 ┏ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx┓ xxxAurelius - Infinitus ┗ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx┛ Aurelius barely paid attention to the oncoming Byakurai, almost as if he had known that the Sōtaichō was going to stop the Kidō from striking him. He seemed most unperturbed by the fact that the child had appeared next to him, in fact he didn't move a muscle, or even respond when he spoke to him. he blinked at look at the bottle of water in Minami's hand and then shifted his gaze to Minami himself and then in turn to Tetsunosuke as both moved closer to him. Once more he went to his ability, asking a series of questions that the universe answered for him. Don't waste your time, zombie boy. Your Bankai would just be destroyed by my power just like everyone else's." Silently he watched as Lee and others made comments about Tomomi's actions, agreeing with most of what was said. The one thing that surprised him a little when Hei stood up was that he correctly surmised most of his power after witnessing it only once. His gaze flicked to the 12th Division Captain as he explained himself and then promptly activated Bankai.
He put himself on guard just in case Hei tried something and when Reiatsu was cast upon him through Hei's stare, somewhere deep within his eyes flashed a small amount of terror that passed quickly. He followed the Captain with his eyes as he moved towards Tomomi, looking on with mild interest until he was out of his peripheral. His death threat that was issued some moments was brushed aside fairly quickly as Hei faded away. "You said before that I was no Shinigami, Lee-kun. Of course I am not. I am much better than that. I am Aurelius the Infinite, 3rd in Command of the Exaequare army, and I am the most powerful telekinetic of my generation. Run, children." Upon finishing his last statement, the bottle of water that was handed off to Elisia had it's cap unscrewed and the water inside flew out, formed a spear and zipped across the area and aimed itself into the throat of Eriko. Large amounts of sand all over the ground were suddenly lifted into the air, removing the footholds of the Shinigami. Aurelius then promptly dropped the sand on them, sprayed it out, then wrapped it around each of them, forming cubes of sand around each of them. The cubes now acted as separate prisons, functioning to both distract and separate them. While they were distracted and trapped inside, he took control of their blades and aimed to make each of them be stabbed in the throat by their own blade. Then the sand prisons collapsed on them to bury them alive. "And that's only the tip of the iceberg."  ℬalance ℐs ℬeautiful

He would change quite a lot in ways of primarily height. The pants he had on him would grow to fit his size still, but his haori and the rest would fall from him. He looks at his hands and smiles a little. He had changed a lot, but he wasn't like he should have been. He was still young, meaning that the curse could only be broken in a little way. The sand would wrap around him, and his blades release themselves.
Tomomi would let his spiritual pressure explode out. If he knew anything about telekinesis, it was a powerful enough energy or force can either break the concentration, or otherwise knock the other out of complete focus. His explosion of reiatsu was an attempt to try to test this out. If anything else, the pressure he exerted would possibly frighten or weaken the young boy long enough for him to escape. His reiatsu would at least make the child begin to feel cold, possibly even make him temporarily freeze to his spot long enough to be open for attack. Tomomi would not be surprised if it didn't work, as he certainly did not seem to be of a natural spiritual presence. The swords themselves seemed to freeze before hitting him and drop, stabbing themselves in to the ground.

☇【ｓｑｕａｄxｆｏｕｒxＬＩＥＵＴＥＮＡＮＴ 】 Elisia had been rather startled by the appearance of the boy, but she kept her thoughts to herself. There was no point in becoming worried or anxious. They were surrounded by a number of Captains, who would hopefully be able to take control of the situation. Her problem at the moment was her Captain. She needed water, and quickly as possible. Her fingers brushed against her Captain’s forehead again. Her Captain was still running a fever, unfortunately. Elisia couldn’t do too much at the moment, since she didn’t have all the equipment she wanted. If she had the ingredients she needed, she could mix some medicine to lower the fever. All she could do at the moment was at best, wipe her forehead down with a cool cloth. Damn it. This was annoying. The only comfort she could receive now was the fact that her Captain couldn’t feel anything at the moment, due to Elisia’s Chiyudo. She barely noticed the fact that Rei and Nu had managed to take care of her Captain and the fact that Yuki’s and Hei’s katana had just been moved telekinetically. It was when her clothes suddenly fell to the ground that she became alert. It didn’t affect her too much since she was crouched down on the ground, even though it did do two things – expose her and make her unbalanced for a bit.
