Adara glared and shoved off of Logan's shoulder, forcing him down while she got up. "Ha, of course a dog like you would want to protect its natural habitat." she responded with a laugh. "Oh, and it's not that my mother has had a lot of partners, it's that your mother just can't get any." she snapped. Thunder boomed in the distance. The little fight in camp must be affecting the mood on Olympus. Aphrodite and Hera were probably going at it by now, they both would want to support their children.

At this comment, Logan stood up. "Look, girls just calm down, we're all friends here, right?" he said pleadingly. He had seen cat fights at camp before, they were never a good thing. Mosts mortal men loved cat fights, but demi-god men knew better. A demi-god cat fight was just brutal.

"Not at all. I suggest you back up, Logan." Bennie's anger boiled. The Juniper's nymph began to cry, begging them to spare her tree and to find somewhere else to fight. "You know you'll lose this fight, Adara. I'm giving you one more chance to just walk away. Else they'll have to carry you away." Bennie didn't like the Aphrodite campers for one, but Adara just worked her nerves. But the one thing she wouldn't tolerate, is someone thinking they had the right to move in on Logan when she'd finally gotten her foot in the door.

Adara glared at Bennie, ignoring the nymph, "I wouldn't be too sure of that doggie. You see, I'm more than just a pretty face." Adara grabbed a small bottle from her purse. It was a perfume bottle, but inside was no perfume. Adara loved to brew her own potions and elixers which she used when she didn't have her spear handy. This little mixture could knock out this chick for days.

There wasn't much Bennie could do, she was unsure of exactly what that certain potion could do, leaving her mostly defenseless. The only gift she had from her mother was a hair barrette that would turn into a sword, but that was back in her cabin. Even with the ten or so feet between them, Bennie didn't stand much chance. She would have to back down.

With a silent apology to her mother, Bennie bowed her head to Adara. "This is an unfair fight. The fumes from that could kill me if you wanted them too. I have no weapons, no shield, and no means to defend myself. If you want to throw that at me, go ahead, but everyone will only think you to be a weakling for it. And I highly doubt anyone will respect you any longer. Your method of battle is weak and coward-like. And I could do is laugh before that takes effect, because everyone will think so much less of you." By now, campers had begun to gather around and many muttered in agreement with her words, others, mostly men Adara had managed to sleep with, were booing Bennie.

"So make your choice Adara." Bennie's green eyes still held that fire, the one that wanted to grab Adara by the throat and destroy that hideous face. It wasn't so much jealousy that kept her anger boiling, it was disgust for Adara, for someone who could just go around with anyone and not feel anything about it.

Adara glared right back at Bennie, "You're the coward, Bennie. You're so insecure that you feel that you have to defend your man. A real woman doesn't need to fight off others. She knows her man will stay faithful and love her, and only her." Adara giggled, glanced at Logan the turned back to Bennie. "So, even if you had your weapons, and you did manage to beat me, I would still be the winner. Because I proved that Logan isn't as faithful to you as you thought, because you had to fight me off."

With that Adara laughed and turned around slipping the vial into her purse. The crowd that had gathered split quickly as she started walking back to her cabin, some of the guys following her.

Bennie threw her hands into the air, spinning on her heel and stormed off. She growled as she reached her cabin and slammed the door shut behind her. Not bothering to wait for Logan. And at that moment, she didn't want to see him. She had yet to determine if it was out of embarrassment or anger, or maybe even fear. Throwing herself onto the down mattress, Bennie grumbled angrily, fiddling with the necklace Logan had given her.

She sighed heavily, before sitting up and throwing her legs off the edge of the bed, facing with her back to the door. Her eyes danced over the walls she had manage to decorate since she'd been given the cabin. Pictures of her and Logan, just Logan, other friends from camp. Girls like Pandora and Arabella. Guys like Russell with his not-so-friendly ex-hunter girlfriend Diana. Other mythical events like when the Juniper's nymph finally revealed herself. Or when they had to rebuild the Artemis cabin for the second time because Apollo's cabin had burnt it down again. Some pictures were frames, some tacked neatly to the wall, others taped. In between the pictures you could see the very detailed map of Camp Half-Blood. Little dots moving between the small spaces between pictures that had campers names under them. Something she had Astrid do when she'd gotten to Camp. She had yet to return the favor, Astrid didn't often need help with anything.

Bennie had thought numerous times to remove her pictures and place them on other walls, but her other walls had numerous other posters and wall hangings. Flags from victorious Capture the Flag games, posters to her favorite bands and movies, paintings she had done, duplicates of famous paintings such as Quest. Somehow, Bennie had managed to put her life on the walls of this cabin. The importance of her life had been documented on the magickal walls of her lonely cabin. Every step of the way had involved Logan.

