Xar's gaze was drawn to Jyses' back as he bent over. Such a smooth back. Xar couldn't help but wonder what it would feel like under his hands. Of course it appeared on the surface that nothing was wrong with Jyses..but Xar knew that appearances could be deceiving. Especially when it came to muscles.
Muscles tended to tense up and gather knots and stress from simple jobs. His hands were itching again to run themselves over Jyses' back to see if he could find anything out of whack and help return it to normal. Gods..he was becoming unglued in a particularly bad time.
He was rather grateful when Jyses tossed over a scrubbing device. Xar darted his head out of the way and caught it before it could splash down in the water and drench his face.
"Thank you." And then he promptly began to scrub as hard as he could.

Jysayne finished his scrubbing, paying special attention to his feet since more often then not he ran bare foot. He finished and slid of the bench to sink fully in the water to rinse off before standing and climbing out of the pool.
He switched towels for a dry one, kicking the soaked one to the grate. Leaving puddles on the titles was a safety hazard. He found a bench and sat, starting to work the kinks out of his hair with a brush. "...Are you going to stay in there forever?"

When Xar's back was slightly raw from scrubbing he moved on to the rest of him. His feet, legs and arms and then he sighed and attacked his hair. Because his hair was so long it took forever to wash and dry and brush out..but he knew it was a must to do.
He was in the middle of taking care of his hair, when Jyses exited the bath. Xar didn't even notice until Jyses spoke to him. He looked up through a wet curtain of hair to eye him with a confused look on his face.
"Uh..I am in the middle of cleaning my hair. It always takes forever...being so long. I should be done soon." He added, with a slight pout.
He really didn't want to leave the warmth of the tub..but knew he would have to despite his reluctance. His stomach groaned and rumbled, gods he was hungry again.

Jysayne gave an amused snort, working slowly on his hair. He would break it in section, brush a section, twist it up and pin it before working on a second and so on till his hair was a mass of pins and smooth white silk tresses half way dried. With a soft bar of melody he started to pull them out, letting his hair framed his face for a second before pulling it back in it's usual tight loop.
"Mmm, once you are done we will go and get some food." He finished his hair and started to wrap his feet once more with the long lenght of black soft cloth.

At the mention of food, Xar perked up. He made quick work of cleaning the rest of his hair and dunking his head in the massive tub until there were no suds to be found. Then he stood up and wrung out the hair until there was no excess water left.
"Sounds good to me." Xar said very eagerly as he practically rushed for the ladder that led up out of the water.
Unfortunate for Xar, he didn't figure that the ladder would be slippery, so when he tried to hurriedly climb up it out of the water his foot slipped and he fell backwards into the hot water with a loud splash. It wouldn't have been that bad of a mishap if Xar hadn't hit his head hard on the bottom of the pool. He panicked as he lost consciousness and everything went black around him.
Gods..is this what it feels like to die?

Jysayne snorted tugging a knot and turned to attention to his other foot, before the splash. That sound made him look up, brow creased in slight shock of what in the hell was Xar going? It was basically a hot tub not a swimming pool...ooohh. He blinked, looking down at the bottom. "******** s**t.
Jysayne sigh, looking mournfully at his wrappings before pushing off into the water, dragging Xar up. "Damn it... how the hell did you manage to trip?" He grumbled pushing Xar out of the water and onto the tiles.

Xar's limp body slid onto the tiled floor, had the motion and the force in which Jyses pushed him onto the floor jarred Xar's body he probably wouldn't have woken up or come back around. The force of the push jarred him enough to cause the water he had swallowed to explode out of his mouth and a cough to emerge. Xar slowly opened his eyes..feeling quite horrible.
His lungs burned and he felt like he was half dead.
"W-what happened?" He rasped..his throat feeling raw.

Jysayne peeled off his wet wrap dropping it with a slap on the ground. He glanced at Xar, lips twitching slighlty. "You managed to fall down and smack your head on the bottom of the pool. I didn't know you where starved enough to risk your own health for .." It was then Jysayne broke into laughter. "ooohh...it just sucked."

