"It's either a Twoleg nest or the alleyways, Shadowclanner." Fishertail sniffed at Swiftclaw. "Hope you enjoy sleeping in the cold." To be honest, the idea of sleeping where Twolegs had been made her feel twitchy, but they would be no help to Linnetsong if they caught cold from being out in the open. Plus, with at least one dog on the loose, she'd feel safer between hard walls instead of some flimsy brown thing.

"Two leg nest?" Spiderheart repeated. "I wouldn't trust anything made by two-legs, even if it's abandoned. What if they come in and swoop us up like hawks swooping on mice? Sure, that'll get us to where we need to be, but we'll be captured and not much help to... to..."
He realized he was rambling and closed his mouth. He said his thoughts, and though sleeping in the cold and dark wasn't much of a thrill to him, they all would be safer from the two-legs, who were the main threat now.
Theresa didn't care much about where they rested for the night. She had stayed in both places, and didn't have a preference either.
"It seems like most of you prefer to sleep in a two-leg nest? I know where there is one nearby." She twirled her staff around a bit. "Or if most of the cats here want to sleep outside, that'll be fine too."
((Vote on whether to sleep in a two-leg nest or out on the streets! Cause it's a chance for you guys to influence the plot. And I swear none of the cats are going to get captured. XD Posting your cat's response would be nice too.
Things will continue moving tomorrow.))

Sunflare listened to the new rogue speak as well as the other clan cats. Ben seemed okay. He was acquainted with Moonstar and Violetstar, and he was friends with Tornadotail. It the other Windclan cat thought well of him, then why not trust Ben? On the discussion taking place, Sunflare meowed, "I think we should stay in the two-leg den. From what I know, they're big enough for all of us to stay together, and safe since it's abandoned."

"There's no way I'm sleeping in a twoleg den," Swiftclaw meowed. "If something finds us in there, were trapped. At least in the alleys we have somewhere to run. Besides, it probably smells in there." He wrinkled his nose when he mentioned the smell. "Besides, we're warriors. We sleep outside every night. Why shouldn't we be safe sleeping outside another night?" He hoped sleeping next to another warrior's warm pelt and body heat would be sufficient enough to keep away the cold.

Fleetwing shook her head at Bleedingmoon and Hawktail. "I agree with..." She frowned, realizing that she didn't know the orange ShadowClan warrior's name. "A twoleg den is a dangerous place, even if they've moved out. It could collapse on us, there could be dogs or rats. And as for me, personally..." She wrapped her tail around her paws. "I haven't slept in a shelter for many moons. We of WindClan prefer to sleep under the open sky. We can find some shelter in an alley, curl up close to each other for warmth, and thus ride out the night." She shivered despite the prospect of warmth. A large group like this ought to keep violent rogues away, and dogs, too. So why do I have a bad feeling about this?

Inktrick weighted both possiblities in his head before speaking. "I think that the two legged den might be a better idea. There is likely to be more than one way out of it, and we could set a guard, that way no one can sneak up on us without it being know."
That was more than the male usually said in a month, and having said it, he slipped back into silence. They would likely be safe in either place, and perhaps more comfortable outside, but there was just something that made his fur crawl about sleeping in a possibly hostile place.

Rosethorn considered both options before answering. "I say a twoleg nest. It it's abandoned, they have no reason to come by, right? In the alleys anything could find us; dogs, twolegs, maybe monsters. I think the shelter would be safer."

Spiritspine flicked his tail in aggitation. "I say we just stay in the abandoned nest. We're on a journey to save our Clanmates, not fuss about these petty chances. We need warmth and shelter. Its our best bet. We can post guards and whatnot. We'll be fine as long as no cat become a coward."
Many cats probably didnt appreciate hiw harsh words, but he felt it only righ to spea his mind.

Although Hawktail had already voiced her oppinion, she suddenly felt somehow as if she had betrayed her clanmates. Fleetwing brought up good points about Windclan's normal sleeping habits, but the brown and white warrior still believed a twoleg den would be better; as long as it was very abandoned and open enough for escape if they needed it. She didn't particularly care one way or the other for sleeping out in the open.

Tigonheart looked around as everyone voted. He sat and thought about it. Outside was safe, but he wanted to explore the inside of a teo-leg place. He looked about, a little nervous about talking around all the new cats, but he spoke up. "I'd like to stay in a Two-leg place. It would offer more coverage incase it rains tonight and we would be protected from stray dogs or cats that might find us, yes theres large numbers of us but we don't need anyone getting hurt on the first night...right?" he said trying to keep himself from sounding like he was scared.

"Fine by me. If you still don't want to sleep in a two-leg nest." She said, turning to the others. "Then you can sleep right outside. Now, I know where one is nearby so if you'll just follow me..."

Violetstar thought about the two-leg den warily. Her clan was more adjusted to sleeping out in the open, but still she couldn't deny the dangers of an abandoned alley. Then again, the den was abandoned so it couldn't be that bad could it? She turned a little to look at Tornadotail and Ben. She wondered what they would want to do.

Oh. My. Gosh. I love rping Windsong. So much fun. xD
Windsong has basically remained towards the back of the group. He wasn't one of the bold, run in claws unshielded type. At this rate, he wasn't even sure they would be getting the missing cats back. Everything was so disorganized, it seemed. Not that it mattered if they ever rescued those cats. They should have known better than to stray anywhere near twolegs. [They don't reallly know about the traps, right?] He pushed thorugh a few cats to get to where they were discussing the sleeping arrangements for the night. He couldn't believe it! Some of them wanted to stay in thw two-leg nest? How stupid could these cats get. "You're serious? How could some of you even think about staying in a two-leg nest. Do you have any sense in your scrawny little brains?" He spat angrily. “No self-respecting clan cat should even consider it! Or are you afraid to get a little cold? A little wet, maybe. Does it matter? Have you ever gone a leafbare without freezing your whiskers? Why should that change now? We have the numbers to keep warm out here without compromising what little integrity you cats have by going in a two-leg nest. You’re no better than soft kittypets.” Windsong hissed, the fur around his neck standing on end.

BleedingMoon nodded to the cats that agreement about the points of staying inside the Twoleg den. Even though a majority had voted for the abandoned den, and he agreeded with them he felt slightly uneasy about how the dicsion was decided. By votes instead of an actual leader... if this kept up arguments would come up at every fork in the road.
Ear twitched as SwiftClaw's voiced his obvious distain. Ear's fell back all together at Windsong's out burst. "What is so disrespectful about sleeping in an empty two-leg den? It's just like a badger or foxes' den." fur bristled. "Sure you wont see StarClan over you but they're still there no matter where we are." lashed his tail out before following after Earth speaker. "The guide sent by StarClan says that either is fine and she is are leader on this journey as far as I'm concerned. So do as you wish." proud warriors, so stuck to every inch of the warrior code... they sure were troublesome. Why did they have to be his own Clan mates?

Swiftclaw groaned a little, wanting the group to stay together rather than separate themselves between the nest and the alleys. So hesitantly he said, "Well if we are going to stay in that disgusting twoleg nest, then I can keep guard at the entrance." He didn't want to be away from the group, but he didn't want to sleep in that nest either. So he figured he could watch and make sure everyone was safe. He just hoped he'd be able to stay up all night.