Tugging her clothes back on, she noticed the fact that an unknown Shinigami had handed her water. Good. Her gaze landed on his face and she smiled, grateful for his help.
“Thank you very much,” she told the Shinigami.
Unscrewing the cap and pouring some of the water onto her cloth before putting the cap back in place, she gently dabbed at her Captain’s forehead with the cool cloth. She didn’t know what she was going to need to do at the moment, since there seemed to be a new threat but her priority at the moment was to monitor her Captain and make sure that Elisia herself wouldn’t be injured or anything like that since she was one of the few powerful healers left. If she was badly injured or knocked out like Yuki, there would be basically no-one left to heal really severe injuries. Hopefully, her Captain would get back to normal again. Rei, Yuki’s spirit, had appeared to protect Yuki. To tell the truth, she wasn’t entirely sure if Rei had any power left, since Yuki seemed to be basically drained of her power. It might take a while for her to regain her energy. She stopped dabbing her Captain’s head, her gaze sliding from Yuki’s face as she reached for the bottle. In a split-second, she realized that the bottle was slowly unscrewing its cap. There was only one explanation for this. Forming a barrier quickly, she stopped the spear made of water halfway on its journey to Eriko. Suddenly, the ground below her was suddenly lifted in the air and formed a cube of sand around her. It was in an attempt to separate them and distract them, it seemed. Elisia had no blade since she was in Bankai, and thus, she was slightly confused.
Her mind worked quickly enough to form another barrier of light around herself, the sand harmlessly sliding off the surface. It had not been entirely perfect, as she had minute specks of sand scattered across her hair. It was no big deal but that voice, of the boy enemy most likely, in her mind was irritating her to no end. Hei had already left, but not before apparently telling her to ‘go along’. Oh. Maybe Hei wanted her to heal Yuki. That was…strange, to say the very least. She had never been on the best terms with Hei, even though she liked his sister and his daughter. Then again, Hei most likely needed all the help he would be able to muster at this moment, since she was the next most powerful healer after Yuki. She was torn between two things. Something inside her screamed that she should follow Hei and help Yuki but the other side of her told her to stay and make sure everybody was alright. She had no time to waste to make a decision. Throwing a look of pain behind her, she called out, unsure whether Eriko could hear her or not, “Eriko, I’ll find you later to finish off what we started…”. In a flurry of robes, she used her shunpo, hurrying out of the training grounds. She’d need to follow Hei and find out where he was going.

'A telekinetic?' Minami mused in his mind when he heard Hei Taichou speak of the boys power and his ability to manipulate objects with his mind, though it was clear that was not the extent of his power for vast knowledge and mental communication were also part of his repertoire. How interesting indeed this was for someone who looked no older then a young adolescent boy to possess these remarkable abilities and how even more intriguing again that he had so much power within such a small frame. Perhaps a ploy of sorts to throw ones mind off the thought of a treat and that his true body was in fact somewhere else, these were all speculations of course though looking around the area it was clearly obvious that he was not the only one with these lingering thoughts. Minami had dismissed the scene of the Captain-Commander defending the boy and the painfully obvious annoyance of a number of the captains in the area though he was highly impressed with Hei Taichou's speed and the ability to only partially draw or release one Bankai. Although with only on arm perhaps the stress of a full release was too great but Minami was too new to know exactly what Hei was capable of. As his hair flickered in the wind generated by Hei's movement towards the captain Minami still kept his gaze locked on the boy but his ears were following the words and statements made by all. With Hei's subsequent departure from the area it only increased Akiri's surrounding awareness and this was a good thing too for the upcoming events.
