Out of the corner of her eye, Alexis spotted the blond girl known as Kirsty. Counting on a freshman to do her dirty work? Geez.
The girl began to draw a transmutation circle. This girl obviously wasn't the fastest at it, since she had to carefully draw the lines, taking forever.
Alexis sighed when the girl was finished.
Spikes shot up out of the ground towards Alexis. Prepared, Alexis jumped over the spike that was about to hit her. She landed on the ground next to them.
More spikes shot up. What was with this girl? Alexis spun out of the way and clapped her hands together. The ground underneath Alexis's opponent elevated as Alexis's hands met the ground. The girl squeaked and drew another circle.
Spikes. Surprise! Surprise!
Alexis blocked the projectiles easily and ran towards the girl.
"What's your name, kid?" Alexis asked as the girl jumped down from the tower and ran at Alexis.
"Jenny," the girl replied.
"Well, Jenny," Alexis said. "You chose the wrong tree to bark up."
Alexis got close enough and swung her leg into Jenny's back. As Jenny stumbled forward, Alexis's fist made hard contact with her gut.
"Pathetic," Alexis spat. Jenny swung her fist around best she could, but Alexis grabbed it and pressed her hand to her side.
The students gasped as Alexis pulled her hand away, a metal knife following. Alexis gripped the hilt of the new knife and sent Jenny face-first towards the ground.
Alexis trapped the girl's arm underneath her. Alexis sat on top and held the knife a few inches from the girl's face.
"What have we learned today, Jenny?" Alexis mused.

((LOLZ I think I know who that is...well I'm not sure because I haven't watched it for a while..Ninja Warrior or am I way off? sweatdrop Everyone has similar names...))
Shana gasped and ran over to Alexis. "Let her go!" she said worriedly.

Alexis raised an eyebrow at Shana.
"It wasn't like I was going to kill her," Alexis said. "Geez."
Jenny struggled against Alexis's grip.
Alexis twisted her arm. Jenny winced.
"That's what I thought," Alexis said. She got up and let the girl go. Jenny got up and walked away, face red as a cherry.
"Oh, and Kirsty," said Alexis. "Don't make freshman do your dirty work, 'kay? 'Kay." She turned and let the blade disappear. Alexis walked over to join her friends, hands laced behind her head.
Plenty of the freshmen were staring in awe. Some of them snickered or swallowed as Alexis walked by.

Shana sighed in relief. She knew that Alexis wouldn't go so far as to kill the girl, but the thought of anything unneccesary like that chilled her. She went over to the side of the fountain that nobody was at and sat on the rim, facing the inside. She placed the stuffed calico cat next to her.

"Nice on, Allie," said Ian, clapping her on the back.
Alexis gave him a good punch to the shoulder. "I told you not to call me Allie."
"Well, you sure left the pavilion in bad shape," Ryan said, pointing to the spikes, walls, and towers.
"Oops," Alexis said. "You guys wanna help clean up?"
The five friends knelt down on the ground. Lily, Ryan, Ian, and Tanner drew transmutation circles. Alexis clapped her hands together. In unison, the five clapped their hands onto the ground.
After a few flashes of blue light, the mess was cleaned up.
The five of them sat on the fountain again.
"What're you staring at?" Ryan growled when he caught the students staring at them. They all returned to their business.
Alexis stared at Shana.
"You know you're in your PJs, right?"

Shana blinked and then smiled. "I like my pajamas," she said. It was obvious they were pajamas because the sweat pants and tank top had a cupcake design all over them. ((Actually...that's my pajamas, except instead the shirt is long-sleeved O_o" )) She swung her feet back and forth.

Alexis shrugged and turned her head.
"Eh," Alexis sighed. "Why did I have to fight on the first day? I was hoping to relax..."
"You can never relax, Alexis," Ian said. He stood in front of her. "It's inevitable, and you know it."
Alexis closed her eyes. "Well, Ian--"
He shoved his two fingers into her forehead. Alexis lost her balance and fell into the shivering waters of the fountain.
She sat up with a jolt and spat out some water.
"YOU ARE SO DEAD!" she shouted as she stood up.
"Causing trouble already, Miss Alexis?"
Alexis parted her soaking bangs and saw Mrs. Train glaring at her.
"U-um..." she trailed off. "I wasn't--"
"I can't wait to see your homework tomorrow." Mrs. Train turned and left. "No playing in the fountain again!"
Alexis flexed her hands and glared at Ian, who was looking sheepish.
"I am going to kill you," Alexis snarled as she stepped out of the fountain, popping her knuckles.
Ian laughed nervously. "N-now, Alexis..." he trailed off.
She put him in a headlock.

Daisuke started running as fast as he could. "I'm late! I'm late! I'm late!" He was running into the school gates, & needed to get to the office ASAP. "No time to talk, no time to eat, no time to rest, no time to sleep, I have to gooooo!" He was running as quickly as his legs can carry him. He wanted to get there fast! "HEY!" He heard near him. He stopped in his tracks. "Who?" he looked around, "Me?" "YEAH YOU!" A junior came out of behind a tree, he looked at him & asked "You a freshman?" Daisuke looked back & replied. "Why yes, I am." The Junior smiled & asked "Wanna fight?" Daisuke looked at the guy for a while, pondering why on Earth some stranger would like to fight him. Completely forgetting about the office, he replied "Um... Ok, why not?" He bowed and punched the boy in the solar plexus, leaving him with out air. "That was fun! Talk to you later, sir!" He walked off, as the boy was on the ground gasping for air. "People here act very funny. Fights in the middle of no where. Very odd!" He then remembered where he needed to go after about 2 minutes. "OH NO! I'M LATE!!!" He ran as fast as possible to get to the office.