Reading each picture carefully, as if it were ancient text, Bennie re-examined her life. Every photo of her and Logan together, he looked tender and caring. Not big-brother-like, or possessive. There was an empty space on her wall, clearly a photo had been there, a tack still sat snugly in the wood and a piece of photo paper was stuck underneath it. The picture had been of her and Andrew, Bennie's first boyfriend. Even then, when Bennie had told Logan day after day how she really like Andrew, Logan had been supportive. He even helped her be sure that she wanted to break up with him. Cursing herself in Greek, Bennie fell back onto her bed. Adar was wrong, Logan had always been faithful to her. He'd never looked at another girl the way he looked at her. Bennie had been stupid, and now she saw it.

Astrid lounged happily on her bunk, reading a book on magical forces and where the energy of a spell comes from by Circe. Her bunk was covered in purple silk sheets and three plush purple pillows. The wall to her right was covered in pictures, which she had enchanted to make move after reading Harry Potter. Nestled in the corner abover her head was Yune's nest, where she perched happily singing, but her small robin wasn't singing any bird song. It was singing Bubbly, yes her robin could talk.

Astrid finished the chapter on magical energiese that came from gems and yawned, stretching. She slipped on her boots and got off her bunk. "Come on Yune we're going for a walk." she told her robin. Astrid smoothed out her purple sundress and looked around the cabin. In the middle the stone floor was sunken in like one of those old, retro houses. Around the edge were pillows where you could lounge. It was fairly comfortable. Slipped on her purple over rove (she really digged the whole mage, sorceror thing) and walked past the curtain of floaty purple drapes, walked through the door of beads and emerged from the cloud of burning incense.

Astrid smiled happily shaking out her hair as Yune perched on her shoulder. To her right she saw her friend Bennie storm into her cabin. Astrid frowned, putting her hands on her hips, that wouldn't do! So she swiftly closed the distance between her and the Hera cabin and entered without knocking or anything. "What's wrong, Bennie-Dear." she asked examining her various rings with a frown, they needed a good polishing.

"You know I don't like being called Bennie." She rolled over on her bed, Bennie's was the one with sheets and bedding. Only one other bed was in the cabin and it was bare. With a weak smile, Bennie met Astrid's gaze, her expression worn, "Just Adara. Getting in the way. Like she always does."

Astrid growled and looked up at Bennie, her hand still up. "We really need to teach her a lesson. A curse should be good. Oooh, we should make her go bald!" Astrid giggled. "Or we could just BURN her hair off!" she said with an evil grin, a fireball bursting to life in her hand. She cackled her evil laugh and let the fire ball extinguish. Yune fluttered off Astrid's shoulder and over to Bennie and perched on her bunk's head board, "I could just poop on her" Yune offered in a her small twitter of a voice. Astrid giggled and sat down next to Bennie, holding her arms out for a hug, her robes sleeves hanging loosely down. "Don't you think on whatever she said for one moment, okay?"

With a healthier smile, Bennie tucked her arms around Astrid. "We can blow her up." She managed a laugh as she sat up and freed herself from Astrid's hold. "Though seriously, it isn't fair."

Astrid pulled away with a victorious smile, like she couldn't believe Bennie actually said that. "Great! I'll go get my spell kit!" she said with a laugh, and running out of the cabin. Yune sighed, "I'll go make sure she doesn't ACTUALLY hurt anyone," and fluttered out of an open window. The huge door slammed shut behind Astrid, only to be opened moments later by Logan who knocked slightly, "Knock, knock." he said sofly. Then he walked in and sat next to Bennie, taking her hand. "You okay, Ben?" he asked.

"Yeah." Bennie smiled at Logan, "Just had to get a reminder that Adara is a complete nimrod." She gripped Logan's hand tightly, "I'm sorry it took so long. For me to realize everything. I didn't want to open my eyes."

Logan smiled his best smile, showing a neat set of straight white teeth. "Bennie, you weren't getting... jealous, now where you?" he said softly. "You know I'd never leave you for Adara..." he murmured, as he inched closer and closer to Bennie. "I don't care what anyone says, you're the hottest... funniest... sweetest girl at camp..." he said softly, right before he kissed her soft lips, brushing back her hair with his hand.

Bennie's face lit up in a vibrant blush, she stuttered to speak before Logan kissed her, her attempts silenced. She let her fingers dance down his jaw line as she pulled herself away from Logan, looking into his eyes, holding his gaze firmly. "Thank you." She tucked a few stray strands of her thin black hair behind her ear and looked away from Logan's eyes.

Logan turned Bennie's face back towards his, "For what?" he said with a small laugh, "There's no need to thank me for something that should be common knowledge." he said, hugging Bennie close. "
