((no worries, no worries... I have hardly had any time online anyways, since all my teachers are piling homework on us now, leading up to the end of the quarter *dies* I asked Dragain to join us, btw... she said she would be around asap... hope you don't mind ^____^))

Taneko nodded in agreement with Lily. She wasn't out of bug boxes, but she DID need to find a spider.

"What do you say, Ari? Wanna head towards the main office with Lily and Toxic?"

Ari, who was completely confused being ripped out of her own little conversation with Toxic was flustered "but... but... we haven't found a spider yet!"'

Taneko laughed "You haven't been listening to my conversation with Lily, have you?" Ari shook her head "It's okay... we're going to go with them, and then look for spiders at the same time! Sounds okay with you?"

Ari nodded with enthusiasm. "Well then let's head off then!" Taneko said too the rest of the group. She then whispered to Ari "I'm guessing you're getting along with Toxic?"
"Yeah!! She's SO awesome! She's really nice too!"
"Good... I'm glad" Taneko smiled at Ari, it seemed like they had both gotten their first real friend here in the park.

"Hmm...?" Taneko looked at the redhaired sprite, her thoughts elsewhere for a second "Oh, oh, but of course you may" she answered as the words finally made their way from her pointed ears to her brain.

Helping the sprite up on her shoulder, Ari imidiately started chatting away with the other sprite. It would have been almost impossible to get a word in in their conversation as a third party.

Taneko laughed a bit at the sprites, causing both of them to send her mean glares, as they were almost flung off her shoulders "uhm... sorry?" she said with a silly grin.

Turning her attention back to Lily she was at a loss of what to say "so... lets get going?"

Taneko was just about to answer Lily's question, as she, infact had been half listening to the sprite's conversation, and had gotten so much that they were thinking of a party, when she all of a sudden jerked Toxic off her shoulder. Taneko's first thought was "does she really think I'm THAT dangerous?" but as soon as she heard spider, the idea had left her mind.

She glanced at Ari who was almost just as dazzeled as she first was. "Do you wanna go?" she asked her.

Ari looked up at Taneko and then concentrated on the task ahead. "WATCH OUT SPIDER! YOU'RE IN TROUBLE WITH THE BIG GUYS NOW!" she yelled, or rather spoke quite loudly, her tiny size made it hard to actually yell.

Taneko nodded, and started moving swiftly towards whe the spider was seen. The spider was situated right on the middle of the path now, such and easy catch. She silently raised her net, and if it hadn't been for Ari, she would most likely have caught the little yellow spider. But Ari just couldn't keep the exitement inside and ended up shouting "YYYYYYYYYEAAAAAHHH!!!", much to Taneko's surprise and annoyance. The spider jumped in the air and turned around, narrowly missing the net, and therefore wasn't caught.

Un aware of what to do next, Taneko froze, waiting for the spider's next move. She hadn't had a plan B
"That was kinda stupid Ari"

"....sorry?"

Taneko held her breath in anticipation and tensed her muscles. Ari was on her shoulder, grasping her hair tightly. They stood like that for quite some time before it became apparent that the spider wasn't going to move any more than they were.

"what do you suggest we do?" Neko asked Ari
"I don't knoooow" Ari whispered feverly in Neko's ear

All of a sudden they had waited for too long. The spider turned around and scurried off in the other direction. "Nooo!" Ari yelled "catch iiiiiit!!"

"Okay, I got, I got it!" Taneko yelled back at her as she ran after the spider. It wasn't long before she lost sight of the spider. She stopped under a big tree looking around quizically "Where did it go?" she asked Ari puzzeled

"I don't know..." came the answer

after some time Taneko said "I think we lost it, let's g..."

"IT'S RIGHT ABOVE US!!!" Ari shouted, cutting off Taneko as she pointed to a branch above them. And right she was, there the yellow spider was sitting glaring at them with it's red eyes.

"holy s**t... how do we get it down from there?!" getting it DOWN from the tree wouldn't be the problem, the spider jumped on it's own, and landed right on Taneko's foot "ARRRG!!" she shouted as she started jumping around, trying to get the spider off her foot. "Ta-ne-ko-do-som-e-thi-ng... nooo~ooow!"Ari was trying her best to hold on to the shoulder, which was quite hard considering that she was being thrown around quite roughly.

Upon hearing the pink sprites cries for mercy, Taneko managed to gather her senses and use the net she had in her hand. She scooped up the spider off her foot in one swift movement, and held the net in a straight arm watching the spider dangle there. This was a wuite feisty one, and the question was; would it stay in the net, or would it break free...?

