((Hmm, that's right. We'll have to give the wolves rankings huh? Well, Kirai is kinda the bully, so that rules out Omega standing for him. 4laugh Sooo, Gama maybe? ))
He started when he felt the long silk and silver tail brush against his jaw, and slowly let out the breath he hadn't been aware that he was holding. His heart sped up as he watched her graceful movements, and wondered when these strange feelings started. He shook his odd thoughts away, determined to puzzle them out later and trotted to catch up with her. Yes, he would sort himself out later. Right now he wanted to enjoy this rare bit of company that he'd denied himself for so long.

Oki slowed her pace just a bit, so her pace matched his. She was so close that their shoulders touched, she liked this feeling of closeness. She nudged him with her shoulder playfully, and smiled mischeviously.

Kirai gave Oki a sideways look before smirking and suddenly lagging. He waited a few seconds before pouncing, back arched, forepaws outstretched. He laughed softly as he collided against his companion. It was all about play now, a good time to forget the trouble they'd left behind.

She licked his muzzle once they had landed. Once what she had done had hit her, her face started going a bright red.

Wild's mind raced. He had seen love in the eyes of this fae. It is no other explanation of that look. He turned his face to a nearby puddle. Inside his eyes glowed the same look of Arandell. How can a canid goddess such as her, possibly love a beast such as I? It's blasphemy. I must be mistaken. He thought. But he knew it was not true. In her eyes, they spoke the truth. Her eyes spoke the same as his. Sheer blasphemy..yet I know I am wrong. She loves me... He had always imagined himself as a large, hulking beast ever since he reached adulthood. As a pup, he was alone. He lost his family at 6 months, and taught himself how to live. He often cried himself to sleep when he was young, and his heart turned to stone as an adult. Now that he was young and in his prime of life, his heart softened at the canids around him. Perhaps his lonliness would finally be broken?

Kirai paused as he felt the wet caress against his muzzle before he rolled off of her. He blinked in confusion as he lay down, one paw bent. Had she just....? He blushed faintly and looked away, only to steal a glance at her a few seconds later. She was blushing too. He may have been naiieve in some aspects, but....even he knew when things were starting to become a...little heated. "Aa..." He started, but trailed off, unsure.

Lime colored eyes wandered around the forest, she'd been searching for so long... It had been such a long time since she'd had the comfort of another Canid, and she feared it would be even longer before she did. Her days and nights blended together, in a long smudge of merely existing. But her hope held fast, she was in new territory now, not the rocky wasteland that her pack had called home. Too much salt water and not enough fresh. She remembered everything, the destruction that had befallen her pack, her sibbilings, her parents, everyone. There were but a few members of Tauren Shade left on the island, and all of them were missing. She had been cut off from the rest, scared, alone, and injured. But all wounds heal with time, and now there is no mark that can be visibly seen. She drifted from place to place, searching, her heart calling out in vain.
Now her paws crunch grass instead of gravel, and thick trees grow where olny rocks towered before. To her, this was paradise. New wonders popped up everywhere, but in time, this too became common. She quickly learned what she could, and could not eat. She was a survivalist, and her name was Yasashii.

((so sorry for teh absense...'rents and whatnot. Shetan: Yes..so sorry for taking so long sweatdrop )) "Sorry..." she said quietly ,and hung her head low, starting to walk off. She had just done the stupidest thing, and wasn't sure if he wanted her in his company anymore.

(( S'okay, I can understand that. I thought that's what happened anyway. We should take this to the pack RP now. ))
"Where are you going?!?" He asked, bounding to his paws when Oki slowly started to slink off. She practically radiated dispair. "What did I do wrong?" He whispered, sliding against her fully, amber-brown eyes freely showing the confusion he felt. "I did not....reject you. I'm just not...sure how to continue on. I....enjoy your company, and forsee difficult times ahead if you were not there beside me." His ears dropped as did his tail, now he felt the fool, letting his emottions get the better of him.
It was easy, almost too easy for Yasashii to follow the scent trails of the wolves that sparsely scattered the forest. She held little hope that they were from her old pack, but the fragile flame couldn't stand another battering. If they weren't, then she would give up and finally move on. She had wasted enough of her life as it was, on her fruitless dream. A voice spoke of love for another, the concept was sweet and made her stop in her tracks. She lost track of time so easily now. She'd almost walked over them. Ah well, might as well.
She stepped into the area of the four wolves, head held low to the ground, sniffing it, paying those she passed by without any hint of acknowledgement. If they attacked her so be it, she would fight back with every ounce of skill she'd learned from the hunters of her lost pack, and the survival instincts honed by living on the edge of the island, close to the meat eaters from the sea. It took a lot to take one down. She might have appeared fragile, with her slender white furred body with blue freckles all over, with dreamy lime colored eyes that stayed unfocused half the time, but she was no pushover.
A casual sniff in the others direction broke another chip off of her hope. No, they were not of her pack. One might have come from her packs line, but she was not kin to the white furred Canid. Sorrow dripped from her like a heavy spring rain and slowed her steps. Would she ever find them?
