She's a cosplay of a character from the video game Haunting Ground. In the game, Daniella is a Homunculus; a man-made human. She was made to be the perfect woman, but she knows something is very wrong when she meets a real woman. That's what tips her over the edge and turns her into a crazy lady.
In the Soq world, Daniella has always felt as if she was missing something. She was once owned by a human who beat her black and blue (see unclothed version), and made her feel worthless. As a result, whenever she sees her own reflection (like in a lake or river, etc), she starts screaming and laughing hysterically.
Don't be fooled by her seemingly emotionless gaze, as she's actually no longer sane. She just wanders around now in search of whatever it is she thinks is missing.