The little spider chewed fericiously at the net, ripping at it with its mandibles. Still, the fine mesh held against its efforts. That didn't stop it from struggling, but it couldn't escape no matter how hard it thrashed. Then suddenly it saw something that made it stop wriggling. Two more small yellow dots appeared, one on either side of Taneko's path.

Meanwhile, down by the river another spider was making its way along. It had been quite awhile since it had found anything to eat, and it was looking for dinner. Sensing movement, it froze. After a moment the spider edged towards the motion, peering out into the opening in which sat Nimue's plant. The spider saw the tiny sprite, and thought about how hungry it was. However, there was a big creature with the little one...it would have to separate them if it wanted to eat. Still speculating, it skitterred into the open.

"ALRRRRIGHT!" Ari shouted as the yellow spider trashed around in the net, but in fact, DIDN'T make it's way out. Taneko let out a sight of relief as she let it fall into the empty glass jar. Looking through her stuff she noted that she only had a single jar left. She would have to get some more when they made it to the main office. She turned around and was just about to say something to Lily when she spotted them. Two yellow spiders making their way towards her.... from both sides. This did NOT look good!

"Uh...Lily? You wouldn't happen to have noticed those two very HUNGRY looking spiders coming right at me, would you?" she asked Lily who seemed to be quite oblivious to the whole thing. Ari started whimpering "Nekoooo... doo something... they're going to eat me!!" Taneko debated whether to stay or run for a few seconds, and decided that saving her skin was worth the possible humiliation. Getting up from her sitting position slowly, making sure to have the glass jar securely tucked into her pocket, she was just about to turn and run as she heard a deep male voice.

"Is it alright if we join you ladies?"

Forgetting all about the spiders Neko turned around 180 degrees in chock. There stood a tall and quite wellbuilt man with long silvery hair. He look... different than most men she had seen earlier in her life, but he was pleasant to the eye. Yes... definately pleasant to the eyes. But the thing that chocked her the most was his manners. She couldn't remember the last time a person had called her a lady. "Uhh... Nee-nee...? Neko? TANEKO?!?" Ari yelled in her ear. Taneko jumped a meter in the air.

"WHAT?" she shouted back
"You might want to close your mouth now... you're drooling!" Ari said with annoyance. She had noted the male sprite on the persons shoulder, and she WASN'T enjoying her care-takers obvious display of... whatever it could be called. Taneko blushed furiously. It wasn't like that, she had just been quite chocked!

"Uhh... yeah... Sorry about that... You just gave me a terrible fright... I'm Taneko, and this is Pale Grasspink, or Ari" she smiled at the man "Of course you may join us! Extra help is always appreciated!" She held a small pause and stuck out her hand that wasn't holding the net "Sorry, I didn't catch your name?"

Behind her, the two yellow spiders were long forgotten, although still advancing on her. They had seen her put a glass jar in her pocket with one of their brothers. She was evil, and something had to be DONE about the evil!!

Taneko hadn't heard a word Lily was saying, infact, she didn't even notice anything was wrong until Ari pulled her hair so hard that she practically fell backwards

"WHAT?" she said, quite annoyed, at the little sprite. It wasn't like Ari to do annoying things like that

"Uh... are you DEAF or something?" she yelled back. Upon recieving a quite puzzeled look from Taneko so continued "If you'd turn around just like... 180 degrees, you'd see Lily and Toxic currently being EATEN by a FRIGGIN spider, trying to save YOUR behind!!"

Chocked, Taneko turned around and noticed that Ari was, in fact, right. She gave a big yelp and ran to Lily's aide with a glass jar. Good thing she had two left! "Put it in here" she yelled to Lily as she saw how the spider was almost of the glass. She planted the jar right under the net and waited for the spider to plump into the jar itself.

As the yellow spider fell into her glassjar, Taneko looked at Saniiro in surprise. That had certainly been an... easy catch for him! She glanced around, just to make sure that no other regiment of yellow spiders were heading towards them. Scanning the area and seeing nothing, she was satisfied and turned her attention back to Saniiro and Lily.

Ari, on the other hand, had eye for nothing but the new sprite. She was so exited to be meeting new sprites now, and this one certainly seemed interesting too. Perhaps it was just the fact that he was the only guy sprite she had met so far. She flashed him a cheeky smile and said "I'm Pale Grasspink. But you can call me Ari... you tend to rest a lot when there are spiders around, or was it just now?" she asked, obviously mocking him sligthly

Taneko watched her sprite in amusement as she handed Lily the glassjar. This could certainly be interesting. Either Ari would clash so hard with Feiry, or they would get along like best friends. Yes... this would certainly get interesting.