With his peripheral vision he saw the attack made on the 4 squad lieutenant and her defensive reaction so out of pure instinct Akiri crouched slightly just as the sand cube enclosed and surrounded him. Next step was for Akiri to draw his blade though the boy did that for him and with the cheek to attack a shinigami with his own weapon the blade came at Akiris throat. With his crouch posture lowering slightly it moved the target area from his throat to the dead center of his eyes. But with quick reflexes as the blade came at his he made the simple movement of tilting his head to the side and only suffered a slight cut to his cheek. Though as the blade went past, Akiri, with his quick movements dropped the sheath in his left hand and caught the handle of the weapon just as it was over his shoulder and in hushed words spoke "Reign Over The Burning Heavens, Gekido Tamashī ". The words were said hard and fast with a voice that seemed to by filled with flames and hate. Then erupting from the blade, a torrent of flames hotter then any normal fire engulfed the entire cube prison and Akiri too. As the flames grew hotter in a manner of seconds the sand hardened and seemed to take on a glass like texture. This prevented the cave it and with a swift flick of his wrist Akiri shattered the sand trap which feel away like broken glass.
In doing so he released a wide blast of intense heat and stood there in the middle of the inferno holding his blazing weapon. The flames however did not stop at the end of his blade, no, they instead traveled up along his arm, across the back of his shoulders and down the other arm, at the end of which he held a newly formed chain that was attached to the end of his blazing Zanpakuto. At the end of the chain was a hook with a plain crescent moon design used to ensnare a target or rip them apart. Being a third seat his shikai was more then likely not all that interesting to the surrounding captains but the raging fire that surrounded him and the look of the flaming blade and chain was indeed an interesting sight none the less, luckily enough the injured captain and the squad 4 lieutenant had already left so they would be unaffected by the heat which may have proved harmful for the fever stuck captain. However, Akiri was not an idiot and remember what happened when the 2nd Division captain attacked and how the captain commander stepped in Akiri held his ground and would simply wait to be called in. With no captain of his own and no vice it was him alone that represented his entire squad so he was determined to do just that.

Yuki let out a small gasp as Hei pressed his lips to her forehead and she held on tight as his hand moved away from her face when he stood up. Her grip, however, was far too weak and she lost a hold of him quickly. Her hands fell to her tiny lap, using them as a prop to keep her fever-ridden body upright. Slowly but steadily, she began to slow her breathing as she felt something cold touch her forehead. For this she had but a single reaction and that was the tiniest of sneezes, though it did help her feel a little better. She heard Hei say something, but as she couldn't make any of it out clearly, she wasn't ready to be picked up by her guardian spirit and be gathered into her arms. It's not as though she could resist anyway, so despite her desire to stay by Hei's side, she submitted eventually and allowed herself to be carted away. Rei began transferring a portion of her remaining power into the little girl, using her own curse-free version of Aseso no Megumi in order to drop her fever. In her head, Yuki could hear Aurelius speaking just as she was leaving with Rei. The spirit faded out of sight just as the sand began to move and she just began to move away. Anywhere was fine, just a further enough place so that she could stabilize her mistress. When she felt Hei moving towards the labs, she changed her direction and quickly began to follow him.

Akiyama Eriko, Gobantai Sanseki "Freedom comes at the cost of your fearful ways. Pay it." Eriko observed the boy as best as she could. Her Captain's suspicions were confirmed with his introduction which was followed immediately by a spear of water flying towards her. She released her Shikai and had the Bakudo on the tip of her tongue but it was stopped. Eriko furrowed her brow briefly at this. However, she realized soon that it had been Elisia's doing as the girl left, probably in the same direction as Hakase-Taicho. There was not enough time to think about this as the sand under her, and everybody else, was pulled out from under her. Eriko allowed the force to flip her over and landed on her feet promptly. Her eyes went to the sky to the sand falling back at each of them. The Sanseki drew her sword and chanted, "Bakudo thrity-nine, Enkosen."
Using her Shikai abilities, Eriko made the extended shield appear above everyone, who had not taken care of the sands for themselves, so as to block the sand from crashing down on them. Unfortunately, this was not enough to stop the sand from enclosing her in what appeared to be a prison in the form of a box. She cursed lightly at this predicament before unleashing a wave of reiatsu to cut the shape in half to release her, "We gracefully please."
