown suddenly tapped his brain, stopping his words and actions for a while "Wake up... become what you kill..." From this point on, the sound of his voice changed, it sounded somewhat like that of a monster -- a hollow. A few changes in his appearance occurred once again. His skin was now very pale, the white part of his eyes turned black, although his irises remained green. Though his eyes changed, it still couldn't be seen anyway, for the upper half of his face was concealed by his mask.

As if struck by a sudden epiphany, Hei fell forward and dove towards Hibiki and Ami. His Kuromjin moved with him but Tsukiko had not moved at all, she was still just sitting in mid air, moving ever so slightly as if it took effort to stay up. The way Hei moved made him looked like he was in a wingless flight. The second he struck Yuki's barrier, it parted around his Kuromijin and began to dissolve away; needles to say he went right through. The wind that was flying, the water that was flying, rhe fire that raged, the lightning preventing Hibiki's escape; that was all being consumed at a rapid pace by his power. Of course, to anyone else, it seemed to be disappearing into thin air. He stopped after diving just past them and touched ground on the bottom side of the barrier, which also began to part and dissolve. He swooped back up and appeared behind the two shinigami staring at Ami's back with narrowed eyes. He unleashed a violent surge of pure black Reiryoku that he cast upon Ami's being. It was dark, heavy and acted as though it was trying to choke the life out of him or reject his existence. He opened his mouth and a guttural voice that sounded like his, but at the same time was not, issued from his throat. "Back away, do not talk, do not resist, you will not win. This, this is my... new specimen and I demand that you hand him over." He spoke to Ami through a hollow's voice, but still seemed to retain individual thought and his own intelligence.

Daisuke knowing well that Kato was an assistant captain and that he was outmatched,but he had to defeat him for Yamato's honor. "Saizen Gutai!,yelled Daisuke. Daisuke spirtual pressure increase while his red kantana gain a jagged egde. I'm sorry,my friend." Daisuke charged at Kato with a fire in his eyes.

"Zaiden Tozou!, Uzo Buten!" yelled Daisuke. Daisuke barely dogded the almost fatal attacks. Daisuke ducked to avoid the kick but the Hado was barely 1 inch from his face. In a fraction of a second that Daisuke had left he raised his sword to attempt to parring or block the attack. There was a massive explosion sending daisuke spiraling to the ground making a huge crater. Daisuke could barely move. Even though he knew he was defeating he still cling to his sword, the last bit of honor he had left." Do it",sighed Daisuke.
