"It's not the cave," Flannery stated, "I'd rather live here than out on my own in the wilderness...It's those I have to put up with whilst I stay here..." "Don't mind Flannery Peter. She can be a little mean sometimes," Thumper piped, not wanting the female to scare off his friend with her negativity. "Azucar!" Shula cheered with a smile as she looked at the egg. She jumped out from behind her sister and smiled at Peter, much more comfortable with the situation. "Si! Me gusta-" she stopped, then took a deep breath, "I like candy...Who doesn't?"

Smiling happily as Shula jumped out, Peter offered her the egg. "Some namrah do not care for candy; I have real painted eggs for them." Transferring the jelly bean egg to one paw, he reached into his picket with the other and pulled out a small egg, it's shell carefully tinted a delicate blue and laced with tiny designs that looked to have been painted meticulously with a bright gold paint. Holding both out to Shula, Peter smiled at Thumper. "It is quite alright; some are just not as sociable as others; it must not be held against them." He smiled politely at Flannery. "Would you like something as well?"

"I'll pass kid. Sweets are fine and all, but I'm not hungry," Flannery replied, still not taking her eyes off of the magazine. Shula, meanwhile, stared in awe at the pretty egg (Thumper too). It was very intricate, and very beautiful. "Like the Easter bunny!" Shula giggled. She then looked back at Peter, "You're not the Easter Bunny are you?"

Any other namrah in Peter's position would have probably been indignant at being called a kid, and indeed Peter was on the verge of good-humoredly telling Flannery that he was much older than he looked, but he decided there would be very little point to it and focused the remainder of his attention on Shula, thinking how best to answer her question. "Well, I am not sure about THE Easter Bunny, but I am an Easter Bunny; I deliver eggs to everyone around Eastertime, and mostly hide for the remainder of the year. I have never really put forth effort into finding out if there are other Easter Bunnies traveling about." He turned himself slightly to expose a large blue pocket of his jacket. "Care to help me pull some more eggs out?" ^^

Thumper looked curiously into the pocket before pulling out another egg. Shula just sat for a moment and looked at him. "I was under the impression that The Easter bunny was large and pink. And that there was only one. You're small and grey with a little coat..." She said, somewhat confused. "I guess it doesn't matter much...You do the same job as the large Pink Easter Bunny."

Beaming as he turned his pocket toward Shula as an invite for her to pull more eggs out of his coat, Peter found himself deliberating his answer once again. "Well, different people have different renditions of their favorite holiday figures. Like Santa Claus. I am certain you all have your own version of the jolly old elf, just as other creatuers have theirs. And to them, that is THE Santa, or THE Easter Bunny."

"I suppose that's true," Shula replied as she pulled an egg out of the pocket with a grin, "Have you met The Santa?" she asked curiously. Thumper continued to help take eggs from the pocket, thrilled with their colors and designs. He was quite easily amused.

Smiling and wondering how many eggs the pair would try to pull out of his coat before realizing that they could replenish themselves, Peter shook his head slightly at Shula's question. "No, I am afraid I have not met Santa. Nor would I try to unless he came down to a warmer place; I have a hard time braving the cold, despite my being out here today." He smiled as egg after egg emerged, some that he swore he had never seen before, which was odd considering he painted all the eggs himself.

"Do these ever end? That pocket doesn't even look big enough for all of these!" cried Thumper. As thrilled as he was with the decorated eggs, he was very confused as to how there could be so many. Shula ignored him, continuing her conversation with Peter. "Hm, perhaps one of the two new kits that have been about will meet him then. They seemed to like the snow," She said, this part more so to herself, "If you don't care for the cold, which I don't blame you, I prefer summer to winter, why were you out with Thumper?"

Peter turned his head to smile happily at Thumper. "It is part of the magic of my jacket. The pockets do not run out of either eggs or candy. That way I do not run out of things to give out when Easter comes. Every small thing to save time." Turning to Shula, he nodded. "Perhaps; I have heard stories of children braving the elements to find Santa and succeeding." He paused before replying, his forehead wrinkling in confusion. "I am not entirely sure. " can remember waking up to find myself surrounded by snow; my only guess is that I fell asleep and the snow fell while I was oblivious. Quite silly of me."

"Oh," Thumper said, stopping with his removal of the eggs from the jacket. He didn't want to fill the whole cave. "Well if anyone could brave the elements, it would probably be Sesi. He practically lives out in tht frigid wasteland..." Shula shivered at the idea of the cold, then more so at the idea of being covered in the snow, "You may want to count yourself lucky you've survived. Snow can be rather dangerous." "He's a rabbit, of course he's lucky," said Flannery boredly as she listened to the conversation, "He has four lucky feet..."

Seeing that the pair were through trying to see how deep his pockets ran, Peter sat down and smiled at Shula. "It makes more sense that those who are used to the cold would be more likely to succeed." He blinked and looked oddly at Flannery as she spoke of lucky feet. "Lucky.....feet?" He looked down at his own unremarkable paws. "What exactly do you mean by 'lucky feet'?"

"Have you never heard of Lucky Rabbits feet?" Flannery asked, actually taking the time to look up from her magazine as she spoke, "It's rumored that the feet of a rabbit are lucky, so people often cut them off of the rabbits for themselves." she stopped and pointed to Thumper, "That kid's really lucky, it's why he thumps all the time." Thumper looked frightened at the idea of anyone cutting off his feet.

Peter's eyes grew wide at the mention of cutting off a rabbit's feet, even going so far as to look down at his own little brown footpaws, unable to imagine his life without them. "What a monstrous thing to do. How do they expect the poor creatures to survive with no feet?" He shivered, then noticed the look of fright on Thumper and moved to put a reassuring paw on his shoulder. "Do not fear, my friend; I have seen you run; you would surely outrun any person who would seek to remove your lucky feet." ^^

Flannery smirked, "They don't. Rabbits are food and they're feet are lucky. Fortunately they're also cute, so there's always a chance someone will save you." Shula gave an angry glare to her elder sister before looking back at the two bunnies before her, "Don't worry you guys, you're not just rabbits, your Namrah. No one has any reason to hurt you." She gave a smile. Thumper looked at Peter with a smile and shared his thanks, glad to have made such a good friend.