After this she regularized her breathing pattern, only to be taken aback by her blade's sudden notion to attack her. "Hado one, Sho," she whispered, pushing the sword away from her but pulled it back with a chain of reiatsu. Hopefully, everyone was able to block their own weapon's attempt at the owners. Eriko returned to a peaceful stance and changed the chain into a bow and quiver of arrows. The sword was sheathed but one of the light green arrows was already drawn against its corresponding bow. "What are your orders, Captain?" she asked, keeping her eye trained on the boy. Her weapons were made solely of her released reiryoku. Maybe this would make them immune to his telekinesis, she had to hope. Jesus is my Lord ♥

Just as she was instructed to take him out, she was delayed by the boy's new form of attack. Grabbing her sword and forcibly sheathing the blade before it decides to kill her, she watches as the sands consume her, apparently this was only the beginning to understand the full extent of his powers. Touching the end of her sword, she begins to burn bright, the sands all around her quickly solidifying. "Ryū no Gekirin" The sand, now crystal, encased her and with a simple punch with her shunko amplified fist, she was able to break free relatively easily, watching as someone do the exact same thing, a small smirk appearing on her face, despite the situation.
"Not very nice to bury us alive like that, might have to repay you for that..." Glancing around, she was grateful for Eriko's abilities and how they have improved since the last time they sparred. She was a person that focused on individual skill rather than teamwork so it was somewhat refreshing to know that there was someone who worked well with others and knew how to. "Oi Eriko, try not to tackle this guy, he's dangerous.." Though by now it was fairly obvious. Instead of attacking, she stayed close to the other captains as they began to break free in their own way. He has proven himself too much of a threat to handle alone, and there was a better chance to injure him if there were numbers.

נūnibantai sanseki "Jiniteki Jūryoku." Chanted a voice from the sky: it's owner became present shortly after. The 12th Division's Sanseki landed in the sand behind Aurelius, cloaked in Hei's Reiryoku Yokuatsu Gaitō, which effectively allowed her to move around without having her Reiatsu or Reiryoku pattern detected. The earth cratered beneath her feet, suggesting she had more power than she looked like she might have. As her other wear was hidden behind the cloak, the closed circles on her cheeks that had lines leading away from them were enough to hint to anyone that had her Shikai that she was using it. After her command, gravity increased by several factors in the immediate area around her. Her intention being to stop Aurelius from moving, even though he looked so frail that he wouldn't be able to manage such a task either way.
"Haiseki Kara." She was quick to draw herself into a fighting stance, cocking her right hand back and driving it into the back of the boy's neck, releasing a small repelling field of Gravity with her punch such to augment the force of her strike which was already high enough to begin with. Slate gray eyes stared at the back of the boy's head as Tsukiko moved in for a second strike which was both of her fists to his lower back accompanied by another small repelling field. Moving her hands away, she passed her right palm over her left in one quick motion, forming a rotating spheroid of Gravity in her right hand that she she shoved into Aurelius' back by passing her hand beneath her left arm which she moved to mock-shield her face.
Once she released it, she faded to the side with a Shukuchi Mukyō, appearing next to Hei's fallen blades that she gathered in her hands. Now crouched to the ground, the girl looked at Aurelius through the messy bangs that fallen into her face. Her appearance was not unlike Yuki's in the sense that she retained the same level of beauty that the captain did. Then, without speaking so much as a word to the others, she promptly vanished just as quickly as she had arrived, staying only long enough to see his reaction. When she was gone, the gravity returned to normal. Those that had been watching may have thought the whole ordeal to be random at best, but there was a reason for what she had done and it would surface in due time.

He felt his surroundings get cold, so he projected a barrier around himself to rid himself of the undesired temperature change. Writing this trick off as the only thing Tomomi inteded on doing, Aurelius' mind went elsewhere. "The pyro then. This should end nicely." Aurelius flicked his gaze to Akiri, and projected a spherical psychic barrier around the boy all the while making his chain wrap around his arms to prevent movement. His intention would be made clear fairly quickly as the temperature within the barrier would begin to rise even more since it didn't allow for escaped heat. By using Vox Universum, Aurelius had determined that Akiri was only a Sanseki of the 3rd Division with Shikai. In his long life, Aurelius was already well aware of what that meant; he was fairly weak.