Impmon51 ((Anyone who watches G4 knows who this guy is X'D)) Name: Nakata, Daisuke 中うち 田た 大だい 輔すけ Age: 15 Year: Freshman Bio: A young determined man, Daisuke decides to leave home & go West, to learn the ways of alchemy. He travels a long dangerous Journey, but finally gets to the Akira school. (Which convivially has a Japanese name, so he knows alot about it XD) He wishes to perfect his alchemy skills, so that he can one day become a very brilliant alchemist & help others with their alchemical problems. Suzette took the icebag Shana offered.
"Thank you", she said quietly. She was about to explain what happened, but suddenly a senior came up to her.
"I saw you falling! I know where the nurse is, c'mon we should get you there immediately!", she said, grabbing Suzette's wrist. She was one of the guides for the freshman earlier today.
'It's not that serious', Suzette thought to herself as she reluctantly followed the senior.
"Alrighty then, you're all patched up. Oh, silly me, I forgot to introduce myself! I'm Miss Heiser", said the school nurse. She was a young pretty woman, around 25 or 26. She had long blonde hair tied in a bun and had dark rimmed glasses.
"Thank you so much", said Suzette as she was taking her leave. The woman smiled and waved bye. Just then, Suzette heard a loud commotion. She ran outside where she saw Alexis and another girl fighting. It seemed to be finishing up as Alexis had the upper hand, and the girl she was fighting seemed to use the same techniques over and over again.
She watched quietly the whole time, she didn't even react when Alexis held a knife, just barely touching her face. She didn't even care if the girl was wounded, but Suzette knew that no one would actually do that here . Before anyone knew it, it seemed that Alexis won. Suzette then spotted Shana talking to her. She felt obliged to explain what happened to her door, so she walked up to her.
"I know this is an awfully bad time to explain what happened so.....well this one guy had something in dark covers. It seems that he left it on the floor by accident, and it also seemed that I was clumsy enough to trip on it. My head slammed against your door, and it left a mark. I was able to fix it using alchemy...so......yeah", she said waiting for Shana's response.

Yep yep XD From Ninja warrior... but I just named him after Daisuke, he probably won't act like him cause I don't know what Daisuke is like in real life XD Btw, when does this take place? Just wondering))
After leaving the office Daisuke was pleased. He was very sorry for showing up after the first day. "They seemed understanding!" He smiled. It took a long while to get from Japan to the school on foot, train, & boat. He had noticed a gathering in the pavilion. He noticed 2 people doing alchemy & fighting with it. He stared. "Now that's a bad technique that girl's using." He pointed out to himself. "Hey. Maybe that's what the guy back there meant." he noticed the knife. "Grab her wrist and push the knife out of the way.... Do it, its right there." he pointed out again. He figured the girl didn't know much about combat. Daisuke had learned many martial arts, at a young age, so he noticed every mistake. "Amature mistakes" he said to himself again. After the end, he walked up to Alexis, Shana, Suzette, & the others. He sat down on the fountain & said "That was pretty good!" With a smile, "I'm Daisuke, I'm glad to be at this school! Who might you all be?" He asked.

Alexis almost jumped at the sound of the new boy's voice. She stared at him from where she held Ian in a headlock.
"Can I please be released?" Ian pleaded.
Alexis dropped him. He fell on his face. She ignored it.
"I'm Alexis," she said. "This is Ian--" she pointed at the blond on the ground. "--that's Ryan--" she pointed at the brown-haired boy. "--that's Tanner--" she pointed at her best blond friend. "--and finally, that's Lily." She ended with pointing at the brown-haired girl with her hair up in a ponytail.
"You a freshman?" Ryan asked.

"Why yes!" Daisuke said, "I'm new here I just got here a while ago, I ran as fast as I could!" He looked around. "Was that a fight? Why do you fight with alchemy?" He asked, looking at the damaged battlefield.

Alexis gazed at the pavilion.
"I'm guessing you weren't here for the tour," she said, and sighed. "For one thing, this is a school for alchemy, so, naturally, the battles we have will consist of alchemy. The battles are regular. There will probably be one tomorrow. Anyway, the battles are what keeps us in shape and sharp for alchemy." She rolled her shoulders. "This school's curriculum is a whole lot more effective than Militia High's."

"Oh I see... No I wasn't." He looks around some more. "But why do you fight? Shouldn't alchemy be used to help people instead of attack them?" He looked back at Alexis "Besides, judging by that girl's fighting techniques..." He looked at the direction the girl walked off to.

"For security and safety reasons," Alexis said. "Say the school was under attack. We are not going to do this--" she held her hands up and focused her eyes up to make herself look innocent. "--'Oh! Spare us! We only help people! Please!'" she dropped her arms and rolled her eyes. "Gimme a break. Besides, that girl needs some new techniques. And...learn how to draw transmutation circles faster. I could have thrown her down in the time she drew one."
