According to him there is a deeply and heavily implied relationship between Harley and Ivy, but nothing (aside from a professional relationship) between Joker and Harley. Goddamn...Know your cartoons. -head spinning- How do you know all this, I thought it was kids that were supposed to know everything about cartoons, though, they have taken all of the good cartoons off telivision.... Sadly, although I watched the batman animated series a lot when I was younger... I know nothing of the Harley person. If there is really an issue between the two of you over the relationship between Harley and The Joker, I suggest researching it, and having the facts to back you before another argument forms. There was a whole episode devoted to the whole Harley/Ivy team-up. If you watch how they interact, you can tell...I don't have an episode number and I just don't care enough to go retrieve one. I'll present the information but I'm not going to bother arguing the point. I thought it was common knowledge. Maybe to those who were of cartoon watching age when the series was out, I for one, am only 14, and only when I was 7-9 did I watch much TV at all. It may be common knowledge to an older person though, or someone more interested in the series. I wasn't saying that you were aiming for an argument, but depending on how touchy the reader of the comments is, it may have caused one. I know. I am ten years your senior. The series broadcast time was well before your time, but it was very good.

I do believe that the comics did show some love interest between Harley and Joker. I know the cartoons were different, matter of fact depending on the writer really depends on what happens to (and between) the characters. The various Batman series works similarly like the X-men series did. There are several different writers over the years and what they write is different and sometimes contradictory. I'm not saying this because i take anyone side on an argument as petty and stupid as Gaia "Marriage". rolleyes

I believe the episode you are referring to is "Holiday Knights."
And no, Harley and Ivy are not in any relationship. They team up together since The Joker is, once again, in Arkham.
It comes after "Joker's Millions," in which he is left millions of dollars by Marconi when he dies. Turns out to be fake. In this episode, Joker gets away, while Harley is captured. He holds a search for a new sidekick and she gets pissed. But at the end, she saves his a** and he takes her back.
THAT is the type of dynamic that their "relationship" revolves around.
Also, it is far further from shipping than many cases I've seen. At least I'm referencing characters that DO have some sort of relationship (as off-beat and abusive as it is) instead of random characters that I just like and would never ever be together. For instance, Professor Snape and Hermione from the Harry Potter universe.
And one last thing... I thought you were leaving here. Yet you came back to make more comments. It takes a bigger person to just leave something alone.