He gave credit where it was due though, he did have potential. With this in mind, Aurelius was of the opinion that Akiri wouldn't be able to withstand the temperatures inside the barrier, even if he was aligned to fire. In the end, Akiri would theoretically only be able to withstand temperatures up to what he could create, at his level, and the barrier was quickly multiplying the temperature within, making it much worse. If that weren't enough, the barrier stopped the flow of oxygen which meant two things for Akiri: the fire on his chain and blade would quickly deplete the remaining oxygen in the sphere, then die out leaving Akiri without suitable air to breathe. Aurelius had no intention of releasing him and they would find that such things like their Reiatsu would prove ineffective against his incredibly powerful barriers. That is to say, if they caught onto the presence of his barrier: they had no color to them. While holding the boy captive, Aurelius watched the others refuse to combat him. It was enough to make him laugh, that is if he would ever actually do something like that.
All of them blindly following some man-child that kept stopping them from attacking, and then they would wait for orders. It was all just pathetic to him. Then a worthy opponent, or at least one with the guts to fight made their move. Feeling gravity increase and his heels dig into the sand, Aurelius quickly strengthened his own body with his telekinises, just enough to avoid being crushed into the ground by the weight. He certainly hadn't felt her coming, though the universe quickly granted him the reason why when he asked it how she moved about undetected. As she attacked, he defended to a certain degree. Seeing her pull back her fist, he was more than ready to reflect it with the psychic barrier that was already in placed, but the repelling gravity feild was just something he was not expecting and as such he was thrown forward. He caught himself mid-air in his true barrier, the only difference between this one and his last one being that this allowed mobility. It happened to be his only mode of transportation. "Gravity..." She came at him again, this time with the same technique, he blocked it better this time around, and was only jolted forward. However, on her last attack, he didn't budge whatsoever. Silently he watched her move to the blades he had used earlier to try to kill Hei and Yuki, and then pick them up and vanish. Once she was gone, he felt the gravity return to normal. As the swirling flames engulfed the Sanseki's limbs, Akiri watched intently on what was going on before him. Tightening and loosening his grip on the chain as it wrapped around his arm and the excess fell to his feet causing the scorching flames to singe the ground slightly beneath it. In his opposite had his elongated katana sat in weight for the moment it would be called into combat, if it would ever be that is. But alas it was not meant to be, though in a way the chain was put to use, against Akiri. As it bind both his arms together before him his concentration was shot at that very moment. He had seen the technique before when the boy attacked him with his own sword using his telekinetic power though in all actuality Akiri had no idea how to block against such an ability. As it poured out more power to try and gain some leverage over the chains and create an opening to get his hands free he noticed that the heat in the area was sky rocketing. At first he paid no heed to it because after all it was coming from him and more then likely the heat was increasing due to his strained efforts to free his trapped limbs. But it did not stop. The heat doubled, then tripled then quadrupled, this was not normal and although he was able to keep himself conscious his cloths began to burn and his breathing became strained and course. It was then very clear what was going on as the flames seemed to lick against some invisible roof structure.
First thing to go was Akiris grip on his Zanpakuto. His hand opened and the sword dug tip first into the ground though the flames still did not die away but did shrink. He knew exactly what was going on, the fire was sucking out all the oxygen in the air leaving none for him and so his mind lost focus and his thinking became impaired due to mass dehydration. Finally the boy fell to his knees and the Zanpakuto reverted back to its normal form of just a sword. This of course freed his arms though it was too late now for him to retaliate. Suffering slight burns on his skin and his top almost completely non existent now, burned away by the flames, Akiri fell face first into the dirt. He was still fighting for consciousness and cursing his own weakness at falling so easily. There was still oxygen available in the air though that too was growing scarce so in turn he slowed his breathing down and closed his eyes aiding his concentration. This was definitely a fight Akiri would remember in the future, if you could even call it a fight, he had fallen so easily it brought shame to the 3rd squad he was a member of.

