Is there any captains out there willing to help me get my RPC stronger. The captain of squad one has been ignoring my PM's and hasnt accepted my Squad request so im kind of stuck in limbo at the moment.

Becoming "stronger" or at least what you think is "stronger" doesn't exactly come from one single training exercise. You become stronger by being active in the guild (as well as being a good RPer)).

I know what it takes to get "stronger" i have been rping for quite a while. When I say I want to be come strong i am saying that i need a captain that has the time to train me in order to gain strength.

Well hello there guys!
It's going to be quite obvious that I'm new since, I don't have a clue if I repost my profile on the one in the main form. (since I've already posted it in squad two) ^^;
Any takers on my question? :') 
Always has to be in the Main forum one, and if your Captain asks then post it there too. Just for it to be easier on the Captain.