Xar coughed a bit more..feeling rather terrible from the ordeal. When the words Jyses said finally registered in his head, he reached up to gingerly touch his head with his hand.
"Ouch!" he exclaimed when he touched a particularly tender spot on his hand. He withdrew it to examine his hand..thankfully there was no blood.
"Well.." He managed to get off and then went into a coughing fit for a few moments before he could go on. "at least I'm not bleeding." He practically croaked out.
Xar tried to sit up and get to his feet but his knees buckled under him and he fell to the floor into a lump. He groaned and flopped back down on the tiled floor and flung his arm over his face, rather embarrassed by how things were going.
"Wait..a second.." Xar muttered feeling a breeze on his bare body. "am I naked?"

Jysayne nodded lips twitching. "You sort of lost your towel when you slipped in the bath...would you like a second one?" He questioned mildly, wrapping himself in a towel to soak up the water, and tossing one to Xar. He finished and started to wrap his feet once again witht he long rolls of soft cloth kept for that purpose.

Xar's eyes went wide at Jyses' words. He sat up abruptly, right as the towel was tossed to him. The resulting thwaap to the face caused him to close his eyes and shake his head to clear it. Then he grabbed the towel blindly and covered his exposed privates, his face going red from embarrassment.
"Thanks." He croaked..feeling rather annoyed by the turn of events.
He somehow managed to wobble his way over to a bench and sit down a few feet away from Jyses with the towel awkwardly wrapped around his waist. He was rather relieved when he managed to make it without the towel slipping and exposing more of himself to the other male.
"Sorry for making you have to dive in after me." Xar said, in a rather low tone, eyeing the dripping mass of Jyses hair that had been combed out at one time. "I'm not normally so..clumsy or stupid. I normally don't get many good meals when on the job..the others get to it before I do and usually eat my share. I need to be a bit more assertive about that matter..I can't have them walking over me for the rest of my contract."

"Mm, I don't like it either... " Jysayne muttered head bowed as he finished the wraps, wiggling his toes before turning to retackle his hair. It snagged when it wasn't pulled back and pin. For an warrior or one of his own profession such lenght in truth was a liablity... at times it was an assest, but short hair fit his cousin better.
"It's alright...just surprising you managed to trip." Jysayne replied pulling back the lenght he worked on and pinned it, combing out a other. "Mmm...next time, read the contract and ask around about the men before signing anything." A second pin and his hair was getting a bit more mangable.

Xar got busy with drying himself off, and combing his long hair out as best as he could. It was getting rather bothersome being so long. Eventually he figured a haircut was in order. Most of the mercenaries in his group had shaved heads or very short hair, that was another thing that made him stand out among them.
"It's rather embarrassing to say the least," Xar admitted, blushing slightly. Here he was a warrior; who was supposed to be graceful and deadly in his movement and he tripped like a little child.
"Well.." he started, as he pulled his clothes back on quickly. "It's not necessarily a proper contract, as they bought me from slavers and trained me to do what I do. I've come really far and proved myself enough that the the leader of the group, who is my owner has said I only have to serve 10 more years under him. It helps when one saves the group more than once."

"A bit but you are forgiven," Jysyane said finishing his hair and slipped into a loose robe. He wiggled his toes before standing up, brushing his robe out before tieing it shut.
"There are still ways out of a contract like that. You just need to have the desire and will to find them." He streched, cracking his back once more before walking back towards the stairs. "Well, lets get you fed so this doesn't happen again."

Xar was rather relieved when Jyses didn't go further than agreeing with his own words of the whole almost drowning ordeal. He was quickly trying to forget it, though now he knew it would be even tougher for him to give a good impression. For some reason he didn't understand, he wanted to be on good terms with the other drow. And leave a lasting good impression of himself with the other male.
"That is true. I have the desire, I just need to find the way to do so." He replied to Jyses' rather poignant reasons. He watched the other stretch out his back, causing to to crack before turning towards the stairs.
Xar followed after Jyses with a broad grin on his face, "Now that will be very greatly appreciated." He replied, and then decided to broach the subject of his massage abilities.
"If you have a problem with your back, perhaps I could help you with it. I was trained to as a massuere a couple of years ago."