Watching as the boy gets trapped, she realizes on how he was doing his own style of one of her moves, keeping her ego aside for now,however. This was no time to bash heads with one who could move the earth with their mind. With her sword unsheathed, she brought forth two beasts made entirely of fire to attack the small child , knowing fully well this would do nothing majorlt destructive, but it was better then waiting for everyone to get themselves free, more so when a life is not threatened right in front of her. All his powers would be from the mind, so her idea was to distract that mind to defend from multiple attacks, perhaps eventually landing a blow in, but with a quick glance at that body, it was easy to assume that he had no need for muscles.
"Shikou Bakuenjin!" She ordered one of the two beasts to attack the boy's personal barrier while he might be affected by the newly regained gravity, gratefully caused by Hei's third seat. The other was sent to attack the improsoned Sanseki's prisonlike barrier headon, exploding on impact, though she didn't have much time to see what the results were. With that out of the way, she gathers both electricity and some of the compressed kido from her shunko into her palm, clenching tightly as she performs a simple senka, appearing from behind like a blur, her pride as the Division 2 Captain evident. Away from his eyes, she attempts to punch the boy on the spine as hard as she could, the barrier problably still there, but very hard to make out as it was almost like a clear glass globe. With a small thought, she mused, these Captains finishing him off would have been a less gruesome death then if Hei was still around. At least now they had their Zanpakutous, but for what reason was still fogged in mystery for the attacking Captain.

Tetsunosuke Harasawa First Division's Lieutenant ◥ Finally, someone agreed with him. Gobantai-Taciho, Tetsunosuke knew he like you for a reason. But the Lieutenant of Ichibantai took a step away from his captain, he heard what Lee Masashi-taicho said, but he wanted to disagree. If not hollow nor Shinigami, then what possible could it be. 'Zombie boy?!? How the --- he must be able to find out even about our Zanpakuto's.' Tetsunosuke thought to the obvious.
The spike of Hei's reiatsu made Tetsu's breath get caught in his throat. The wind that was push over Tetsunosuke's face as the Jūbantai-taicho passed by, made him uneasy. But what he did next caused Tetsunosuke to instantly reach for his Zanpakuto and, with haste, unsheathed the weapon; readying to skewer Hei through his ear canal. It was like second nature to Tetsunosuke, to immediately draw his sword when Tomomi Iwakuro was threated in anyway. The anger in his eyes was quickly swiped away when Hei spoke to them. He was actually causing his Captain to age... though, to be honest with this, Tetsu didn't see much of a problem with it. When the process was finally done, he was only, in appearance, a couple years younger then him now.
Beads of sweat were dripping from his chin when Hei Hakase arose and left the area. Which set him at more unease, since Hei would probably fair the best against this creature. His Captain seemed to be taking it seriously now, raising his Reiatsu made chills run up Tetsunosuke's spine. He released his own Reiatsu so he wouldn't be brought to submission by his Taicho's power. After the proclamation of who and what he was, the boy used his 'brain' power to seize control of the H2O in the bottle of water and attack Eriko, Lee's, 3rd Seated Officer. What happened next didn't concern his vision as his legs were brought to a jellylike feel. His footing was lost as well as his Zanpakuto. While on his bum, he murmured in incantation before the sand dropped and spread around him. "Double Bakudō number eight: Seki!" He held both of his hands out as a blue sphere formed and rejected the sands the pivoted around to capture him. The sand flew into the air, but what happened next wasn't expected. His own Zanpakuto pierced straight through his throat. With a gagging sound, Tetsunosuke promptly feel to a left knee and dug his hand around his sword. A twisted crocked smile few over his lips as blood leaked from them.
Then, with both hands, he drug the Zanpakuto out, the blood poured out over his Shihakushō, darn it, and here it was so nice and clean. While he slowly lunged forward, a small whisper escaped his mouth. Sound something like. "Ban...kai." A shroud of black fell over him as the stench of horrendous smelling atrocities hammered its way up all the present bodies standing around him. The rattling sounds of chains, and the crawling sound of insects were heard as the Lieutenant's Bankai was released and took effect. The cloak's hood wasn't over his head as the hole in his throat had dried blood around it. "If you're such a mind reader, then why didn't you mind read this?" Tetsunosuke pointed at his throat as no more blood pumped. "Taicho, I'll go against orders-" And with that, his two bladed Zanpakuto Scythe, Sakuzen Kosshi, reached a middle height out from him around his waist, and his feet separated. He quickly pulled a possum and slashed at nothing, but toward Aurelius. The blade had just barely touched the ground, and not really any thoughts were passing through Tetsunosuke's mind besides: 'Kill 'em, kill 'em, kill 'em, kill 'em, kill 'em, kill 'em, kill 'em...!' Now, ruffly about fifty different bone objects projected from the ground, most of them were sharp and long. All aimed at almost every vital point Tetsunosuke knew on the body of anything human like. Almost every poisonous insect imaginable flew from Tetsu's cloak, hounding straight toward the crumb-crusher. The personal barrier would hopefully become over loaded with all of the attacked and pestering it was receiving. Not to mention the Second Division's own attacking beast and then herself. Which Tetsu's attacks would avoid her completely thanks to his control over them.

Aurelius flicked his gaze to Akiri's barrier and immediately dropped it just as Nu was approaching. The female captain's speed would be her undoing, just as her unwillingness to see how the attack fared. Her explosion would engulf the boy because of her carelessness. The mere thought made Aurelius laugh. Well, it would have had he been capable of it. Since he wasn't, he remained expressionless as his barrier was engulfed in flames and debris. Nearly rolling his eyes, Aurelius dispelled the flames by taking control of them and breaking them apart. For the next trick he was prepared, as he already had the knowledge beforehand: he had learned from his carelessness with Tsukiko. Releasing his personal barrier, Aurelius dropped to the ground just as Nu passed over him. He formed a new barrier just before he hit the ground and landed idly in the sand as Tetsunosuke was coming at his, screaming something about guessing what his power was. "Your release into Bankai marks the death of your material body. Wounds stop bleeding because you are dead. Zombification." He remarked in passing as the bones that came at him broke at the base, then turned to face Tetsu and fly at him with great precision. "Your cloak contains a large number of bugs at your command, useless against my barrier. Plague." Aurelius noted as bugs slammed into his barrier but could go no further. "Tetsunosuke Harasawa. If I am a crumb crusher who has lived dozens of your lives, then you are an ant. An ant whom I told not to bother." Aurelius's eyes flicked to Tomomi. He then directed his thoughts into the Sōtaichō's mind and only his mind. "Tomomi Iwakuro. You asked me why I threaten the souls you protect. Though you have done a terrible job at it, no longer are the Shinigami fit to do so. The answer to your question is simple: Balance. Be seeing you." With that, Aurelius's form began to shimmer like a mirage and he was gone.

"Tch, wonderful..." Sighing, she deactivates her bankai, as well as her shunko, seeing no point in keeping them activated now that the enemy came and left in the blink of an eye. Staring at the burning Lieutenant, she partially sheathes her sealed sword, the rest of the flames returning from within the sheath. "Awww c'mon, a fire aligned Shinigami should have no problem with that heat!" An annoyed tone signaled her displeasure at her own lack of skills. She needed to hone her skills once again, since it will take more than brute force to break that barrier without his mind willing it. If she could blovk out a probing mind, she would, but she had no knowledge of things like that. Clouding her mind with random facts and questions didn't seem like the answer to turn to either, she had to think up something.
A foul smell was lingering in the air and it took a moment to realize that it was the first division lieutenant, her train of thought completly destroyed. His appearance wasn't the greatest of shapes, while the deep nonbleeding hole in his neck just added to his eerie aura. The mind reader mentioned something about the physical degradation of his body, a zombie of sorts. If it was like the stereotype the humans have put up for countless ages, she supposed this boy didn't have much in the terms of conscience thought at the moment.
"Oi, Harasawa, you got any shred of intelligence left?" She was on guard, in case he could no longer differentiate enemy from ally. "Cool it with the bankai."
